I am very happy with my new home. It is very beautiful and better than I expected.
Even when some unforeseen construction issues arose, the team quickly jumped on the issue and resolved it to my satisfaction.
I spent a years scoping the market, trying to find the perfect house without being house-broke. I am so happy with my decision. All of my boxes were checked at Sawyers Mill with Ryan Homes- space, yard, 4 beds, basement, close to the highway (but quiet and safe), dog park, upgraded kitchen, walk in closets, open floorplans, etc.

We would like to state how awesome the services of Ryan Homes have been in delivering a very well-constructed home in a beautiful community setting. While all of the common areas are not yet in place the construction process happening throughout Brooks Landing is almost seamless. It has not impeded the enjoyment of our home.
The few issues we had at move-in - such as a missing blind, a loose kickplate on the dishwasher and other minor issues were all handled quickly. The home itself was everything we wanted and more. While we downsized from our home, we feel our new home has more room than we had before. It is brand-new everything and energy efficient and low maintenance.
Most importantly, our experience of buying a Ryan Home was made exceptional beginning with our Sales Consultant, Tom Medwin. The whole buying process for us was great from picking out the finishes and options with Tom, to signing the contract. Tom explained all of the great things Ryan Homes provides and all of the options. Tom spoke of Ryan's reputation in the industry and how due to the quality of the home that our Homeowner's insurance would be discounted based on the construction of the home. We paid thousands of dollars less than our previous home.
As far as the construction process, we were 3 hours away and we were very concerned that we would miss the process of seeing our new home built. I would now like to recognize Brian Bride, our Project Manager, he is AMAZING! He kept us informed by sending us videos EVERY FRIDAY during the whole process. We watched everything, the lot being leveled, foundation completed, blocks going up, framing, drywall, stucco, tile, electrical, and everything related to the construction. He walked us through every room, every week with an explanation of the progress from the week before.
Not only did we look forward to the videos each week, but we were also able to share them with all our family and friends all over the country. Needless to say, the experience of buying a Ryan Home was even more exciting as it was like we were there. So a HUGE THANK YOU to Ryan Homes and their extraordinary representatives - Tom Medwin our Sales Consultant and Brian Bride our Project Manager.

When we discovered Landings at Bayside, the new townhomes checked all the boxes for what we were looking for in our new home.
We loved the design, interior choices and working with Jay Carlson. His extensive knowledge of the products as well as the building process gave us confidence as we made all of our selections. His friendly, calm demeanor is a perfect fit for new home construction and he was always available to answer questions from start to finish, and beyond.
Even though we live in the area and would drive by often over the time it took to build, we looked forward to the regular photos and updates we’d receive from our construction managers Andrew and Mike!
We love the location of our community, close to Assateague Island and Ocean City, MD as well as Berlin, with its restaurants, boutiques and activities.
In comparison to other communities in the area, our amenities are second to none! It’s given us the opportunity to meet neighbors by spending time at the pool and we’re lucky to have a beautiful clubhouse with fitness and game rooms!

Canter Creek is great place to live but during the summer it is kinda boring. We have playground and small basketball but, I think we need a clubhouse with pool so, when it is hot outside families can go to pool with friends. I think we should start building the pool now so it is done before summer 2025.

The entire planning, purchasing, and closing process was done very well. Stephanie was our sales agent and she was very helpful and very professional while assisting us with our decision to buy. Our project manager, Max, was outstanding. Max worked with us regularly during our build keeping us up to date with the progress of our home including weekly pictures. Max was definitely an asset to us for our first time building a new home. If you are building here, definitely ask for Max as your project manager he will take care of you and your house like it is his own home.

We loved the location and the selection of home plans and even the intreior selections were a fit. Kasey, whom we worked with from day 1 was awesome. We wanted a specific lot and when phase 2 opened up, Kasey reached out to make us aware and showed us what was available. The overall process was reasonable and the experience was positive. We are just starting to build our new home and are so pleased with the service we have received from Jenn Carter and Randy Frontera at Waller Mill Heights. We are planning a cross-country move and they have gone out of their way to be available for remote meetings. Emails and texts are answered promptly and it is obvious that Ryan Homes is an experienced business as the communication tools are in place. The information on costs was transparent and we were offered excellent incentives. We are working with Justin Caughell at NVR and he is excellent at walking us through our financial options.

I had the best experience building our home. First person we met was Danielle who was our sales rep. She truly made the process such an ease, and was always available for questions and concerns. She went above and beyond for us time and time again. We worked with Melissa from NVR who was patient, and so educational. She reworked numbers for me a million times, and never made me feel like a bother. Last but not least, our PM Dan was a dream. He may have hated me for how much I didn’t know and he had to explain to me, but he never let on. What should have been a stressful process he made so much fun. I honestly wish I was friends with all of them, because the process was so enjoyable and they all played such an intricate part in such an important moment in my family’s lives.
When we first came to Ryan Homes we thought we were ruling it out of our process of buying our forever home. I am so glad we did it. Our house is everything we dreamed of and more. Our daughter is happy, our dogs are happy, and we couldn’t ask for more than that.

I’ve recently moved into my new home and honestly, I’m loving it! The experience itself was great. I used to work with a large handful of builders/contracts in the DMV area, and oversaw thousands of new construction projects. I worked with other National builders on similar communities, and I was really skeptical in buying a home in one. I’ve talked countless new construction home buyers off the ledge over the years. Rick, our sales rep, did an awesome job building value in the home. Dan, our project manager was amazing. He kept us in the loop on almost everything. Our pre-drywall walkthrough was solid, and the windows (which were one of my larger fears, were installed well). There’s a couple of things we missed on the final walkthough that Ryan Homes was more than happy to help fix for us (so far good experience w/o Th the warranty team). Some really small things we noticed in the carpet or trim we didn’t even bother to reach out about, because it’s hardly noticeable and everything else was done well. I’m really excited to see how everything is when the house settles, but so far, this was a fantastic experience. The team here at Bloom Village, is nothing short of great. From Rick, to Dan, to Samantha, Leslie and Rana at NVR, they made it easy. There’s only a handful of builders/project managers out here that I would trust and recommend, and Dan is definitely one. Thank you! (Ps if you get a chance, can you remind me which living room switches are wired to the rough-in?)

While we have had some minor disagreements with him he is very fast at returning our calls and text and always attempts to resolve our complaints timely and to our satisfaction. Update 5/26/23 my husband and I would like to give a shout out again to both Brad Anderson, Jim Diaz and Rose Halley. Also, at my last review, I forgot to mention Kyle Songer from NVR. He was a very professional young man and patient with us during the whole process. It has been almost 6 months since we moved in to our gorgeous ranch home and they continue to address any concerns we have with respect and professionalism and do so timely. That is important to us. There are lots left to build on so don’t hesitate to consider this location. You won’t regret it!!!

From the moment Teresa Rehm signed us to a contract until present everything has went smoothly.Teresa was so nice to us answering all of our questions and getting us prepared for what came next. Introducing us to our project manager Jordan Harrah, I can’t say enough about Jordan to due justice but I’ll try! from the very first day he told us everything that was going to happen in the next 3 to 4 months detailing everything and explaining when we had questions and what his expectations was concerning the construction and how he would take care of any concerns we might have along the way. Everything got done beautifully but there was a few things that I brought up , the storage space in the garage had chipped drywall along the bottom seam when we mention it he said that it’s an unfinished garage and that’s standard and I said ok I’ll get a piece for it when I move in the next day he called us and said he went ahead and put a trim piece there for us which was great. He recently told me he was having his drywall guy cut a piece and install it at the bottom of my basement stairwell that I was concerned about that’s just a few of the things Jordan has done for us that he wasn’t obligated to do sending us pictures every Friday of the progress while our home was being built which we were very excited to see every week the final walk around and helping us with the warranty process . We couldn’t have asked for a better construction manager than Jordan he is such professional when it comes to his job but he also is a great guy to get to know I’ve enjoyed talking and dealing with him he represents Ryan Homes very well and we are very excited and happy with our new home thanks to everyone it’s a beautiful community and we would recommend buying a Ryan home 👍 I also want to give a shout out to Kyle from the home warranty department that went above and beyond by showing up at my house to make sure issues that I had were taken care of very professional and very nice I appreciate all you did Thanks

We bought a home in Sawyer’s Mill and are so happy with the purchase. Bought the home in October 2022 and moved in early March 2023. Stephanie (sales), Ann (affiliated mortgage officer), and Jordan (project manager) were all great and professional to work with. They answered all of our questions transparently and made the whole process of a new build enjoyable. Jordan was awesome in giving weekly photo updates of what was happening that week and what the next steps are. Building a new home can be nerve-wracking especially if you are a first time home buyer! I have to say, our project manager, Kent, has been fantastic throughout the entire process from start to finish to even after we closed. During our build (we closed in November 2022), he was consistently providing updates of our house. He was (and still is) prompt in answering when we have random questions about our house. In addition, during walk throughs and closing, he took his time in explaining everything and making sure we were satisfied with the work. He literally works everyday, including weekends, so it’s nice when he stops by while we are outside to check on us and make sure we are still satisfied. He truly is a great project member and happy he was in charge of our build!

We were assigned the perfect person for the job as our overseer during the course of construction while our home was in the building phase. I want to take the time to say how great this whole experience has been thanks to the wonderful people we worked with at Ryan Homes. Yes, the house turned out great and was done in a very timely manner thanks to some really good weather. But any move can be a stressful experience, but working with Rose in sales, Andrew our project manager, and Josh at NVR made this a wonderful experience. Building a good product is one thing, but having wonderful people to interface with is hard to find in todays business word. They carefully walked us through the whole process from picking our home and selecting our options, the financing and closing, and the construction. They made sure we were comfortable with the process, all our questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner, and they were always very much on top of things. They weren't there to just sell us a house, they were there to help us and make this a pleasant experience. Ryan Homes is lucky to have them as the face of their corporation.

In February of 2022 I put an offer in on a home in Durham and there were 39 other offers. After that, I knew that bidding wasn’t the route for me and wanted to do new construction. My agent and I stopped by Courtney Creek and after meeting with Jack, we learned there was NO BIDDING, several lots to choose from in the $400k range, and it was located close to RTP. Jack also welcomed my dog Koda, provided him with a water bowl, and gave him treats! On an even sweeter note, his partner came by with their own dog and took both dogs for a walk while Jack and I discussed details on my new home. This is my first time buying a home and I couldn’t have asked for a better initial process!

I visited the site office located in the Model home. Jack was very helpful throughout the booking process by showing me the under construction homes and also going through details of model home many times. The community is closer to work location, tobacco trail and many other points of interest around triangle area so it is a good fit for those looking for a home in triangle area.

Purchased a townhome in the Courtney Creek subdivision, the sales manager Jack was very friendly and responsive throughout the process. I especially appreciated the no-bid process.
Continuous updates were provided during the building process, and the construction lead Gus was very helpful.

As a new home buyer/owner we were looking at all options. We preferred to build instead of buying a used home for our first home. However, we were a little nervous to say the least based off what we have heard from friends and family who have built homes. We had been a few local builders and to be honest we almost gave up on it. This was due to the build length of time, the amount of meetings that would be needed, the feelings of being pushed off as not needed or cared about whether we bought a home from them or not.... Then we made a last minute stop at Ryan's Homes in Franklin/Middletown. We showed on up on a Saturday afternoon, just to look around and check out the model home expecting there to be no time for us as we had no meeting scheduled. When we arrived to the model home we met Keith. Keith was free and walked us around the model home answering questions, asking questions, and taking time to explain options for us. within a short period of time after speaking with Keith and getting all of our questions answered we were sold! We didn't have to schedule another meeting to discuss our questions or concerns, we didn't need a 12 hour meeting to discuss upgrades, we didn't need a meeting to talk about finances or loans. Keith was able to take what appeared from our builders to be a 2-3 month process and completed it in our first unexpected walk in visit. He did not pressure us into anything bigger then needed, or unneeded upgrades. Which was amazing! He obviously spoke about them and explained how they work, but again did not try to shove in our package to get more money from us. All in all within 2 days and less then 12 hours we are now Ryan Home Owners and excited to break ground in the coming months. If anyone is looking at this community or wanting more information, I cannot express our happiness with Keith and his abilities. Please go and see him directly, you will not regret it.... I will update this post in the future to reflect what I can only assume will be more great news once our home is finished. Thank you, Keith!!!

My partner and I had a very positive home buying experience with Ryan Homes at Courtney Creek. This location in south Durham near RTP is amazing, and the three-story townhomes are modern and spacious. Our sales representative Jack was extremely responsive, well-informed, and transparent throughout the entire process, giving us the information to make a sound choice (without being pushy) and then the follow up with all the next steps. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the community and home itself, and helped us to choose design features while keeping costs carefully under control.
Also of note, we decided to go with a newly constructed home in part to avoid facing a bidding war with existing homes. However it turned out many new home builders in this area actually take bids, so it's not uncommon to face a bidding war for a newly constructed home, which seems exploitative. Ryan Homes does not do this. Overall it has been a pleasure working with Jack and Ryan Homes. We are excited to move into our new home this fall!

My experience with Ryan Homes was amazing. Jennifer made the transition run smoothly, even when I had issues that had nothing to do with her, she called me back for reassurance. My project manager kept me in the loop with weekly updates and even after I closed, he still responded to my texts and assisted me with questions I had. During my walkthrough, Carson was thorough and answered all my questions. My only negative remark was I wish the house was a bit cleaner before we moved in. There was still a lot of cleaning we had to do before we moved in. Other than that, our experience with Ryan Homes was amazing. We are now enjoying our beautiful home and we made it just in time for Christmas!

I was traveling from out of town looking for a home and had scheduled several appointments with several other communities. The first one didn't show up on time, so I drove over to Ryan Homes at Courtney Creek. I was initially greeted by Wendy who told me to "come on inside", even though I didn't have an appointment, and she introduced me to her counterpart, Jack. In this COVID environment, walk-ins can be hit or miss, but I very much appreciated their kindness and exceptional customer service. I had viewed the community on Zillow, and immediately fell in love with the houses, so being able to see it and discuss my plans for the home with Jack was great. Buying a home can be a daunting task, especially if you're unfamiliar with the city, but Jack's knowledge of the area, construction process and overall understanding of the community development plan helped make my decision even easier. I do feel bad as I had a later appointment at another Ryan Homes community at 751 with Kate, which I'm certain are equally as beautiful, but like they say, "when you know, you know". I'm very fortunate to have the pleasure of working with Jack and Ryan Homes, and we should hopefully start construction on my house this coming spring! Very much looking forward to what the city of Durham and the Courtney Creek area has to offer! So, bottom line: If you're looking for a great house in a nice neighborhood with beautiful floorplans for a great price, AND you're looking to work with a solid company with outstanding sales representatives, look no further than Courtney Creek.

Cristina was just wonderful. I met with her first with the task of helping my aging parents find a home that had the features of everything they needed on the first floor. We did not get an appointment at the opening but we were able to buy a townhome there anyway. Jack and Heather welcomed us and made our purchasing experience a pleasant one. The Ryan Homes team in Camby has been amazing to work with. My wife and I just happened to make a wrong turn in Camby and ended up scheduling a meeting with Nick. After a couple more meetings we sold our house, moved into an apartment, and got to watch every step of the home building process. David, the project manager, was very knowledgable and attentive. We hired a 3rd party inspector and David was extremely accommodating. Nick and David were both also very transparent - we were able to come by roughly once a week (or sometimes more) and they both answered all of our questions from the beginning. The crews building our home were also very nice and accommodating. Any time we would show up, they would always let us walk around, even when they were working, so long as we stayed out of the way. When we first started the building process, we looked at tons of reviews for Ryan Homes. While some locations didn't have stellar reviews, our experience building in The Enclave has been nothing but great. Ryan Homes, and specifically the team in Camby, has gone out of their way to make sure my wife and I didn't have any unanswered questions or unaddressed complaints.

The purchasing of my home through Ryan Homes at Crosstown Commons in Port St. Lucie was a very positive experience from start to finish. From picking out the style of my home, to the lot location, to the construction stages and including the closing. Kellie and Jennifer, the agents working with me on the sale, were wonderful, answered my questions in a very timely manner, were always professional and very knowledgeable about their product. Carson, my project manager, gave me weekly updates on the stages of the construction. I have been looking around the RTP area for a new home for a decent amount of time at this point. A few months ago, I joined the waitlist for Courtney Creek. At that time, I came in contact with Jack Synesael and since then he has been nothing but a pleasure to work with. Jack was very knowledgeable about the homes and very willing to accommodate any questions and requests. As a first time buyer, Jack went above and beyond in any way possible to make my first time buying a house a great experience.
The neighborhood itself is in a great area that is beginning to pop up. Driving around the area, there are new apartments and home communities all over. I am excited to see the rest of the development both in Courtney Creek as well as the surrounding area over the coming years.

I happened upon this community during a drive through Port St. Lucie. We didn't have an appointment to view the model homes but met Seth from Ryan Homes. He spent over an hour with us going over the various floor plans. The homes appeared to be well built with quality materials. I like that the community is not too large, with a nice mix of homes. There are 3 builders in this community, so the variety is nice to have. I was also very happy to meet Seth, who is a representative at Ryan Homes, he was patient, professional, very accommodating and willing. He is always a text or call away. We have decided to go with them, as we like the floor plans and affordability. To date we haven't encountered any issues, but hopefully if any arise they will be dealt with swiftly.

A little over a week ago my husband and I were in Port Saint Lucie looking at some new construction homes. We called Ryan Homes and Jennifer answered. I told her that my husband and I were in the area and we were interested in new construction builds and wanted to know if she had any available she proceeded to let me know that she does and would be happy to assist me as soon as possible, from there I told her that we are on our way over. Once we arrived Jennifer greeted us at the door and let us in. She asked us a few questions and asked her colleague Seth to further assist us and show us around while she finishes up with a few clients. Seth immediately grabbed a packet and gave us a tour of the seagate floor plan and asked us our price range, budget per month and what are we looking for in a house. He then introduced us to the Doral. It was a rainy day but he still insisted on showing us the model home and even drove us over to the Spec home. The price was just right and the floor plan was exactly what we needed. Seth didn’t mind getting wet from the storm! He spent over two hours answering all of our questions and concerns. He knew we scared because this was our first time purchasing a home. The two hours that he spent with us and the details we received from Jennifer regarding the homes convinced my husband and I that we were at the right place! We left with everything we needed and even received a follow up call from Seth that same night. We decided to follow through with the process and now a week later we paid for our appraisal and ready to be home owners. Jennifer has been consistent with her communication as well as Seth. We recently purchased our new home so we are just in the beginning stages of the build and Kellie Ignelzi has been absolutely amazing. She has taken the time to sit with us and be available via phone calls if needed.
We are from New York and she has made this long distance stressful purchase go very easy. She has answered all questions and worked with my wife explaining all upgrades that she was interested in.
Being from out of town it has been tough explaining to our children and family the home and the neighborhood. She has been very easy to work with. Cristina Charette is our sales rep. and she is AWESOME!! She is very positive and upbeat, which is very helpful when tackling all of the decisions that have to be made during this whole process. My wife and I have been looking at doing this for a few years and have talked with a few different reps with varying companies and hands down Cristina was the best. She let us take our time just to decide this is the route we wanted to go and then when it came time to pick the house we wanted to build she worked through all of the details, with both plans we liked, until we were comfortable making the final decision. Once that was done she was very detail oriented as we worked through picking out all of the different detail pieces of the project. We went in to look at the model home at Ryan homes in hampshire and my wife and I knew right away this would be our home. With an included basement and just the perfect ranch layout, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Diane was so helpful in putting in the package we wanted and got the ball rolling so quickly. Erin helped us out with the mortgage aspect of things and she was so friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn’t have asked for a better process. We truly appreciate how easy of a process this was. We started our building process with Marlayna. She was so helpful in assisting us with what we wanted and was very realistic and honest. She stated we would be done building by Jan (we signed in May). Unfortunately, there were delays. We actually transferred to another home whose financing fell through and dealt with Kellie since Marlayna was on maternity leave. Kellie was extremely helpful as well and the process went smooth until close. Andrew our project manager on our new house was outstanding. He kept us up to date every step of the way from the time we transferred until we closed. He’s still helping with stuff post settlement. The community is beautiful and we have already met many neighbors and future neighbors! It is an extremely family oriented community and we couldn’t be happier to be raising our family here!

we signed a contract in september 2020, so far our experience has been excellent, with Kellie Ignelzi, we live in New York and we are building in Florida, she has been there for us, she has kept us informed, and explained every step. I would definitely recommend her service, super friendly and caring, always assuring us, everything is going to be ok! plus we get weekly updates on our project, photos and video calls if necessary.

If we could get our money back, we would! Lack of communication from the Sales Rep Kellie to her supervisor Leah. We have reached out to Leah 3 times and no response. She didn't reach out to Kellie. Rocque just gave us a blanket excuse of why they're 3 months behind and said to use that excuse for any further delays. The only people who have helped is Steven from NVR and Mike, which is Rocque's Manager. Leah is unresponsive and unhelpful. Kellie has been deceitful and misleading. Rocque has no customer service skills.

Jackie was GREAT to work with! Beautiful homes and an amazing location about 10 minutes from downtown. If you're interested I suggest scheduling a visit to talk to them. Jackie was personable, friendly and knew her stuff. I didn't interact much with the other saleswoman (Melinda maybe?) but she was also very nice. We’ve been in our home for about a month and wow 🤩 is all I have to say! Ryan Homes surely does build a beautiful house! We did have a rocky start to our build process, but all concerns were handled in a timely manner. We were extremely fortunate to have Mike W. and Carson O. on our build team. They definitely went above and beyond to communicate, and finish our home in the shortest amount of time without sacrificing quality. The neighborhood is beautiful, and perfect for a family. I started my process with Ryan Homes back in May. They started building in June and Finished mid September. Im very happy with the Services that I received from my project manager. (William Kirtland and David Huss) Would send me weekly updates and photos of the house.
They worked quickly and delivered my house to me in a reasonable amount of time. Ive only been in the house a little under a month and I couldn't be happier. My children Love the house, and they are happy.
The neighborhood Is nice!

We are building our forever home in Fields of Woolwich. This is our second Ryan Home. The experience has been great. Our sales rep C and Project manager Chad have been great to work with. We were in the market for a new home and decided to go with Ryan homes, as we had never had a new house before. I did my research and met with Hye! She was a sweet and was able to answer all of our questions. She let us look through the model home multiple times, and wasn't pushy about making a sale. She crunched all the numbers and made sure we were comfortable before giving up any money. I really had a good experience meeting up with Hye. The community is up and coming. There are many plots still for sale, A playground is supposed to be built as well. Its not a bad little spot to buy a home. I am very excited to have purchased my first new home with Ryan homes. I look forward to moving in soon. I do recommend buying with Ryan homes ( or at least talking to someone If you are interested in the community.)
