When we discovered Landings at Bayside, the new townhomes checked all the boxes for what we were looking for in our new home. We loved the design, interior choices and working with Jay Carlson. His extensive knowledge of the products as well as the building process gave us confidence as we made all of our selections. His friendly, calm demeanor is a perfect fit for new home construction and he was always available to answer questions from start to finish, and beyond. Even though we live in the area and would drive by often over the time it took to build, we looked forward to the regular photos and updates we’d receive from our construction managers Andrew and Mike! We love the location of our community, close to Assateague Island and Ocean City, MD as well as Berlin, with its restaurants, boutiques and activities. In comparison to other communities in the area, our amenities are second to none!
