Kaitlyn L. has been a joy to work with through our home purchase and build. Kaitlyn is very well informed and always happy to hear from us and is always 10 steps ahead. There are times I call my lender to inform them of something Kaitlyn has told me and my lender informs me that they have already communicated by Kaitlyn's team. Nate F. our project manager is also amazing, he is always happy to answer my questions, he texts me every week with home updates and pictures. The Sr. Sales Representative Kaitlyn Letourneau has been awesome throughout the sales and building process. Even before we signed the sales contract, Kaitlyn was extremely responsive to our questions and beyond helpful. Kaitlyn's warmth, knowledge, and enthusiasm helped to ease our nerves along the way.

It's been an absolute joy working with Houston throughout this entire homebuying process. There was never any pressure, he was always patient with all of our questions and slow response time, and he's made us feel comfortable in our decision due to his transparency and by being SO knowledgeable about the products, the process, and the area. Houston has gone above and beyond what has been expected and we truly appreciate that. In our first meeting, he let us bring our new puppy (She was leashed and we carried her the whole time). During our second meeting to fill out paperwork, he stayed with us way past closing time (8pm) to ensure we were all squared away in securing one of the last lots that remained. Then in our third meeting, he met us at 7am, much earlier than when he is scheduled to begin work, to be present for our introduction meeting with our Project Manager. He has truly delivered on serving excellence and we feel confident in the purchase of our first home with Houston's guidance. Couldn't have asked for a smoother, easier, and more positive experience.
