I have had a superb time working with the Wellington Farms team at Ryan Homes to build my new home. I am eagerly awaiting closing and everything is coming together quite nicely. Lori M. and Kate F. were my Ryan Homes Sales Representatives, and were always there for me, whenever I needed anything. Together they made sure I had all of the tools needed to make the best decisions to select all of the custom options that I needed. Lori went out of her way to stay at the office past 8:00 pm, so that I could read and understand every single part of each purchase contract. Thank you for being so patient, Lori! Kate made sure I always had all of the information I needed – even the most off-the-wall document -- she never backed down from a challenge to make sure I had everything I needed. Thank you Kate! Ben S. was my project manager, and Noah Y. was his assistant. As a team, they ensured that I was always happy, even as they navigated through the complex and intricate details of building several homes for several customers, all in synchronized harmony. Ben made it a habit to go out of his way to ensure that I was always part of the process and well-educated. We have a wonderful experience working with the Ryan Homes team as they were building our townhome. Ben Sullivan was our project manager, and he was incredibly helpful, professional, and always ready to answer all questions we had throughout the process! He always went above and beyond in keeping us posted throughout the whole construction process as well as answering all of our questions post settlement. Highly recommend working with him! He is phenomenal. Garrett Walther was our loan officer and he extremely helpful and prompt in addressing all of our loan questions pre and post settlement. We loved working with him and highly recommend him!
