Shortly after going under contract, I received some difficult news regarding a loved one’s health. During this challenging time, the entire team offered unwavering support, but I want to especially highlight Madison for going above and beyond. We greatly appreciate our experience with the sales team's efforts in helping with our purchase (specifically Ms. Woods and Ms Perry). We were especially appreciative of one thing. That we were given the time and space to make our decision without undue pressure. That was a big deal for us. My wife especially appreciated that Ms. Woods did not push us one way or the other. She provided information and showed us what Ryan offered but allowed us to make our own decision. That worked for us. We wanted to go in on our own, get the information that we needed and decide on next steps and I have to say Ms. Woods sales approach was just perfectly right for us. It was a major input in our decision to move ahead with the purchase in addition to our interest in the property and location.
