Our initial contact at the model home with Chris and Zach was very welcoming. I had look at this particular model "Grand Cayman" in several states and communities. The minutes I came to this community, we were done looking. It has everything that we want in a community, i.e., dog park, pickle ball, pool and close to the beach. We signed our contract in July, I am so impressed with the way everything is smooth sailing. We have not applied for a mortgage in over 20 years. I cannot believe how technological the process has become and made this usually nightmare in the past so user friendly and easy. NVR mortgage representatives are fantastic, and the communication is always open. Finally, then we met with the contractor via teams with Z and Chris. This was great. I made my selections and was given a timeline which is fantastic because it showed such great organization. We also signed up for photo-circle which provides pictures of our home being built from ground up. I must say this so far has been a stressless experience. Karen and Sean Lynch
