We love our new community and our new home ( RyanHomes). This is the 4th month we live here. Jan was always amazing throughout the whole process and was able to resolve everything needed. Both, Jan and Carol ( the sales ladies) were lovely and very helpful and .... from just stopping by to check on this new future community ( no house was started yet in the area except the viewing models), we put down a downpayment and 6 months later we were living in our new home. We were among the first buyers and we couldn't wait for the house to be ready, we moved in the same day our house was ready to sign. Building process was fast and our construction manager, Dan, did a great job managing his team and allowing us to move in the soonest possible without lacking quality. We're happy and blessed to be part of this new community, we absolutely love the area, right next to Lakewood Ranch, lots of parks and trails around, amazing back to back neighbourhood.
