New Homes in Calabash

Recently just purchased a home in Hickman's Crossing! Jason and his team are amazing. He had answers to all my questions and worked effortlessly to get us where we needed to be!!

The people at Ryan and NVR made the experience less stressful. It appears Ryan Homes builds quality and not so much quantity. So far I anticipate a well built community and look forward to closing.

The quality and craftsmanship that we observed in Ryan Homes was by far the finest in the area. The knowledge and expertise of the staff (Linda & Leigh) and the eagerness to answer our questions was impressive. The warmth and friendliness of our visit made it possible to buy our Ryan Home.

We were looking for a new home and decided to stop in at Ryan Homes Hickman Crossing as we were wanting to stay in the same area. We toured the model homes and liked what we saw and the features that were offered with the home. Linda our sales representative was very informative and went over everything in detail and explained the process as well as Brian with their finance department. We are excited to start the process of the new build and be in our custom built home we selected.

We started the process of house shopping and came across Ryan Homes at Hickmans Crossing. We were introduced with Jason and he was very helpful, not pushy, and easy to communicate with. It’s been a very easy process with “white glove service”. Highly recommended!!

My wife and I shopped around and tried to purchase a home in the Ocean isle NC area. Jason at Ryan homes was so up front and helpful and made the buying decision and process so easy. The other builders in the same area really played games and would not be up front on the final pricing, and one of them refused to put the pricing on a buyers order for us, they wanted us to take their word for it. Only Jason was willing to put it in writing for us and also walk us through the buyers agreement. We highly recommend Ryan Homes and Jason as well. You will not be disappointed. We are looking forward to being part of the Ryan Homes community at Hickman's crossing.
