We love our home in Spring Run! We moved to Wooster, OH from Colorado. The process of having a home built can be stressful but Lindsay Krupp, the Senior Sales Representative was so helpful and very supportive from the outset. She was very responsive to all our questions and concerns. She takes care of her clients. Justin Turner, the project manager, sent pictures and kept us updated through phone calls every week since we were out of state. We appreciated seeing the progress. We also got a tour of our home virtually when it was completed and in person once we arrived. We love the community! It is beautiful and very peaceful here. There are no through streets so the traffic is minimal. We have a couple ponds and trees throughout the neighborhood. I love the location. There is shopping and businesses just minutes away. Spring run in Wooster is ran exceptionally efficient. Lindsay Krupp was very helpful. Our family currently lives in TN and we were up for the weekend for a short trip to recon the area as my husband was offered a new position. I called the support and they informed me to go checkout the neighborhood/demos. When we got there Lindsay was with a client, she was polite in redirecting us to look around. The exact build we’re interested in was the one we got to walk through. It was beautiful, the spots left in spring run are super awesome as well. The additional options for the builds make the build more custom to you, and has a great different variety of selections. During our experience Lindsay was helpful, a pleasure to consult with and was caring and considerate of our specific situation.

I’m going to be hard pressed to keep this review brief because I have so many good things to say about our experience building with Ryan Homes at Spring Run. However, one of the best experiences with the entire process was started at the very beginning and it involved our interactions with the Senior Sales Representative - Lindsay Krupp. We felt very comfortable and at home in our meetings with Lindsay as she helped us navigate our very significant decision and the process. She knows her stuff, and more importantly she helps you as you figure out what’s right for you. Other key parties in the whole process include the financing partner (Sarah with NVR Mortgage was great to work with) and the construction Project Manager (Justin was informative and attentive) - both of whom played important roles in our highly positive experience.
