This review is to address my wife and my experience with Ryan Homes from our first contact with the sales rep up to the lot and elevation selections as well as chosen upgrades and material types and colors. Our experience has been tiring but extremely exciting at the same time. Our first interaction with the Ryan Homes team came through a sales representative by the name of Noel Bird. I must say that working with Noel has made this phase of the process very enjoyable. Noel has been very professional, courteous, and patient. I have asked Noel a million questions and he has answered each one of them thoroughly. I mean he has taken his time to ensure that all my wife's and my questions were answered in a way that was truly clear to us. Noel would even take the time to send us pictures so we would have a complete understanding of the information we were looking for. We changed our minds about selections we had made many times but it never fazed Noel. I never got the feeling that Noel was trying to rush through our interactions so he could move on to the next one. As I mentioned earlier, he was very patient. Noel was also knowledgeable of his products. This surprised me because it has not been my experience of late that sales professionals are knowledgeable of the product or service they are selling. I can't speak to what our experiences will be as we continue to move through the process of buying a home from Ryan Homes, but if the remainder of the process is anything like this first phase, it's going to be awesome. Customer focused, kind hearted, professional and responsive to our endless list of questions. Our Ryan Homes build within the High Pointe Estates community was an amazing experience. Our Ryan Homes story began with our sales lead Mr. Pat. From the very first “we’re just looking around” appointment to settlement, Pat was there for us. He answered hundreds of questions promptly, day, night, on weekend, and even when I called when he was on travel. Pat made the design planning phase both exciting and educational experience. We’re so thankful for Pats in-depth experience in new construction and kind hearted guidance throughout the construction process. As advertised, all new construction projects do come with unforeseen complications. Our Project Manager Mr. Adam was “on it”. We did have challenges. Our basement flooded after a major storm during the framing stage. Adam informed me of the incident immediately, detailing his plan of action for addressing the incident and was transparent in his updates throughout remediation. Everything was addressed! Adam made time for me each and every time I wanted to walk the property or had concerns. Despite juggling multiple builds simultaneously, Adam ensured all issues were addressed and I was informed when they were resolved and how they were addressed. I want to express my most sincere gratitude to the Ryan Homes and NVR team. You’ve helped turn our vision into a reality over the past 6 months. New construction homes can be complex and overwhelming at times. We wouldn’t have had such a pleasurable experience without your guidance and counsel throughout the entire process. Not only are they knowledgeable, and hardworking but also very patient and kind hearted. As sincere as I can type it… Thank you all for your time, attention and care that was poured into our home. My advise to any new prospects is you absolutely must get your own third party inspections completed and allocate several business days if not a week to ensure the highest quality build as possible. These houses (many at the same time) are built at the speed of light and quality is often sacrificed for speed. You can counter that risk with a thorough home inspection before drywall and pre-settlement. This isn’t cheap. However, in our experience, save us thousands down the road, if not caught. Visit often! Ashley Roberts and the Ryan team have answered all our questions with confidence and detail. Our first build and we didn’t know what to expect but have remained excited, confident and educated in our choices. Our neighborhood is close to shopping, highways and a prominent school district. Endless thanks to Ashley, Adam and team for securing our trust and helping us with our dreams of a forever home!

Our build manager, Adam, was timely at updating us on the progress of the build, communicating setbacks/delays, and addressing issues as they arose. We're very happy with the overall quality of the home we got. We had an inspection done in addition to Ryan's independent inspection, and the report was very good. It noted a few cosmetic issues, but the "guts" of the house are sound, and the inspector commented that the overall quality of the home is one of the best he's seen in the area. We had some issues arise at the new home orientation (NHO), and Adam had them addressed quickly. For example, our back yard was in rough shape. All the wind and rain washed away the seed, hay, and treatment, and exposed some big rocks. Adam arranged for the landscaper to take a second pass at the yard when they seeded a neighboring house - the very next day. We also found out at the NHO that Adam moved our crawl space because it was difficult to access. Lots of companies wouldn't bother...after all, it worked. But these guys made a last minute adjustment because it was the right thing to do and they would want it in their home. New builds are such an enormous job, they all have unforeseen issues. It's not realistic to ask for a build with no issues, but Adam and the Ryan team at High Pointe Estates did a nice job addressing things quickly, openly, and professionally. One thing I would encourage everyone to do -- sales team, go over ALL the options with customers; & potential buyers, go spend TONS of time looking at all the houses in the neighborhood to notice all the little differences and possibilities. For us, it was missing the windows in the basement...it would have been a different space in the basement with a few windows out the back of the house!

The model home is beautiful and has easy access to 95 and everything we need in and around Charleston. We loved all of the access to golf and lake Marion too! The Ryan Homes team answered all of our questions and was really helpful. Thank you Ryan Homes!

I had the pleasure of working with Ramsey Wellman. From our initial conversation over the phone, to our first meeting I felt very confident and comfortable. We recently closed on a beautiful four bedroom in this community! We started the buying process early 2023 and took possession of the unit in September. We had a very good experience with the Ryan Homes team starting with Kate at the sales office. Kate is an amazing person and made us feel at home through the process. Her guidance through the contract process was very helpful. We used NVR mortgage and was able to get a good deal on our mortgage as opposed to other lenders we were considering. Kenyon Creek is a wonderful neighborhood. My experience with Lindsay and Sarah was fantastic! As a first time home buyer I was anxious and didn't know what to expect, but they were very helpful and understanding. They both took their time explaining things in plain terms and I didn't feel like I was being hurried to make decisions.

I can't say enough about how great the team at High Pointe Estates has been. This is the first home we've built and were very nervous about the process with such a large builder. Lee never made us feel like just another sale - they're building homes for their customers, not just another house. Lee in particular has made the building process as smooth as possible. Any questions or concerns we raised were handled immediately. His attention to detail is impressive - while every new construction project will have some hiccups, Lee made sure everything was addressed and fixed timely. Additionally, our third party inspector said Lee was one of the best project managers he's worked with. Lee never tried to rush us or our inspector, giving the time needed to do a thorough review (although, there were very few problems caught through the inspection that Lee wasn't already aware of and working on). Overall, I would say our experience has been even better than we could have hoped and we're excited for our new home! Our only complaint is the sales person, Amy. She didn’t allow us to view and choose our options. Rather, she chose and then we had to decide what to change (without knowing what was out there!)

The sale technique and knowledge of Kim Ewing were outstanding towards the achievement of the home sale. The location of the property is apt with fresh air around and a lot of recreational things to do within a short distance away.Even the beach isn't far away either. All these make the choice very desirable.

This was our second Ryan built home. The first experience was in 2003. This time it was night and day compared to the first home. Ryan homes has gone above and beyond with our new home. My wife and I couldn't be happier. From the salesman Josh to the project manager Chris our build went very well and would definitely recommend Ryan if you are considering building a new home. Ryan Homes quality has really impressed us as we went through the whole process. We really did not consider Ryan until we went through the model and saw all the different floor plan options. The quality to make sure each step as the build progressed was very reassuring and again we couldn't be happier. Even after we moved in they were still reaching out to make sure everything was going great! Don't hesitate trust me you won't be disappointed!

Hello, we recently purchased a Carriage home in the James Run Community. Kate Sherwood was our sales representative and she went above and beyond. Throughout the process whenever we had questions or wanted to add on to our build she responded immediately and submitted change orders. She was very personable, every time we stopped by to see progress on our home she made it a point to say hello and check in to see if we needed anything. Our Project Manager Garret was also a big asset to our build. Garret responded immediately to any questions or concerns we had on our build. Whenever minor issues did happen (which they will because it’s a project and you should expect that to happen) he immediately responded with the timeline of when it would be fixed. If I could do it all over again, I’d choose Ryan homes, Kate and Garret to assist us.

It has been a great experience so far. Our sales rep, Denielle Ehlert, and our loan officer, Jamilah Hamden, have both been a great help. They are both very professional and very nice to work with. They have been very informative & answered all questions that we have had.

Perfect spot..Seville OH... country living that is close to both Medina and Wadsworth. Ranch style homes with a full basement and many great options to choose from. I will say it again.. I am currently working with Missi to purchase my new home at Gaver Meadows. Missi has been wonderful and SO helpful throughout this entire process. She is always available to answer questions (and I have had a lot of them). Even when I had issues with other parts of the process (loans, timing, etc.) Missi was on top of it and did everything she could do to help. Everyone at Ryan Homes has been more than helpful and accommodating and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new home!

I had an excellent experience during my home buying process at James Run. My experience with the sales team through the final walk-through of my new home was wonderful. Kristin was always available to answer any questions I may have had. Josh was excellent because he kept me informed of all construction timelines for my home. It was great working with Missi and Adam purchasing our new home at Ryan Homes Gaver Meadows. They were very knowledgable and accomodating with the entire process from choosing the lot to meeting our individual needs.

We recently moved into one of these beautiful homes. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. We had a minor plumbing problem the second day we were there and they were very prompt and thorough in fixing the issue. Would definitely recommend!

We are new to the home building process but so far everything has been very smooth! Jeremy is amazing and answers all of our questions. He usually responds within minutes but if he doesn't have the answer right away, he will find a way to answer within a day or two. Overall, they have been very accommodating and we are looking forward to building our home with them!
