Ok……where to begin: well, so far if I could give 10 stars, I would! I had an appointment on day 2 of the Linden Park opening with Michael Johnson. (I couldn’t get down there on day one) We ended up arriving early and Sierra greeted us at the door and welcomed us in. We were introduced to Michael and, without hesitation he said he was available and we got to work. We spec’d the Stapleton model and Michael spent an enormous amount of time with us, getting it just the way we wanted it. He then went above and beyond (along with Sierra) to get us the property that we wanted for our house. (That was no easy feat and any lessor person(s) would not have been able to accomplish what they did). Michael has been in constant contact with me answering any questions we have, keeping us updated on any changes, amendments, etc. AND, has treated us in the most professional way that I have ever seen. It feels like we have known him forever. He also happens to be just a really nice guy. We couldn't be happier and we are so excited to be building our new home in Linden Park. If you are thinking or dreaming about a new home in a great new community……….reach out to Michael. Hey, maybe we’ll be neighbors 🤷🏻‍♂️

My husband and I have purchased our first Ryan home. Our sales representative was Sierra Hines who was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, and KNOWLEDGEABLE. Our first meeting she new our names and what we do for work. She knew that we lived in New Hampshire first sold our home then, moved to Colorado and now we are relocating to South Carolina. This is what a PROFESSIONAL realtor does. Sierra made us feel as though she knew us our whole life. She worked above and beyond for my husband and I to purchase our new Palladio home by Ryan. Ryan's Homes was great!! Starting with Erin she was the best showed us all the models plus the options they had to offer. She also was quick with responses to all our emails about the houses/options after we left. We did purchase a house from them with a time line to complete it. Michael the project manager was a superstar with keep us informed about the progress of the house during building with weekly video updates. This helped a lot for us because we lived out of state. He did give us two walk through once before the sheet rock went up and then the day of closing going over everything about the house. On top of everything they built the house on time and the closing went find no issues. Now we have a great house that we can make our new home here in South Carolina!!! Thank you everyone at Ryan's
