This is an awesome community, in an even better location, within walking distance to the Turf Valley Shops & Dining. I'd been looking in the area for a while because I wanted my kids to attend A+ Rated Schools (the Elementary, Middle, & High School here are all incredible); BUT it's been tough finding something that was 'affordable' up until this point. They have wonderfully priced homes - relative to the area - with a good selection of options & move in timelines. My sales person, Nathan Silva, was very helpful. He was patient, very knowledgeable, & didn't make me feel pressured to purchase. He also communicated very well & set clear expectations for the buying/building process. I got to meet the project Manager Mike Brewink too. It was a brief interaction (he was helping another owner), but he was friendly & seemed to really care about the homes he's building - I was eavesdropping on their conversation :) I'm very excited about the community & wanted to share my experience with others...
