New Homes in Calabash

Just moved into Anderson Farms a few days ago. Really pleased with the customer service, both before the sale and after, as well as the attention to ensuring that the homeowner is happy and comfortable with their home purchase. Very impressed overall with Ryan Homes. Laura in sales was knowledgeable and answered all our questions presale. Robert (Bob) who spent hours with us during our new home orientation and in the next few days, as we were getting acclimated to our new home, was very helpful and patient. This was our fifth new home and by far the easiest as we were able to get an uncomplicated fast closing. Very impressed. Their employees are great!

I recently purchased a Nassau Cove Townhouse from Merlin Crist. I only visited Anderson Farm once while I was visiting my daughter and her husband. The three of us took a tour on a very rainy day. After walking into a model I knew then that this was an awesome location and great value. The process has been done completely over the phone and online. So far I couldn’t be happier.

What a beautiful community! Thoroughly enjoyed our visit there. Laura, the on-site agent is amazing, answered all of our questions and made us very welcomed! So close Sunset Beach Pier and Cherry Grove Beaches! And golf courses all around. We will be considering this spot for our next home!
