Ryan Homes has been very impressive and professional ever since the first interaction at the Old Hundred Mill model in Midlothian, VA. Our experience has been 1st class. Sara Bennett the sales agent at the model has made herself available when needed and her knowledge has made the process of buying a home seamless. She is extremely good at her job and an even better person. After picking our lot, then model, and finalizing selections I transitioned into the financing portion of the process. We were nervous at first because opening up your finances to a stranger who is going to scrub all of your information is intimidating. With that said Megan Damron our loan officer at NVR has made the financial portion of the process very comforting. She introduced herself on Teams to ask us our financial goals and has taken the time to get to know us on a personal level. I've been very impressed with their process and how efficiently and smooth we have moved through the home buying process. If you are looking to buy a home with a company that is organized, detail oriented, friendly, and very responsive then Ryan Homes is the builder for you.

This new community at Old Hundred Mill is very charming. It's rather small as there are only 40 homesites, but that's what makes it so charming! There is a pavilion with a fireplace right at the entrance of the community. The only mailbox hub is also there. The model home is beautiful and has plenty of upgrades. Sara and Kelly, the Ryan Homes agents are just wonderful! So knowledgeable and patient. They answer each question you may have in a professional and timely manner.
