In mid November of 2023, I purchased my new construction Ryan Home in The Fields of Oakwood. I was living in Maine at the time and I had never been to White House or seen the subdivision before. Ryan Homes has tons of media and information including interactive floor plans and video tours on their website as well as lots of information about the community and the local amenities. I spoke with Melissa, the sales agent and she was absolutely so professional. Informative and knowledgeable, that I felt comfortable making my purchase sight unseen. There were lots of ungraded materials and fixtures that came included with the home and a couple of upgrade packages that were very reasonably priced to choose from if you wanted to upgrade.
I was given a time frame for delivery and Parker the builder met with me virtually for a pre-construction meeting and then kept me informed every step of the way with weekly progress reports and photos. He answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. I moved back to Tennessee just in time for the pre-drywall inspection, and I was blown away with the house, the location and the town of White House. My home was even ready 2 weeks ahead of schedule and just beautifully done. I have owned 10 homes and built with several large production builders and I have never had such a smooth and seamless experience as the one I had with Ryan Homes. My home was everything I had hoped for and then some.
After 6 months of ownership, I am still absolutely thrilled with my Ryan Home and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I have had only 2 small warranty issues since closing and Brett, who handles that department, has been prompt, kind and helpful with them. I highly recommend both the community and Ryan Homes. 5 Stars all the way!

We are still in the middle of building our new home with Ryan Homes at Prairie Ridge.
Till now our experience has been outstanding working with Judy and Kent.
From our first meeting, we felt confident and supported in our home-building process.
As a first-time buyer, we were nervous about the entire process, but they have taken the time to explain every step.
Judy, in particular, has been very responsive to all our questions and has gone above and beyond to make us feel at ease.

I moved to this community because my best friend bought a home here and I’m renting a room from here. I wasn’t here to see the construction process nor did a deal with sales people, so I can’t comment on that aspect, but we did have to submit several warranty requests after she moved in. Because my friend is frequently out of town and I work from home, I dealt with Alissa (or Alyssa?) and it’s been such a smooth process. She didn’t treat me differently because I wasn’t the primary homeowner and just a renter, and she truly went above and beyond for us. She even shared some home maintenance tips we never thought about. We’ve been really impressed with the super customer service provided. We would expect that from a custom build home, not a small townhome in Antioch.
I wish the parking spots were numbered. Though, it seems like our immediate neighbors have an understanding so we don’t park in each other’s spots.
I hear the HOA approves fences in our patios so that’s good.
We used to have a trash problem but the HOA fixed it too by adding an additional dumpster. Though, I don’t know how it’s gonna be once those new buildings are finished.

Maxwell- from our first interaction gave us so much confidence which in turn gave us the encouragement to move forward with the process. Maxwell was friendly, down to earth, very knowledgeable and highly responsive throughout the process from day one up until the day we closed on our home! His calm yet charismatic personality really eased a lot of my nerves - and he did so with soo much patience!!! I am so glad we had the opportunity to work with him , it really made all the difference!
Tyler- I love that he was very informative and gave us the insight to work on a few things to allow us to make home buying an option for us.
Jameson- Very friendly and knowledgeable. Communicated regularly with us throughout the process and gave us all the ins and outs of our home. Any issues/concerns brought up by myself or realtor were promptly resolved. We love our home!
UNFORTUNATELY the underwriting process with NVR settlement was not pleasant and initially took away from what was such a positive experience as a first time home buyer. By the grace of God things worked out in the end - but there are a lot of areas for improvement especially with regard to communication, transparency, and overall client experience.
The community gives a very tucked away resort feel that offers a lot of amenities! I really enjoy the walking trails and I am excited that they will be building a playground for small children!!!
Overall it was a rollercoaster of an experience- but thanks to our realtor Demetrius our sales associate Max we are happy to say it was all well worth the ride !!! ❤️

This is our first home and as with home buying there comes a lot of questions, uncertainty, etc. Leslie at Estate at Willowbrook is amazing. From the first day we went to go see the home she was welcoming, courteous and professional. She answered all the questions we had and above all was not pushy. She was also transparent through out the entire process and quick to respond back when ever we had questions. She explained all the features and options of the home. Even during the designing phase, she was extremely patience and kind to guide us in the right direction. Absolutely great experience with Ryan Homes and Leslie.

Ryan homes has an excellent follow through, great communication, clear understanding of the progression of the project. I would highly recommend them. They are the one of the most highly organized companies I have ever dealt with. Well worth working with Jake and lesslie Winslow who are on top of things. My wife and I just moved into our Ryan Home! We did a Columbia build. We had a rocky start with our original project manager quitting shortly after breaking ground but this was truly a blessing in disguise because Tony became our project manager and our home truly would not be as great as it is without him. He addressed every concern promptly and well! He went above and beyond with everything. If you're considering a new build, heritage hills in Brownsburg would be the place to build especially with Tony running the show with the builds right now! There's only a couple spots left!
Overall quality of everything for the home was good! Note, it won't be absolutely perfect because sadly that is not always a reality with so many different workers and so many things to do, so I would set your expectations accordingly which can be tough. Tony pays great attention to detail and imperfections might bother him more than you, which is a great because he will make sure it's right!
Overall, we are happy with our experience! We can't speak about the warranty team yet, so only time will tell with that!
Pounce on one of the last 2 spots while they're still available and Tony is still on the job!

We are so excited for our future home at High Point Estates. We had been spending every weekend house hunting and home disapointed and with tired feet. Then one evening, we came accross Ryan Homes! We watched the videos, reviewed the various floor homes and made a decision on the one we wanted to view in person. The entire planning, purchasing, and closing process was done very well. Stephanie was our sales agent and she was very helpful and very professional while assisting us with our decision to buy. Our project manager, Max, was outstanding. Max worked with us regularly during our build keeping us up to date with the progress of our home including weekly pictures. Max was definitely an asset to us for our first time building a new home. If you are building here, definitely ask for Max as your project manager he will take care of you and your house like it is his own home.

I love when new neighborhoods cater to more than just the home. There is a pool, dog park, sidewalks and a community center. I just wish the homes had larger driveways to accommodate more vehicles instead of apartments style parking.

My wife Micah and I discovered Ryan Homes at Cedar Hill Townhomes during a search on Zillow and scheduled a meeting with Bobby Griebe. We went in with so many questions regarding the difference in buying a new construction in contrast with buying a resale and Bobby, Danny and Max all answered every question in a straightforward, professional and cordial. We felt right at home during our tour of the Ballad 1-Car Garage model to get a rough feel of the energy of the home--although we were interested in the Mendelssohn 2-Car Garage home type. Between the layout and space being what we were looking for as well as the thorough explanations we received in terms of building and costs, we were putting down our good faith deposit on our very first home! We purchased a townhome in November 2023 and first met our sales representatives Samantha and her knowledge and customer service was remarkable. She kept us informed with every step of the townhome and was a great asset. Next we met our loan officer Keagan and he was very personable, professional and was always in touch with us explaining the loan process and all the options that were best for us, just a great guy.
Ben our project manager was great by keeping us informed on the status of our townhome with videos every Friday, what a great experience to see our home built from the ground up. We love the area and feel of community that Ryan Homes has created and are now in the process of purchasing a single family home. Our Ryan Homes build within the High Pointe Estates community was an amazing experience. Our Ryan Homes story began with our sales lead Mr. Pat. From the very first “we’re just looking around” appointment to settlement, Pat was there for us. He answered hundreds of questions promptly, day, night, on weekend, and even when I called when he was on travel. Pat made the design planning phase both exciting and educational experience. We’re so thankful for Pats in-depth experience in new construction and kind hearted guidance throughout the construction process.
As advertised, all new construction projects do come with unforeseen complications. Our Project Manager Mr. Adam was “on it”. We did have challenges. Our basement flooded after a major storm during the framing stage. Adam informed me of the incident immediately, detailing his plan of action for addressing the incident and was transparent in his updates throughout remediation. Everything was addressed!
Adam made time for me each and every time I wanted to walk the property or had concerns. Despite juggling multiple builds simultaneously, Adam ensured all issues were addressed and I was informed when they were resolved and how they were addressed.
I want to express my most sincere gratitude to the Ryan Homes and NVR team.
You’ve helped turn our vision into a reality over the past 6 months. New construction homes can be complex and overwhelming at times. We wouldn’t have had such a pleasurable experience without your guidance and counsel throughout the entire process. Not only are they knowledgeable, and hardworking but also very patient and kind hearted.
As sincere as I can type it… Thank you all for your time, attention and care that was poured into our home.
My advise to any new prospects is you absolutely must get your own third party inspections completed and allocate several business days if not a week to ensure the highest quality build as possible. These houses (many at the same time) are built at the speed of light and quality is often sacrificed for speed. You can counter that risk with a thorough home inspection before drywall and pre-settlement. This isn’t cheap. However, in our experience, save us thousands down the road, if not caught. Visit often!

Also would like to commend Matt Ferguson for his excellent presentation and knowledge he provided to us at the pre-construction meeting, his weekly progress reports, and photos uploaded to PhotoCircle. PhotoCircle is a great tool and greatly appreciated especially by buyers like us who live out of state.
Finally, would also like to commend Chris Colatrella for his assistance and customer service through the on-line loan process. The on line process was easy with no problems.

Our build manager, Adam, was timely at updating us on the progress of the build, communicating setbacks/delays, and addressing issues as they arose. We're very happy with the overall quality of the home we got. We had an inspection done in addition to Ryan's independent inspection, and the report was very good. It noted a few cosmetic issues, but the "guts" of the house are sound, and the inspector commented that the overall quality of the home is one of the best he's seen in the area. We had some issues arise at the new home orientation (NHO), and Adam had them addressed quickly. For example, our back yard was in rough shape. All the wind and rain washed away the seed, hay, and treatment, and exposed some big rocks. Adam arranged for the landscaper to take a second pass at the yard when they seeded a neighboring house - the very next day. We also found out at the NHO that Adam moved our crawl space because it was difficult to access. Lots of companies wouldn't bother...after all, it worked. But these guys made a last minute adjustment because it was the right thing to do and they would want it in their home.
New builds are such an enormous job, they all have unforeseen issues. It's not realistic to ask for a build with no issues, but Adam and the Ryan team at High Pointe Estates did a nice job addressing things quickly, openly, and professionally.
One thing I would encourage everyone to do -- sales team, go over ALL the options with customers; & potential buyers, go spend TONS of time looking at all the houses in the neighborhood to notice all the little differences and possibilities. For us, it was missing the windows in the basement...it would have been a different space in the basement with a few windows out the back of the house!

I had the best experience building our home. First person we met was Danielle who was our sales rep. She truly made the process such an ease, and was always available for questions and concerns. She went above and beyond for us time and time again. We worked with Melissa from NVR who was patient, and so educational. She reworked numbers for me a million times, and never made me feel like a bother. Last but not least, our PM Dan was a dream. He may have hated me for how much I didn’t know and he had to explain to me, but he never let on. What should have been a stressful process he made so much fun. I honestly wish I was friends with all of them, because the process was so enjoyable and they all played such an intricate part in such an important moment in my family’s lives.

Dereck, Tony, and Seth have made this home buying and financing process easy. They are enthusiastic and helpful. Dereck really makes you feel like this development is "community". He frequently arranges community events to help newcomers meet with other home owners.
They put a lot of effort into keeping you informed of your new home building process.
This development seems to be well planned and laid-out with community anemities. For the golfer, there is a golf course adjacent to this new home development!

My home is not perfect in every detail but I wasn’t buying an expensive custom home, so I’m pleased with what I got for the price I paid for it.
I hope Ryan Homes changes their paint, though. While I like the color, it’s very neutral, it’s marked easily. Don’t attempt to clean the marks with a wet rug, or you’ll ruin it.
Fence - we have a partition board between units but I wish our yards were fenced off.
HOA - we had some trash issues in the past (dumpsters weren’t getting emptied quick enough) but Ryan Homes coordinated with our HOA and that problem was solved. They added a few dumpsters and enclosed them in a gated area but I think the dumpsters are still too small and too far from our units.
I wish we had a dog park as I have a dog and it would be nice for him to have a good area to play. I don’t think they will add it because there’s no space for that. It’s on the HOA to decide, though.
I also wish that ALL homeowners picked up after their dogs.
Parking is not assigned but you do get 2 spots technically. You can park anywhere, so depending on your preferences, it can be good or bad.
I was very pleased with the warranty department. Alyssa, my warranty representative, was handling my requests. I didn’t have many things to complain about, but the things that I did bring up were taken care of so quickly and professionally! She is very quick to respond to my texts, never left my questions unanswered.
From reading online reviews, I see that a lot of time good homeownership experience heavily depends on the person who handles your request. I’m pretty sure that if Alyssa wasn’t the one dealing with my warranty issues, my experience would have been different. I think Ryan Homes is lucky to have such a dedicated and passionate person on their team. She brings a lot of value to the company and she’s the reason I’d recommend Ryan Homes to my friends.

Our Sales Rep was Nathan Silva. When I tell you he was beyond fabulous and knowledgeable, that would be an understatement. Nathan was so great and answered all of our questions, as well as gave us alot of knowledge on different situations and scenarios, including financing info. He spent a whole lot of time with us and did not rush us in anyway. He made it possible to tour the specific unit style that we had interest in. I’ve recently moved into my new home and honestly, I’m loving it! The experience itself was great. I used to work with a large handful of builders/contracts in the DMV area, and oversaw thousands of new construction projects. I worked with other National builders on similar communities, and I was really skeptical in buying a home in one. I’ve talked countless new construction home buyers off the ledge over the years. Rick, our sales rep, did an awesome job building value in the home. Dan, our project manager was amazing. He kept us in the loop on almost everything. Our pre-drywall walkthrough was solid, and the windows (which were one of my larger fears, were installed well). There’s a couple of things we missed on the final walkthough that Ryan Homes was more than happy to help fix for us (so far good experience w/o Th the warranty team). Some really small things we noticed in the carpet or trim we didn’t even bother to reach out about, because it’s hardly noticeable and everything else was done well. I’m really excited to see how everything is when the house settles, but so far, this was a fantastic experience. The team here at Bloom Village, is nothing short of great. From Rick, to Dan, to Samantha, Leslie and Rana at NVR, they made it easy. There’s only a handful of builders/project managers out here that I would trust and recommend, and Dan is definitely one. Thank you! (Ps if you get a chance, can you remind me which living room switches are wired to the rough-in?)

From the moment Teresa Rehm signed us to a contract until present everything has went smoothly.Teresa was so nice to us answering all of our questions and getting us prepared for what came next. Introducing us to our project manager Jordan Harrah, I can’t say enough about Jordan to due justice but I’ll try! from the very first day he told us everything that was going to happen in the next 3 to 4 months detailing everything and explaining when we had questions and what his expectations was concerning the construction and how he would take care of any concerns we might have along the way. Everything got done beautifully but there was a few things that I brought up , the storage space in the garage had chipped drywall along the bottom seam when we mention it he said that it’s an unfinished garage and that’s standard and I said ok I’ll get a piece for it when I move in the next day he called us and said he went ahead and put a trim piece there for us which was great. He recently told me he was having his drywall guy cut a piece and install it at the bottom of my basement stairwell that I was concerned about that’s just a few of the things Jordan has done for us that he wasn’t obligated to do sending us pictures every Friday of the progress while our home was being built which we were very excited to see every week the final walk around and helping us with the warranty process . We couldn’t have asked for a better construction manager than Jordan he is such professional when it comes to his job but he also is a great guy to get to know I’ve enjoyed talking and dealing with him he represents Ryan Homes very well and we are very excited and happy with our new home thanks to everyone it’s a beautiful community and we would recommend buying a Ryan home 👍 I also want to give a shout out to Kyle from the home warranty department that went above and beyond by showing up at my house to make sure issues that I had were taken care of very professional and very nice I appreciate all you did Thanks

We bought a home in Sawyer’s Mill and are so happy with the purchase. Bought the home in October 2022 and moved in early March 2023. Stephanie (sales), Ann (affiliated mortgage officer), and Jordan (project manager) were all great and professional to work with. They answered all of our questions transparently and made the whole process of a new build enjoyable. Jordan was awesome in giving weekly photo updates of what was happening that week and what the next steps are. Building a new home can be nerve-wracking especially if you are a first time home buyer! I have to say, our project manager, Kent, has been fantastic throughout the entire process from start to finish to even after we closed. During our build (we closed in November 2022), he was consistently providing updates of our house. He was (and still is) prompt in answering when we have random questions about our house. In addition, during walk throughs and closing, he took his time in explaining everything and making sure we were satisfied with the work. He literally works everyday, including weekends, so it’s nice when he stops by while we are outside to check on us and make sure we are still satisfied. He truly is a great project member and happy he was in charge of our build!

Ryan Homes Production Supervisor Zachary Dalton provided us with an amazing experience during the process of building our new home here at Fawn Lake. We were assigned the perfect person for the job as our overseer during the course of construction while our home was in the building phase. This allowed us the ability to focus on the sale of our previous home without the worries of the production of our new home. Mr. Dalton provided us with the PhotoCircle that displayed a step by step of the different stages of the construction process. He created an unforgettable experience and his outstanding customer service was impeccable. This review is for the sales and home buying experience and I will update post construction.
I worked with many salespersons while searching for a home. I wanted to give my review particularly on Deborah Linz. Deborah went above and beyond to hear and address any concerns we may have had. Any questions that I asked she went out of her way to find an answer and report back to me. If you are searching for a new home to build, I highly recommend stopping by Cedar Grove and speaking with Deborah.
While we have not definitively picked a mortgage lender at this time, Taylor Ostendorf from NVR has been very helpful and attenuative. As with Deborah, Taylor has been available to answer all questions that I have asked her with.
Lastly, I do want to speak briefly on early processes of home building with Ryan. For the most part, the process is very smooth and all of the Ryan employees at Cedar Grove have been kind and helpful. I do suggest that you take the time to really dive into all of the options that you might want in your home as there are plentiful options that you might not realize until after signing. Also, if you have a specific look in mind for the exterior of the home, realize that not all colors are an option and you cannot match the same color and brick/stone style as neighbors beside and across from you. Just a few things to be aware of, but by no means is this a negative outlook on Ryan. So far we have had a great experience and look forward to our house being built.

We had a home built in Sunbrook & the whole experience was good.
Rather new or 100 years old, search enough you will find flaws in a home, therefore I had realistic expectations.
The staff from sales to project management did well to & we are about 6 months in and the staff is still very friendly and willing to help if we ever need it.
I am very happy with going with a home in Sunbrook, & I believe the staff has to do with how your experience with Ryan’s will be & this one is great.

Where do I begin!? We recently purchased a home with Ryan homes and it has honestly been a very wonderful experience so far! Our sales representative, Clare Bowers is honestly hands down the best there is in her league! We searched around to find what we thought would be the best home builder to go with, and from the very beginning Clare took time out of her schedule/ life to be there to offer answers to each and every question we've had! You honestly don't find much of this genuine care in this field. She made sure to become familiar with our names and situation. We're military, living on different sides of the country and she never hesitates to respond no matter the time. I must admit that when we had our final selection meeting, I was NOT prepared as I've never had a home built from the ground up. It was intimidating but Clare walked me through it. Even with that being said, after thought, I had 2 things I wanted to change and she and the Ryan home team moved mountains to ensure that we got everything we wanted in our new home! I will be forever grateful to these wonderful people for making our dreams come true every step of the way. You guys are doing great things over there at Ryan homes at Heritage hills! Thank you for all you guys do, it's much more appreciated than you realize!

We have lived in our Ryan built Heritage Hills home now for 6 months. The home was built well and I’m very happy with the product. During the build my flooring selection was discontinued and there was a question as to what I would receive. The PMs Michael and Justin took care of my concerns quickly and were able to get my flooring choice.
All issues at closing have been addressed, albeit a bit slowly on some non-functional items.
The warranty team has addressed all functional issues timely.
I look forward to the 1 year dry wall/final walk through and hope it goes smoothly.

I can't say enough about how great the team at High Pointe Estates has been. This is the first home we've built and were very nervous about the process with such a large builder. Lee never made us feel like just another sale - they're building homes for their customers, not just another house. Lee in particular has made the building process as smooth as possible. Any questions or concerns we raised were handled immediately. His attention to detail is impressive - while every new construction project will have some hiccups, Lee made sure everything was addressed and fixed timely. Additionally, our third party inspector said Lee was one of the best project managers he's worked with. Lee never tried to rush us or our inspector, giving the time needed to do a thorough review (although, there were very few problems caught through the inspection that Lee wasn't already aware of and working on). Overall, I would say our experience has been even better than we could have hoped and we're excited for our new home!
Our only complaint is the sales person, Amy. She didn’t allow us to view and choose our options. Rather, she chose and then we had to decide what to change (without knowing what was out there!)

Danny Hunt and his team walked me through each step of the building process, listened to my questions or concerns and responded. I absolutely love my new home and the quality of the home. After moving in, Danny checked in with me immediately to see if I had any issues or concerns. I had a few items, which is to be expected, and Danny worked quickly to have them resolved. First and foremost, we were very pleased with the location once we realized it was just off Richie Highway, where there is tons of things to do and very convenient. The community is tucked in its own area, which we loved. The homes looked beautiful and the model homes were great. We met with Houston who was a ton of help! Most new construction communities will have you walk the models by themselves, which is totally fine, but we appreciated that Houston was there to answer any and all questions we had as we walked through the model homes. He waited at least four hours until our realtor was able to come by and see for herself and ask any questions we weren’t sure to ask. So five stars for Houston and five stars for Cedar Hills!!

Starting the process, we met with Teresa and she walked us through the process. She was very kind, not pushy. She was a joy to work with. Paula made the paperwork go smoothly. We have not been assigned a project leader as of yet but he was very polite and kind and introduced himself while we were working on the beginning stages of having a home built. Ryan Homes does a fantastic job in Fawn Lake. Amanda in sales was great and extremely helpful. Danny, Zach and Trey are quality, knowledgeable builders. They really kept us at ease with updates and answers to any questions, as we were building from out of state. They kept us on track throughout the build, eventhough there were permit delays on the front end. That was key, with having to sell a home and move out of state. Timing was super important, and they delivered.

I am VERY happy with my new home. It's been a few month and, like with any new home, there were some hiccups along the way but overall, extremely pleased with how everything turned out.

In February of 2022 I put an offer in on a home in Durham and there were 39 other offers. After that, I knew that bidding wasn’t the route for me and wanted to do new construction. My agent and I stopped by Courtney Creek and after meeting with Jack, we learned there was NO BIDDING, several lots to choose from in the $400k range, and it was located close to RTP. Jack also welcomed my dog Koda, provided him with a water bowl, and gave him treats! On an even sweeter note, his partner came by with their own dog and took both dogs for a walk while Jack and I discussed details on my new home. A couple weeks ago I met Mike and toured a model home, things went great. Mike had an answer for every question I asked. I could knit pick on some limited house options, but it will not affect the quality of my future life in this community. My new build has not started construction yet, so I cannot comment on the building process yet.
Loan: Taylor the loan rep seems great so far. (Currently waiting for rate lock in). Any knit picking here would be over the current interest rates caused by the FED.

As a new home buyer/owner we were looking at all options. We preferred to build instead of buying a used home for our first home. However, we were a little nervous to say the least based off what we have heard from friends and family who have built homes. We had been a few local builders and to be honest we almost gave up on it. This was due to the build length of time, the amount of meetings that would be needed, the feelings of being pushed off as not needed or cared about whether we bought a home from them or not.... Then we made a last minute stop at Ryan's Homes in Franklin/Middletown. We showed on up on a Saturday afternoon, just to look around and check out the model home expecting there to be no time for us as we had no meeting scheduled. When we arrived to the model home we met Keith. Keith was free and walked us around the model home answering questions, asking questions, and taking time to explain options for us. within a short period of time after speaking with Keith and getting all of our questions answered we were sold! We didn't have to schedule another meeting to discuss our questions or concerns, we didn't need a 12 hour meeting to discuss upgrades, we didn't need a meeting to talk about finances or loans. Keith was able to take what appeared from our builders to be a 2-3 month process and completed it in our first unexpected walk in visit. He did not pressure us into anything bigger then needed, or unneeded upgrades. Which was amazing! He obviously spoke about them and explained how they work, but again did not try to shove in our package to get more money from us. All in all within 2 days and less then 12 hours we are now Ryan Home Owners and excited to break ground in the coming months. If anyone is looking at this community or wanting more information, I cannot express our happiness with Keith and his abilities. Please go and see him directly, you will not regret it.... I will update this post in the future to reflect what I can only assume will be more great news once our home is finished. Thank you, Keith!!!

My partner and I had a very positive home buying experience with Ryan Homes at Courtney Creek. This location in south Durham near RTP is amazing, and the three-story townhomes are modern and spacious. Our sales representative Jack was extremely responsive, well-informed, and transparent throughout the entire process, giving us the information to make a sound choice (without being pushy) and then the follow up with all the next steps. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the community and home itself, and helped us to choose design features while keeping costs carefully under control.
Also of note, we decided to go with a newly constructed home in part to avoid facing a bidding war with existing homes. However it turned out many new home builders in this area actually take bids, so it's not uncommon to face a bidding war for a newly constructed home, which seems exploitative. Ryan Homes does not do this. Overall it has been a pleasure working with Jack and Ryan Homes. We are excited to move into our new home this fall!

My experience with Ryan Homes was amazing. Jennifer made the transition run smoothly, even when I had issues that had nothing to do with her, she called me back for reassurance. My project manager kept me in the loop with weekly updates and even after I closed, he still responded to my texts and assisted me with questions I had. During my walkthrough, Carson was thorough and answered all my questions. My only negative remark was I wish the house was a bit cleaner before we moved in. There was still a lot of cleaning we had to do before we moved in. Other than that, our experience with Ryan Homes was amazing. I've been looking for a home in Locust Point for awhile and was very excited to hear of this new development. Nathan from Ryan Homes has been my main point of contact since day 1. He has made the homebuying process a less stressful one and has been very responsive to any questions or concerns I have had. If he didn't readily know the answer, he made sure to find out from someone who did. Even when there was a little hiccup in the paperwork, he was very assuring things would be resolved and kept me informed and updated. My husband and I are so excited . We love this area . A smaller community within a larger city . Everything is accessible ,meaning for us we can walk to parks, tennis courts , places to eat , as well as groceries and other amenities. Close to other communities within the city . We set up an appointment with very little in expectations about how we might be able to build a new home, but ended up being pleasantly surprised when Stephanie was able to very simply answer all of our questions and concerns. From my initial consultation with Nick and the home building process with David I have been beyond satisfied and pleased. They have been very open to answer and questions I might have and have been more than willing to address any concerns I might have. I was traveling from out of town looking for a home and had scheduled several appointments with several other communities. The first one didn't show up on time, so I drove over to Ryan Homes at Courtney Creek. I was initially greeted by Wendy who told me to "come on inside", even though I didn't have an appointment, and she introduced me to her counterpart, Jack. In this COVID environment, walk-ins can be hit or miss, but I very much appreciated their kindness and exceptional customer service. I had viewed the community on Zillow, and immediately fell in love with the houses, so being able to see it and discuss my plans for the home with Jack was great. Buying a home can be a daunting task, especially if you're unfamiliar with the city, but Jack's knowledge of the area, construction process and overall understanding of the community development plan helped make my decision even easier. I do feel bad as I had a later appointment at another Ryan Homes community at 751 with Kate, which I'm certain are equally as beautiful, but like they say, "when you know, you know". I'm very fortunate to have the pleasure of working with Jack and Ryan Homes, and we should hopefully start construction on my house this coming spring! Very much looking forward to what the city of Durham and the Courtney Creek area has to offer! So, bottom line: If you're looking for a great house in a nice neighborhood with beautiful floorplans for a great price, AND you're looking to work with a solid company with outstanding sales representatives, look no further than Courtney Creek.

We're first-time homebuyers purchasing our first home through Ryan Homes at Banner Row. Our Sales Representative (Nathan Silva) has been super responsive and transparent since we first started communicating. Nathan was quick to answer (or find the answer) to questions we had, which made us feel more confident in purchasing our home when it came time to do so. The homebuying process can sometimes be quite complicated and confusing. We really appreciated how straight-forward the process was with Ryan Homes at Banner Row. Since we ended up purchasing a model home, both Nathan and the Joseph Oberle (Property Manager) have been great in helping us securely access our home to take measurements of our spaces prior to move-in. Joe is very knowledgable about what goes into these homes and is a tremendous resource. I appreciate how proactive he has been in making sure we understand our new home and you can tell he genuinely cares about making sure homebuyers feel confident in their homes. We ended up selecting NVR mortgage for our property. Garrett Walther's customer service has been excellent (e.g., patiently explaining things, finding workable solutions, super responsive) and the reason we chose NVR. While it's always great to have things run perfectly and smoothly, there's always things that come up (that's just reality). Our experience, so far, with the team at Banner Row has made us feel at ease knowing if and when anything comes up that they will resolve it. We're looking forward to moving into our home and being part of the community.

First the construction and meticulous attention to detail was incredible. Tony CLEARLY takes pride in his work and does an impressive job. I gasped when I walked in the first time it was so beautiful. Their compassion and commitment to excellence is apparent.

We did not get an appointment at the opening but we were able to buy a townhome there anyway. Jack and Heather welcomed us and made our purchasing experience a pleasant one. Phillip Austin has been our Ryan Construction contact for Briar Creek Estates. Phillip has done an amazing job for us as we walk through this process of having a new home built. Phillip is the consummate professional: As you go through this process you have many questions: He has always been quick to respond with the accurate information that we need. If he doesn't know an answer to a question he will find out for us. He also goes above and beyond his job responsibilities. We flew into Indiana and had one day to put our house under contract before we had to leave and he was working until 11:30 at night to get the answer to the questions we needed. We like that he gives us all the facts and his expert knowledgeable advise but he lets us make the final decision. We never feel pressured to decide one way or another. He is great to work with because he is always positive and enthusiastic.

The Ryan Homes team in Camby has been amazing to work with. My wife and I just happened to make a wrong turn in Camby and ended up scheduling a meeting with Nick. After a couple more meetings we sold our house, moved into an apartment, and got to watch every step of the home building process. David, the project manager, was very knowledgable and attentive. We hired a 3rd party inspector and David was extremely accommodating. Nick and David were both also very transparent - we were able to come by roughly once a week (or sometimes more) and they both answered all of our questions from the beginning. The crews building our home were also very nice and accommodating. Any time we would show up, they would always let us walk around, even when they were working, so long as we stayed out of the way. When we first started the building process, we looked at tons of reviews for Ryan Homes. While some locations didn't have stellar reviews, our experience building in The Enclave has been nothing but great. Ryan Homes, and specifically the team in Camby, has gone out of their way to make sure my wife and I didn't have any unanswered questions or unaddressed complaints.

The purchasing of my home through Ryan Homes at Crosstown Commons in Port St. Lucie was a very positive experience from start to finish. From picking out the style of my home, to the lot location, to the construction stages and including the closing. Kellie and Jennifer, the agents working with me on the sale, were wonderful, answered my questions in a very timely manner, were always professional and very knowledgeable about their product. Carson, my project manager, gave me weekly updates on the stages of the construction. He was always available to answer my questions about the construction and explained everything I needed to know about the home at the walk through. I have been looking around the RTP area for a new home for a decent amount of time at this point. A few months ago, I joined the waitlist for Courtney Creek. At that time, I came in contact with Jack Synesael and since then he has been nothing but a pleasure to work with. Jack was very knowledgeable about the homes and very willing to accommodate any questions and requests. As a first time buyer, Jack went above and beyond in any way possible to make my first time buying a house a great experience.
The neighborhood itself is in a great area that is beginning to pop up. Driving around the area, there are new apartments and home communities all over. I am excited to see the rest of the development both in Courtney Creek as well as the surrounding area over the coming years.

I happened upon this community during a drive through Port St. Lucie. We didn't have an appointment to view the model homes but met Seth from Ryan Homes. He spent over an hour with us going over the various floor plans. The homes appeared to be well built with quality materials. I like that the community is not too large, with a nice mix of homes. There are 3 builders in this community, so the variety is nice to have. I was also very happy to meet Seth, who is a representative at Ryan Homes, he was patient, professional, very accommodating and willing. He is always a text or call away. We have decided to go with them, as we like the floor plans and affordability. To date we haven't encountered any issues, but hopefully if any arise they will be dealt with swiftly.

A little over a week ago my husband and I were in Port Saint Lucie looking at some new construction homes. We called Ryan Homes and Jennifer answered. I told her that my husband and I were in the area and we were interested in new construction builds and wanted to know if she had any available she proceeded to let me know that she does and would be happy to assist me as soon as possible, from there I told her that we are on our way over. Once we arrived Jennifer greeted us at the door and let us in. She asked us a few questions and asked her colleague Seth to further assist us and show us around while she finishes up with a few clients. Seth immediately grabbed a packet and gave us a tour of the seagate floor plan and asked us our price range, budget per month and what are we looking for in a house. He then introduced us to the Doral. It was a rainy day but he still insisted on showing us the model home and even drove us over to the Spec home. The price was just right and the floor plan was exactly what we needed. Seth didn’t mind getting wet from the storm! He spent over two hours answering all of our questions and concerns. He knew we scared because this was our first time purchasing a home. The two hours that he spent with us and the details we received from Jennifer regarding the homes convinced my husband and I that we were at the right place! We left with everything we needed and even received a follow up call from Seth that same night. We decided to follow through with the process and now a week later we paid for our appraisal and ready to be home owners. Jennifer has been consistent with her communication as well as Seth. We recently purchased our new home so we are just in the beginning stages of the build and Kellie Ignelzi has been absolutely amazing. She has taken the time to sit with us and be available via phone calls if needed.
We are from New York and she has made this long distance stressful purchase go very easy. She has answered all questions and worked with my wife explaining all upgrades that she was interested in.
Being from out of town it has been tough explaining to our children and family the home and the neighborhood. She has been very easy to work with. We started our building process with Marlayna. She was so helpful in assisting us with what we wanted and was very realistic and honest. She stated we would be done building by Jan (we signed in May). Unfortunately, there were delays. We actually transferred to another home whose financing fell through and dealt with Kellie since Marlayna was on maternity leave. Kellie was extremely helpful as well and the process went smooth until close. Andrew our project manager on our new house was outstanding. He kept us up to date every step of the way from the time we transferred until we closed. He’s still helping with stuff post settlement. The community is beautiful and we have already met many neighbors and future neighbors! It is an extremely family oriented community and we couldn’t be happier to be raising our family here!

Rocque just gave us a blanket excuse of why they're 3 months behind and said to use that excuse for any further delays. The only people who have helped is Steven from NVR and Mike, which is Rocque's Manager. Leah is unresponsive and unhelpful. Kellie has been deceitful and misleading. Rocque has no customer service skills.

**I wrote my original review a few months ago, when we had just started building. We move into our new home tomorrow. Ryan Homes has continued to exceed our expectations. Our hone is stunning, they walked us through every single thing, and we are so happy. Jason, the project manager has also been phenomenal during the entire build. I heard from friends who used other builders that we wouldn’t be in contact with the sales rep after we began construction. For us, that was not the case at all: Philip has continued to be in contact and work closely with Jason. We are so happy we chose to build with Ryan Homes! **
We have had a great experience! My husband and I were planning on moving next fall, and I had seen that Briar Creek would be opening a second phase, so I originally called for information on Phase 2. Philip assisted us and has been phenomenal. He has responded to all my questions in a very friendly, professional way. We ended up looking at the home, falling in love with the lots, and are building in phase 1. As it was not the timeline we expected I’ve had a lot of questions and he has never made me feel like any question is too small. He promised me from the get go he would do everything he could to help us build our dream home and he has absolutely done that. We are looking forward to continuing to work with him, then the project manager during our build, as well as our loan officer Seth, who also has been extremely helpful. Both of them have met with us at times that were convenient for us as full time employees with two little boys. We have had a wonderful experience thus far and cannot wait to be in our new home!

We stopped at Sunbrook to walkthrough the model homes. We came back the next day to crunch some numbers and two days later to sign a purchase agreement. Melody was always helpful and quick to respond to any questions that we had (and we had a lot!). While our house was being built, we were able to access the model home and take measurements for curtains, furniture, etc. While our house was being built, we were allowed to stop by every week and walk the property and house. This enabled us to ask even more questions and watch our house take shape with each phase. Anthony was very prompt in answering any questions that we had about the building process and kept up to date weekly with the progress made. The whole process of purchasing a new home was as stress free as possible thanks to Melody and Anthony's professionalism, friendliness, and patience with our questions. Our kids are loving their new rooms and neighborhood. If someone is looking to build their first home, I highly recommend stopping by to look at a model home and speaking with Melody.

We were in the market for a new home and decided to go with Ryan homes, as we had never had a new house before. I did my research and met with Hye! She was a sweet and was able to answer all of our questions. She let us look through the model home multiple times, and wasn't pushy about making a sale. She crunched all the numbers and made sure we were comfortable before giving up any money. I really had a good experience meeting up with Hye. The community is up and coming. There are many plots still for sale, A playground is supposed to be built as well. Its not a bad little spot to buy a home. I am very excited to have purchased my first new home with Ryan homes. Nick is by far one of the best that Ryan homes has to offer. He is patient and truly caring of his customers. Phillip also is an asset to this company. Both of these men are truly remarkable and have the best customer service skills. I would not hesitate to call either one a friend.

I thought this whole process of building a new home was going to be super stressful but honestly they made it so easy and kept us in the loop with everything, also towards the end of this whole process they would call every Friday to give us updates on the house and would explain everything they did for the week also answer any questions we may have.
I highly recommend Ryan homes they actually care!

What a great experience we had with this community . They were very responsive to all my concerns , needs and wants . They also answered all of our questions in a timely manner and made me feel comfortable with my purchase . Being able to purchase a brand new home of my own instead of renting is huge start for a great investment with this community .

I am having a house built in Milford Ponds and John Farro has been very good about going over every detail with me. The builder was on the phone with me since I am out of town and again went over all the details about the house before they start on it. I find that very comforting. He keeps in touch with me which is much better then the builder did that built my other home. Ed was also very helpful.

If you are looking for a brand new home in Milford, Delaware Ryan Homes should be your first place to stop in your hunt for a new home. My husband and I drove from New York City met with John Farro, who is an amazing Sales Representative we looked a the model home one time and we signed the settlement agreement documents the same day. My husband and I have been looking at homes in Delaware since 2016 now house hunting days are finish.

I absolutely had an amazing experience at Ryan Homes Heartland, my husband and I had just decided to start looking at homes or to have a new construction. They where the first and only home builders we went to and We spoke with Philip, we couldn’t ask for a better Sales Rep. Felt more like talking to a friend then a sales men. We told him exactly what we needed and to our surprise he had just the home for us. We where so surprised not only by the home but with such great customer care. Every single request we had, Calls and text were always promptly answered by Philip. We didn’t even bother in looking for any other homes. Just checked out the single family homes. For $400K, they serve up a good deal: 5 bedrooms and a double car garage, plus den. Great location off Ritchie. They also have a few snazzy townhouses. This place will be a quiet and beautiful recluse. Well done Ryan homes!

We have had a fantastic experience with Roxanne as our sales person for Ryan Homes. She is very honest and really cares about her customers. She is quick to respond to questions and walked us through the entire home building experience. Any questions or concerns we have had, she has handled quickly and kept us informed throughout. We have also had a great experience with Earl as our project manager. He is very detail oriented and is a good communicator.
