When we discovered Landings at Bayside, the new townhomes checked all the boxes for what we were looking for in our new home.
We loved the design, interior choices and working with Jay Carlson. His extensive knowledge of the products as well as the building process gave us confidence as we made all of our selections. His friendly, calm demeanor is a perfect fit for new home construction and he was always available to answer questions from start to finish, and beyond.
Even though we live in the area and would drive by often over the time it took to build, we looked forward to the regular photos and updates we’d receive from our construction managers Andrew and Mike!
We love the location of our community, close to Assateague Island and Ocean City, MD as well as Berlin, with its restaurants, boutiques and activities.
In comparison to other communities in the area, our amenities are second to none! It’s given us the opportunity to meet neighbors by spending time at the pool and we’re lucky to have a beautiful clubhouse with fitness and game rooms!

First off, if you believe all the negativity on social media about Burr Oak and that discourages you from building a home here, you will never have your dream home.
Ashley, Taylor, and Jordan all went above and beyond for me in every step of the way. The communication at each stage in the process was phenomenal. I am one to ask a ton of questions and I was never felt as though I was a burden for asking. I can honestly say I had zero issues in the entire build process-and that is saying a lot! I have built a custom home in the past, and I cannot say the same thing. Jordan has even come to my house and done things for me outside of his "normal" job, just to help me out. Ryan Homes have really hired some great people to help develop this subdivision!
We are now in my dream home and we are loving it! I have zero regrets and I am so happy I chose to listen to my own experience instead of social media!

The entire planning, purchasing, and closing process was done very well. Stephanie was our sales agent and she was very helpful and very professional while assisting us with our decision to buy. Our project manager, Max, was outstanding. Max worked with us regularly during our build keeping us up to date with the progress of our home including weekly pictures. Max was definitely an asset to us for our first time building a new home. If you are building here, definitely ask for Max as your project manager he will take care of you and your house like it is his own home.

We loved the location and the selection of home plans and even the intreior selections were a fit. Kasey, whom we worked with from day 1 was awesome. We wanted a specific lot and when phase 2 opened up, Kasey reached out to make us aware and showed us what was available. The overall process was reasonable and the experience was positive. Both Kasey and Alison exceeded our expectations and they both deserve recognition. We still have a ways to go, but I'm confident in the process. If you can work with Kasey, do it.

We are just starting to build our new home and are so pleased with the service we have received from Jenn Carter and Randy Frontera at Waller Mill Heights. We are planning a cross-country move and they have gone out of their way to be available for remote meetings. Emails and texts are answered promptly and it is obvious that Ryan Homes is an experienced business as the communication tools are in place. The information on costs was transparent and we were offered excellent incentives. We are working with Justin Caughell at NVR and he is excellent at walking us through our financial options.
While touring the neighborhood, we had an opportunity to meet several residents and were impressed with the friendly vibe in the community. We love the location and the convenience of access to Richmond Road and downtown Williamsburg.

We contracted a planned build with an estimated close date of October, and have been very happy with our experience so far! JP has been very transparent, informative, and responsive throughout the process, which has helped us feel more comfortable as we go through our first time 'building' a home. Additionally, working with Stacy through the mortgage process has been quick and painless! These guys feel like experts in their professions who are genuinely here to help you rather than sell you.
A couple tips for other prospective buyers - there is a facebook community for blackthorne estates and ryan homes to help get you more of a feel for the neighborhood and home decor options. Never hurts to get information from people who have already lived the experience!

Ashley and Taylor were very helpful with the application and loan process which can sometimes be hectic and stressful but we did not feel this way at all! This is our second build with Ryan Homes and we are again very happy with the process. Our project manager Trent was very attentive and let us see the house whatever we wanted to. He always answered all our questions quickly and took lots of progress photos for us to view on the app! The build process took less time than projected originally and we were able to move in sooner! Overall it’s a great neighborhood and great homes!

I have lived at Hidden Village well over three years and I have no reservations owning a Ryan Home. Yes, we did have some warranty issues after moving in, but I will say the response to issues is quick and the warranty team including Hiram Coffey and particularly Mark Gruich, has been more than helpful, often going above and beyond just fixing the problem. Mark has always been informative, polite, and personable, but always performing his due diligence (Col 3:23-24). Hiram Coffey also has been honest and fair in regard to our issues as well.

I was very happy with my experience. Ashley, Chris and Adam were great to work with, super nice and responsive.
This is one of the better ran subdivisions of Ryan homes in my opinion, and my inspector said the same. I think that makes the difference when it comes to things being done correctly.
Main tips to note for anyone looking to build here:
-Get your own home inspector
-visit regularly
-the water pressure is about 30psi mainly due to distance/elevation to the tower, I found it fine for my needs but ask about this if you’re concerned
-replace the shower rods yourself and outside “splash blocks” with something more heavy duty
-they don’t insulate all of your garage, this was something I failed to realize till last minute and did myself
-get extra lights, outlets, Ethernet (don’t skimp on this because you can’t add more later from Ryan)
-mount your TV on the stairs wall, it’ll make your space feel so much more open
No builder is perfect, I was hesitant at first with Ryan being a large builder, but honestly for the price and ease of everything it was relatively very painless and issue free.

This is a great community to be a part of. We’ve had a few bumps along the way that were addressed in a timely manner by the Ryan homes warranty team. Most recently we’ve battled an issue with a flooring company for more than a year, and the Division Warranty Manager for Ryan Homes, Hiram Coffey, went to bat for us and solved our issue. Ryan homes really cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to rectify any issues. I’d recommend Ryan homes to anyone and if you have an issue get it addressed. They are there to help! I’ve recently moved into my new home and honestly, I’m loving it! The experience itself was great. I used to work with a large handful of builders/contracts in the DMV area, and oversaw thousands of new construction projects. I worked with other National builders on similar communities, and I was really skeptical in buying a home in one. I’ve talked countless new construction home buyers off the ledge over the years. Rick, our sales rep, did an awesome job building value in the home. Dan, our project manager was amazing. He kept us in the loop on almost everything. Our pre-drywall walkthrough was solid, and the windows (which were one of my larger fears, were installed well). There’s a couple of things we missed on the final walkthough that Ryan Homes was more than happy to help fix for us (so far good experience w/o Th the warranty team). Some really small things we noticed in the carpet or trim we didn’t even bother to reach out about, because it’s hardly noticeable and everything else was done well. I’m really excited to see how everything is when the house settles, but so far, this was a fantastic experience. The team here at Bloom Village, is nothing short of great. From Rick, to Dan, to Samantha, Leslie and Rana at NVR, they made it easy. There’s only a handful of builders/project managers out here that I would trust and recommend, and Dan is definitely one. Thank you! (Ps if you get a chance, can you remind me which living room switches are wired to the rough-in?)

Beautiful neighborhood! / beautiful homes! We hope to be able sell at our current location and hopefully make this our new neighborhood/home. The front office personnel ( I forgot her name) was super sweet and helpful and also extremely knowledgeable about their product and the buying process with Ryan Homes as a whole.

They also have walked through each step of the process and explained in a way we understood. I have heard many horror stories about building a new house but we have not encountered any. As a first time homebuyer, I could not be more thankful for the amazing experience I had with Ryan Homes! Before I began the process, I was definitely one of those people that looked up reviews and was very nervous about it at first. I loved the floor plan and the brand new community so I decided to jump on it. Patricia and Shannon were such amazing sales representatives and answered ALL my burning questions very patiently and thoroughly. Shannon was so lovely to work with and she was always quick to hop on a call or text. Our project manager, Nick, was also AMAZING throughout. He went above and beyond to keep us well informed on the build and made any updates/fixes in such a timely manner. He even helped us after settlement and ensured that we were happy. Update:,11/22/23 I wanted to update my review again because I cannot say enough about how fortunate my husband and I have been to have Brad Anderson, Production Manager from Ryan with us from before the time we moved in this year until now. He is the voice of reason and professionalism at Ryan. While we have had some minor disagreements with him he is very fast at returning our calls and text and always attempts to resolve our complaints timely and to our satisfaction. He always treats us with respect. Thanks Brad!
Update 5/26/23 my husband and I would like to give a shout out again to both Brad Anderson, Jim Diaz and Rose Halley. Also, at my last review, I forgot to mention Kyle Songer from NVR. He was a very professional young man and patient with us during the whole process. It has been almost 6 months since we moved in to our gorgeous ranch home and they continue to address any concerns we have with respect and professionalism and do so timely. That is important to us. There are lots left to build on so don’t hesitate to consider this location. You won’t regret it!!!

From the moment Teresa Rehm signed us to a contract until present everything has went smoothly.Teresa was so nice to us answering all of our questions and getting us prepared for what came next. Introducing us to our project manager Jordan Harrah, I can’t say enough about Jordan to due justice but I’ll try! from the very first day he told us everything that was going to happen in the next 3 to 4 months detailing everything and explaining when we had questions and what his expectations was concerning the construction and how he would take care of any concerns we might have along the way. Everything got done beautifully but there was a few things that I brought up , the storage space in the garage had chipped drywall along the bottom seam when we mention it he said that it’s an unfinished garage and that’s standard and I said ok I’ll get a piece for it when I move in the next day he called us and said he went ahead and put a trim piece there for us which was great. He recently told me he was having his drywall guy cut a piece and install it at the bottom of my basement stairwell that I was concerned about that’s just a few of the things Jordan has done for us that he wasn’t obligated to do sending us pictures every Friday of the progress while our home was being built which we were very excited to see every week the final walk around and helping us with the warranty process . We couldn’t have asked for a better construction manager than Jordan he is such professional when it comes to his job but he also is a great guy to get to know I’ve enjoyed talking and dealing with him he represents Ryan Homes very well and we are very excited and happy with our new home thanks to everyone it’s a beautiful community and we would recommend buying a Ryan home 👍 I also want to give a shout out to Kyle from the home warranty department that went above and beyond by showing up at my house to make sure issues that I had were taken care of very professional and very nice I appreciate all you did Thanks

We bought a home in Sawyer’s Mill and are so happy with the purchase. Bought the home in October 2022 and moved in early March 2023. Stephanie (sales), Ann (affiliated mortgage officer), and Jordan (project manager) were all great and professional to work with. They answered all of our questions transparently and made the whole process of a new build enjoyable. Jordan was awesome in giving weekly photo updates of what was happening that week and what the next steps are. He took extra time to show us the house before moving in and giving tips and tricks for maintenance. I would highly recommend working with Ryan Homes at Sawyer’s Mill!

So far so good. Everything was easy so far and very pressure free. They really try to tailor your needs without upseling you. Keegan is a fantastic liason to you and your new home. We had a home built in Sunbrook & the whole experience was good.
Rather new or 100 years old, search enough you will find flaws in a home, therefore I had realistic expectations.
The staff from sales to project management did well to & we are about 6 months in and the staff is still very friendly and willing to help if we ever need it.
I am very happy with going with a home in Sunbrook, & I believe the staff has to do with how your experience with Ryan’s will be & this one is great.

I want to take the time to say how great this whole experience has been thanks to the wonderful people we worked with at Ryan Homes. Yes, the house turned out great and was done in a very timely manner thanks to some really good weather. But any move can be a stressful experience, but working with Rose in sales, Andrew our project manager, and Josh at NVR made this a wonderful experience. Building a good product is one thing, but having wonderful people to interface with is hard to find in todays business word. They carefully walked us through the whole process from picking our home and selecting our options, the financing and closing, and the construction. They made sure we were comfortable with the process, all our questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner, and they were always very much on top of things. They weren't there to just sell us a house, they were there to help us and make this a pleasant experience. Ryan Homes is lucky to have them as the face of their corporation.

This was our second Ryan built home. The first experience was in 2003. This time it was night and day compared to the first home. Ryan homes has gone above and beyond with our new home. My wife and I couldn't be happier. From the salesman Josh to the project manager Chris our build went very well and would definitely recommend Ryan if you are considering building a new home. I am VERY happy with my new home. It's been a few month and, like with any new home, there were some hiccups along the way but overall, extremely pleased with how everything turned out.
The team at Ryan Homes is awesome. My parents previously bought with them many years ago so it was nice for me to be in their place this time around.
Kumar, thank you SO much. Super responsive, helpful, and attentive. I had such a great experience at the start of it all with you.
Kenneth and Sarah were also a great team. Making sure I got things in when they needed to be.
Michael and Nick were among those that got the job done and honestly, they did a great job. Always providing the updates and pictures. Really appreciated their help and final explanations when we were nearing the finish line.
Matt with warranty was super attentive too. Many thanks to Sage too, part of the customer service team. I felt very heard and knew she was helping me get the minor bugs fixed.

From our Loan Officer Jamilah Hamdan & the Project Mgr. John Petrus, whom we just met with today we’re very pleased. I’m hoping that once our home is complete, we won’t have any issues. I’ll write an update upon completion.
I wanted to add an update to my review it’s August 14th.
John our Project Mgr., has been excellent with updating us on what’s next, sending pictures, asking if we have any questions. So far, everything has been on schedule for the dates he’s given us.
It’s October 10th and everything is going well, no negatives to report. John Petrus has been awesome sending the progress photos and we’ve driven to the community a few times and loved how the home is coming along. They’ve sold a lot of lots since August and new homes are going up each week.
Jamilah H, responds to any questions that we have. Everything is good at this time. I’ll update at closing.
It’s November 9th and we closed on our new home today. I have nothing negative to say at all, things went according to plan. The walkthrough had a few minor issues that have all been addressed. I’m hoping that we don’t have any major issues after moving in. Overall, this was a great experience.

There weren’t many questions he couldn’t answer but when there was something he was unsure about he did some research, found the answer and got right back to me. In February of 2022 I put an offer in on a home in Durham and there were 39 other offers. After that, I knew that bidding wasn’t the route for me and wanted to do new construction. My agent and I stopped by Courtney Creek and after meeting with Jack, we learned there was NO BIDDING, several lots to choose from in the $400k range, and it was located close to RTP. Jack also welcomed my dog Koda, provided him with a water bowl, and gave him treats! On an even sweeter note, his partner came by with their own dog and took both dogs for a walk while Jack and I discussed details on my new home. This is my first time buying a home and I couldn’t have asked for a better initial process!

Really excited to me in this August. I am a first time home buyer Nathan was a great resource. Being super responsive and through. Great at explaining every detail and offering his own input when asked. The area appear very and within walking distance to everything you need, restaurants grocery stores, parking, and seems to be an overall amazing neighborhood as i met a few future neighbors! I just had my first meeting with Tony the PM and he was also just as thorough and professional. They both allow you to come and see your home and property as often as you like which is amazing a first time buyer! looking forward to the rest of the process.

As a new home buyer/owner we were looking at all options. We preferred to build instead of buying a used home for our first home. However, we were a little nervous to say the least based off what we have heard from friends and family who have built homes. We had been a few local builders and to be honest we almost gave up on it. This was due to the build length of time, the amount of meetings that would be needed, the feelings of being pushed off as not needed or cared about whether we bought a home from them or not.... Then we made a last minute stop at Ryan's Homes in Franklin/Middletown. We showed on up on a Saturday afternoon, just to look around and check out the model home expecting there to be no time for us as we had no meeting scheduled. When we arrived to the model home we met Keith. Keith was free and walked us around the model home answering questions, asking questions, and taking time to explain options for us. within a short period of time after speaking with Keith and getting all of our questions answered we were sold! We didn't have to schedule another meeting to discuss our questions or concerns, we didn't need a 12 hour meeting to discuss upgrades, we didn't need a meeting to talk about finances or loans. Keith was able to take what appeared from our builders to be a 2-3 month process and completed it in our first unexpected walk in visit. He did not pressure us into anything bigger then needed, or unneeded upgrades. Which was amazing! He obviously spoke about them and explained how they work, but again did not try to shove in our package to get more money from us. All in all within 2 days and less then 12 hours we are now Ryan Home Owners and excited to break ground in the coming months. If anyone is looking at this community or wanting more information, I cannot express our happiness with Keith and his abilities. Please go and see him directly, you will not regret it.... I will update this post in the future to reflect what I can only assume will be more great news once our home is finished. Thank you, Keith!!!

My partner and I had a very positive home buying experience with Ryan Homes at Courtney Creek. This location in south Durham near RTP is amazing, and the three-story townhomes are modern and spacious. Our sales representative Jack was extremely responsive, well-informed, and transparent throughout the entire process, giving us the information to make a sound choice (without being pushy) and then the follow up with all the next steps. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the community and home itself, and helped us to choose design features while keeping costs carefully under control.
Also of note, we decided to go with a newly constructed home in part to avoid facing a bidding war with existing homes. However it turned out many new home builders in this area actually take bids, so it's not uncommon to face a bidding war for a newly constructed home, which seems exploitative. Ryan Homes does not do this. Overall it has been a pleasure working with Jack and Ryan Homes. We are excited to move into our new home this fall!

He has made the homebuying process a less stressful one and has been very responsive to any questions or concerns I have had. Even when there was a little hiccup in the paperwork, he was very assuring things would be resolved and kept me informed and updated. I was traveling from out of town looking for a home and had scheduled several appointments with several other communities. The first one didn't show up on time, so I drove over to Ryan Homes at Courtney Creek. I was initially greeted by Wendy who told me to "come on inside", even though I didn't have an appointment, and she introduced me to her counterpart, Jack. In this COVID environment, walk-ins can be hit or miss, but I very much appreciated their kindness and exceptional customer service. I had viewed the community on Zillow, and immediately fell in love with the houses, so being able to see it and discuss my plans for the home with Jack was great. Buying a home can be a daunting task, especially if you're unfamiliar with the city, but Jack's knowledge of the area, construction process and overall understanding of the community development plan helped make my decision even easier. I do feel bad as I had a later appointment at another Ryan Homes community at 751 with Kate, which I'm certain are equally as beautiful, but like they say, "when you know, you know". I'm very fortunate to have the pleasure of working with Jack and Ryan Homes, and we should hopefully start construction on my house this coming spring! Very much looking forward to what the city of Durham and the Courtney Creek area has to offer! So, bottom line: If you're looking for a great house in a nice neighborhood with beautiful floorplans for a great price, AND you're looking to work with a solid company with outstanding sales representatives, look no further than Courtney Creek.

We're first-time homebuyers purchasing our first home through Ryan Homes at Banner Row. Our Sales Representative (Nathan Silva) has been super responsive and transparent since we first started communicating. Nathan was quick to answer (or find the answer) to questions we had, which made us feel more confident in purchasing our home when it came time to do so. The homebuying process can sometimes be quite complicated and confusing. We really appreciated how straight-forward the process was with Ryan Homes at Banner Row. Since we ended up purchasing a model home, both Nathan and the Joseph Oberle (Property Manager) have been great in helping us securely access our home to take measurements of our spaces prior to move-in. Joe is very knowledgable about what goes into these homes and is a tremendous resource. I appreciate how proactive he has been in making sure we understand our new home and you can tell he genuinely cares about making sure homebuyers feel confident in their homes. We ended up selecting NVR mortgage for our property. Garrett Walther's customer service has been excellent (e.g., patiently explaining things, finding workable solutions, super responsive) and the reason we chose NVR. While it's always great to have things run perfectly and smoothly, there's always things that come up (that's just reality). Our experience, so far, with the team at Banner Row has made us feel at ease knowing if and when anything comes up that they will resolve it. We're looking forward to moving into our home and being part of the community.

First the construction and meticulous attention to detail was incredible. Tony CLEARLY takes pride in his work and does an impressive job. I gasped when I walked in the first time it was so beautiful. Second, after I moved in and felt with a truly terrible moving experience Tony and crew bent over backwards to help me out and overall make this feel like home. Their compassion and commitment to excellence is apparent.

We did not get an appointment at the opening but we were able to buy a townhome there anyway. Jack and Heather welcomed us and made our purchasing experience a pleasant one. The Ryan Homes team in Camby has been amazing to work with. My wife and I just happened to make a wrong turn in Camby and ended up scheduling a meeting with Nick. After a couple more meetings we sold our house, moved into an apartment, and got to watch every step of the home building process. David, the project manager, was very knowledgable and attentive. We hired a 3rd party inspector and David was extremely accommodating. Nick and David were both also very transparent - we were able to come by roughly once a week (or sometimes more) and they both answered all of our questions from the beginning. The crews building our home were also very nice and accommodating. Any time we would show up, they would always let us walk around, even when they were working, so long as we stayed out of the way. When we first started the building process, we looked at tons of reviews for Ryan Homes. While some locations didn't have stellar reviews, our experience building in The Enclave has been nothing but great. Ryan Homes, and specifically the team in Camby, has gone out of their way to make sure my wife and I didn't have any unanswered questions or unaddressed complaints.

I have been looking around the RTP area for a new home for a decent amount of time at this point. A few months ago, I joined the waitlist for Courtney Creek. At that time, I came in contact with Jack Synesael and since then he has been nothing but a pleasure to work with. Jack was very knowledgeable about the homes and very willing to accommodate any questions and requests. As a first time buyer, Jack went above and beyond in any way possible to make my first time buying a house a great experience.
The neighborhood itself is in a great area that is beginning to pop up. Driving around the area, there are new apartments and home communities all over. I am excited to see the rest of the development both in Courtney Creek as well as the surrounding area over the coming years.

Our home backs up to a beautiful 18 hole golf course. We’re looking forward to the pool and community center next summer. From start to finish my clients were treated like super stars. Britney was a wealth of knowledge and knowing this would be my clients forever home she took extra time to make sure they got exactly what they wanted. She answered questions, created trust and made the project seamless. Patricks crew kept my clients in the loop, sat down with them to ensure they understood the process and allowed them to be part of the build which made it more personal and enjoyable for all involved. You see, my clients were going through this process during the height of covid. Not only did Ryan get their home finished beautifully but a MONTH ahead of schedule.

Cristina Charette is our sales rep. and she is AWESOME!! She is very positive and upbeat, which is very helpful when tackling all of the decisions that have to be made during this whole process. My wife and I have been looking at doing this for a few years and have talked with a few different reps with varying companies and hands down Cristina was the best. She let us take our time just to decide this is the route we wanted to go and then when it came time to pick the house we wanted to build she worked through all of the details, with both plans we liked, until we were comfortable making the final decision. Once that was done she was very detail oriented as we worked through picking out all of the different detail pieces of the project. Been living in Clearview for a year now and it's been the best decision to go with Ryan homes. Decker is great and will make sure you get what you want. Houses aren't a quick build and they aren't pricey like the ones in town.
Only bad thing I have to say is when it rains our yard floods and we put in multiple tickets and no one responded and when they did it was after the year was up. Not cool and now I have to pay someone else to fix what should have been fixed under my warranty by Ryan Homes.

We stopped at Sunbrook to walkthrough the model homes. We came back the next day to crunch some numbers and two days later to sign a purchase agreement. Melody was always helpful and quick to respond to any questions that we had (and we had a lot!). While our house was being built, we were able to access the model home and take measurements for curtains, furniture, etc. While our house was being built, we were allowed to stop by every week and walk the property and house. This enabled us to ask even more questions and watch our house take shape with each phase. Anthony was very prompt in answering any questions that we had about the building process and kept up to date weekly with the progress made. The whole process of purchasing a new home was as stress free as possible thanks to Melody and Anthony's professionalism, friendliness, and patience with our questions. Our kids are loving their new rooms and neighborhood. If someone is looking to build their first home, I highly recommend stopping by to look at a model home and speaking with Melody.

I started my process with Ryan Homes back in May. They started building in June and Finished mid September. Im very happy with the Services that I received from my project manager. (William Kirtland and David Huss) Would send me weekly updates and photos of the house.
They worked quickly and delivered my house to me in a reasonable amount of time. Ive only been in the house a little under a month and I couldn't be happier. My children Love the house, and they are happy.
The neighborhood Is nice!

We have had an amazing experience building with Ryan homes at The Greens at Blackthorne Estates. Our journey began last December when we met with our sales rep (JP). After several visits (and LOTS of phone calls on his days off..) we were confident we were ready to move forward with a new home build. We signed our contract in the end of January and had an additional sales rep (Steve). We felt so blessed to experience both sales reps as they truly made this experience fantastic! We were set to break ground in March when Covid hit and construction was put on hold. During that time frame Steve and our project manager Jeff were in constant communication with us. They assured us as soon as construction opened they would break ground! They held true to their word and on May 1 construction openEd back up in Pennsylvania and we broke ground! I cannot say enough positive things also about our project manager Jeff. He truly made this experience so great with his attention to detail. His willingness to help us close a few days early showed us his commitment to us! We have been in our house going on three weeks and could not be happier! It is a wonderful community and we are so thankful to be a part of it! Thanks Ryan Homes, JP, Steve, and Jeff for helping us build our fantastic home! P.S. we used Nvr Mortgage and could not have been happier! Allison was hands-down one of the most knowledgeable loan officers we have ever dealt with!

As a first time home builder, I was incredibly nervous about starting what I thought would be an overwhelming process. But from the moment I walked into the model home, my nerves were calmed by the fantastic Ryan Homes team. From our sales rep (JP) to our project manager (Jeff), we were made to feel more like friends than home building customers. We were well informed and involved every step of the way, and could not be happier with the outcome of our beautiful Columbia. The only regret I have is not listening when the sales rep told me how much I would want that third car garage (that we decided not to get). He was right ;) The Greens at Blackthorne Estates is a fantastic community, and one that we're now very proud to call home.

We were in the market for a new home and decided to go with Ryan homes, as we had never had a new house before. I did my research and met with Hye! She was a sweet and was able to answer all of our questions. She let us look through the model home multiple times, and wasn't pushy about making a sale. She crunched all the numbers and made sure we were comfortable before giving up any money. I really had a good experience meeting up with Hye. The community is up and coming. There are many plots still for sale, A playground is supposed to be built as well. Its not a bad little spot to buy a home. I am very excited to have purchased my first new home with Ryan homes. I look forward to moving in soon. I do recommend buying with Ryan homes ( or at least talking to someone If you are interested in the community.)

They where the first and only home builders we went to and We spoke with Philip, we couldn’t ask for a better Sales Rep. Felt more like talking to a friend then a sales men.
