My husband and I signed papers to begin building our new house with Ryan Homes back in March. We started the “sales” process off with Cristina Charette which didn’t feel sales-y at all. She was great at guiding through the process, answering any questions and truly advocating for us. We then were assigned our project manager, Kyle Allamon. Kyle has been great about making sure we are hitting our deadlines, getting everything done on time and communicating with us. Any problem that may of arise, Kyle was sure to take care of it. Naturally, we were fearful as we headed into the experience of building a house- the hiccups and frustrations that come with it. However, that wasn’t the case here. Sure, we had minor hiccups or issues but nothing that wasn’t communicated or solved immediately. We’re thankful for the team here at Willow Hills for making this process as enjoyable, and smooth as possible.
