My wife and I took on the task of selling the beautiful home we built 26 years ago in an effort to downsize. Our agent sent us on an extensive search of homes in the area which we found time consuming and frustrating. One of our searches brought us into the Swedesboro area which resulted in the exhausting review of homes that did not fit our needs. On our way back home, we drove pass the Weatherby 55+ development and decided to take a look. We drove up to the Palladio model and went in to take a look.
