Maddie and Kristin were both patient and knowledgeable giving us time to make our selections and providing answers to each question we asked. They made us feel confident and kept the home buying process exciting! We would HIGHLY recommend setting an appointment with them if you are looking to purchase a home in the Harrisonburg/Rockingham area. We weren't even looking at new construction but drove by Oak Grove and decided to check it out. The sign said by appointment only so I almost drove off, but my husband took the chance and entered the model home. There we met with Hunter Heavner who graciously invited us in. We talked about the development and looked over a few models. He invited us back later in the afternoon to tour a few models. He was absolutely friendly and approachable. He was very knowledgeable about the development and answered our endless questions. We never felt any pressure from him. We became very excited about the possibility of owning a brand-new home. The next weekend we met with Hunter again and signed a contract. He made the process so easy, and we are thrilled about continuing our relationship with him as the house is being built. Hunter helped us fulfill our dreams of a brand-new house in a beautiful area. We are looking forward to this next chapter in our lives!
