There are so many options for designing what you want. The location is great. Matthews has so much to do. So many festivals and a great sense of community. MJ (Marta Jo Sullivan) is tremendously helpful in the finance area and will work to help get you the best rates she can. She will also work with the numbers to find diff. Options for mortgage/ down payments/ etc..... she is extremely kind and funny as well. This team has made us feel so comfortable with the whole process of buying and building new.
