My husband and I are so ecstatic about our new home!! The first time we rode through Berkely Ranches, I knew it was where I wanted to live. Everyone with Ryan Homes have been excellent to work with. We met with Jared Stokes to learn about these homes. After looking at several other neighborhoods, we quickly realized we were getting a top of the line quality home. Jared was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the home. He took us to see models. He was very pleasant,patient,and never made us feel rushed. He is a fun person and it really took the stress off making our picks for the house. Next we met with Tiyler from NVR Mortgage. She too was extremely knowledgeable and explained the financial process. We are currently living in Florida, but they made signing paperwork very easy and convenient. The communication has been excellent. I'm looking forward to walking the neighborhood and meeting new friends!! The staff at Ryan homes are excellent. I would definitely recommend a Ryan Home to family, friends, and anyone looking for a great home and place to live!
