We had the pleasure of working with Casey Cunningham as he introduced us to our new home, and we couldn't be more impressed with his professionalism and expertise. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and informed about every aspect of our new home. Casey Cunningham provided detailed explanations about the features, systems, and maintenance requirements of the property, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. His ability to patiently answer all our questions and break down complex details into simple, understandable terms was truly remarkable. We are incredibly grateful for his dedication, knowledge, and friendly demeanor. He made the transition to our new home a seamless experience, and we would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a thorough and supportive professional.

We are currently having our home built, we worked with Jenn in the beginning we are now working with Casey as our project manager; they both have been absolutely amazing to work with! Cannot recommend these two enough!

Review #2: We moved into our new home in Windswept on June 27, 2024 and we love it! Nikki started the buying process on the right foot and Zach was an outstanding PM. Neither of their jobs is easy…lots of moving parts! From start to finish, we have nothing but rave reviews for Nikki, Zach, Chris and all of the additional team members that we’ve met along this journey. To date, our experience with Ryan Homes has been outstanding. Review #1: Nikki took us on a terrific tour of our chosen model in person & she made it possible for Lisa to join us via FaceTime to chose options. She was friendly, knowledgeable & she actually listened. Being respectful of potential buyers is key as opposed to pushing a sales agenda. Nikki listened, she heard & she responded professionally. Also, Nikki introduced us to Zach our PM which was really nice…she explained his role in the process & he was very thorough in his explanation. We chose Windswept because the home suits our needs & the price is within our budget. Having grown up in MD, I spent summer vacations at DE beaches. I’ve always had a fondness for the Lewes area. Many lifelong MD friends live in Lewes, Milton & Rehoboth Beach so Lewes in the perfect choice for us!

My home buying experience with Ryan Homes at Windswept at Lewes was exceptional from the beginning of the process all the way through closing. Nikki was exceptional in the sales office and was able to put me into the home I wanted within the parameters that I had established. Sean, my loan officer, was available every step of the way and was able to answer my questions thoroughly and in a timely manner. My project managers, Zach and Casey, went above and beyond to assist in any way they could during the building process and even after closing. What I expected to be a very stressful time ended up being the extreme opposite! I hope living in this community is just as enjoyable as building here was!

I’m thrilled to share the WONDERFUL experience we had with Ryan Homes. While many people only write reviews when they have complaints, we want to share the AMAZING experience we had. From the moment we first stepped into the office, our sales representative, Nikki Gough, was kind, attentive, and supportive. We visited the model home multiple times, and Nikki always made the time to guide us and answer all our questions as first-time buyers. She was an invaluable part of the process, and we truly appreciated that she and the team even worked weekends so we could visit the model house and neighborhood as often as we wanted, check on progress, and ask questions. A special thank you to Ashley Morris, the loan processor, and Sean Emler, the loan officer. They were fantastic, walking us through every step of the buying process, explaining the necessary documents, and outlining what to expect during the loan process. They were always quick to respond to our questions and maintained open communication, making the loan process smooth and transparent. Thanks to their attention, we never faced any unexpected surprises or inconveniences. Over the four-month period from purchase to settlement, they kept in close contact, ensuring we felt informed and stress-free. We also want to recognize Casey Cunningham, the project manager, and Nicholas Rhoads, the production supervisor. They were exceptional! They kept us updated with hole progress, they share photos and messages through the app, making sure we were always in the loop. We visited the construction site multiple times, and they were always there to guide us, show us the progress, and explain every detail. Their attention to detail was evident, and thanks to them, our house looks incredible! The entire building process was enjoyable, and we’re grateful for their support every step of the way. As first-time buyers, we had many questions and doubts, but the entire Ryan Homes team made our experience outstanding.
