Good community. Bit overpriced but again in this market what isn’t over priced? But good access to all major routes and very close to the airport.

From start to finish, the process was absolutely smooth and transparent. Travis Francis (my loan officer) was hands down the best loan officer anyone could have, and I genuinely mean that. He kept the process simple and straight to the point. The one thing that stood out with Travis is that he didn't treat me as just another number, customer, or someone off the street. He treated me the same way he would want to be treated, and I truly appreciated that the most. Also, he took the time to explain things and made them clear and straightforward for me to understand. Joe Howser is another awesome guy Ryan Homes needs to give a raise to. As often I called Joe during the process, he probably knows my number by heart, haha; as often as Joe went out of his way to either stay late or come in early, both on and off the clock, speaks on his character. Joe is extremely patient and doesn't mind going over things twice, or in my case, several times, haha, but that is something I admire about him. I still bother Joe when I see him walking outside and he answers questions. Thank you Joe and Travis!!!

Building a home is one of the most significant milestones in life, and for me, it came with a lot of apprehension due to a difficult experience in the past. Thanks to his leadership and dedication, this experience was everything I could have hoped for and more. Reid turned what I thought might be stressful into a fun and rewarding journey. I feel so fortunate to have had him oversee the building of my home and can honestly say I couldn’t have asked for a better project manager. Reid has an incredible ability to make people feel supported and valued, and his commitment to excellence is unmatched. I am beyond grateful for all he’s done and would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone looking to embark on their own home-building journey. Thanks to Reid, I now have a home I’m truly excited to live in

We met Richard and he was so accommodating and understanding of us being handicap and limited. He answered all questions. Outstanding service and the models are beautiful. It's just not ADA compatible.
