• From Richmond take VA-76 South (Powhite Pkwy)
• Go through the final toll and approach the intersection of Charter Colony Pkwy
• Go straight through the intersection (road becomes Old Hundred RD/652)
• Travel on Old Hundred Rd 1.2 miles and take a left onto Watermill Pkwy
• Go 1.4 Miles on Watermill Pkwy and continue straight onto Wool ridge Rd (Watermill becomes Woolridge Road)
• Travel on Woolridge Road for approximately 5 miles
• Cross over Otterdale Rd. into Magnolia Green
• Pass Falls Creek Trail on your right and stay on Woolridge approximately .5 miles
• Meridian at Magnolia Green is the last community off Woolridge on the right with model home on corner
