New Homes in West Ocean City

We have been following the progress of Windmill Creek for over a year and were extremely excited in the Fall of 2023 to hear that the community would launch in Spring/Summer 2024. Once we heard that Ryan would be the builder we couldn't wait to see if the Savannah model would be offered...and it was! The Online Sales Team kept us up to date prior to launch and were very informative, Phil and Mariah have been fantastic walking us through our homesite selection and options choices. We are now under contract and look forward to the start of construction and meeting our project manager. With only 90 homesites on 1/3 acre lots (most available with basements), Windmill Creek is shaping up to be a premier community that we can't wait to call home. We will certainly provide updates as things progress.

When we discovered Landings at Bayside, the new townhomes checked all the boxes for what we were looking for in our new home. We loved the design, interior choices and working with Jay Carlson. His extensive knowledge of the products as well as the building process gave us confidence as we made all of our selections. His friendly, calm demeanor is a perfect fit for new home construction and he was always available to answer questions from start to finish, and beyond. Even though we live in the area and would drive by often over the time it took to build, we looked forward to the regular photos and updates we’d receive from our construction managers Andrew and Mike! We love the location of our community, close to Assateague Island and Ocean City, MD as well as Berlin, with its restaurants, boutiques and activities. In comparison to other communities in the area, our amenities are second to none! It’s given us the opportunity to meet neighbors by spending time at the pool and we’re lucky to have a beautiful clubhouse with fitness and game rooms!
