Third time is a charm for sure! After two cancelled home builds, poor communication and subpar professional service with two different builders, we walked into the model home with reservation. Garland welcomed us and was a ray of sunshine after our previous experiences. She personally promised that she would make this home build a positive journey. She did not disappoint. Communications right from the start were fantastic and continued even after we closed on our home. There was no lack of transparency when it came to what we could expect during every phase of the build. John, our project manager, provided weekly updates and answered all our questions. He made sure all open issues were resolved before our closing. Both John and Garland are a wealth of knowledge and such a pleasure to work with. Ryan Homes has provided us with a beautiful home with quality finishings in an amazing community with great amenities. We are so very happy that we made Emory Park our new home.

Our sales person, Sierra Simmons, was amazing from the first hello. She instantly understood our wants and needs and helped us create exactly what we were looking to buy. Now that we've signed the contract, how would the process go??? Better than we could've ever imagined! Our project manager, Garrett Sloan, has been on point since day one! From our meet the project manager to our drywall meeting and multiple visit in between, he's been there for us every step of the way. We're 700 miles away but we feel like we're on site due to the communication, pictures and patience with our questions.
