I had to do a warranty request. I don’t know why but I expected it to be difficult! It was not!!! I submitted my claim on the my Ryan home website. I quickly received a call to schedule service. The person in charge of claims, Donnie, is amazing! Not only did he take care of my claim but looked around and suggested I get the one time drywall repair. I didn’t even know about this! Donnie and his crew came and re-caulked a few things and did a little touch up painting. I was very impressed by how easy this process was and how nice they were!!!!

From the moment I walked into the Model Home @ Ryan Homes at Albemarle, I felt welcomed. Noel Bird was very friendly and listened to my needs and wants. His knowledge of the property was impressive. We toured the property by car and he showed me the amenities the property had to offer. The views from the property are not crowded as many places you see today. The homes there are beautiful. Area is tranquil. Noel answered my questions that day and spoke to me over the phone when I had follow up questions. I felt at ease on the property and the neighbors are very friendly!
