It's been an absolute joy working with Houston throughout this entire homebuying process. There was never any pressure, he was always patient with all of our questions and slow response time, and he's made us feel comfortable in our decision due to his transparency and by being SO knowledgeable about the products, the process, and the area. Houston has gone above and beyond what has been expected and we truly appreciate that. In our first meeting, he let us bring our new puppy (She was leashed and we carried her the whole time). During our second meeting to fill out paperwork, he stayed with us way past closing time (8pm) to ensure we were all squared away in securing one of the last lots that remained. Then in our third meeting, he met us at 7am, much earlier than when he is scheduled to begin work, to be present for our introduction meeting with our Project Manager. He has truly delivered on serving excellence and we feel confident in the purchase of our first home with Houston's guidance. Couldn't have asked for a smoother, easier, and more positive experience. I have relocated several times throughout my career and have worked with many of the national builders on previous new home builds.
