As a first-time homebuyer I can definitely say that Ryan homes made me feel like family, Amanda made sure that we felt comfortable and gave us the best offer we could get, and she made sure that we got what we wanted in our new home as well. the professionalism of the staff was incredible. I also have to give a big thanks to Curtis Godfrey (relator agent) for helping us find Ryan homes and looking at the different type of homes Ryan homes has to offer!

(Long Post Alert) Now that my home is completed, I wanted to leave a review for my amazing project manager ! I recently had the pleasure of working with Devon Adams on the construction of my new Ryan home in Stockbridge , and I cannot speak highly enough of his exceptional skills and dedication. From the initial pre-construction meeting to the project's completion, Devon demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence that far exceeded our expectations. Throughout the project, Devon consistently went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were not only met but surpassed. His attention to detail was remarkable, and he meticulously managed every aspect of building our home with precision and care, delivering results that were nothing short of outstanding. One of the most impressive aspects of working with Devon is his exceptional communication skills. He kept us informed and engaged every step of the way, providing regular updates, addressing any concerns promptly, and always being available to answer questions or provide guidance. His transparency and professionalism made this entire process exceptional for me and my family. Devon’s expertise, professionalism, and dedication to client satisfaction are unparalleled, and it was an absolute pleasure to work with him. Thanks to Devon, Our home was completed before schedule and to the highest standards of quality. Really nice people (Michelle helped us and was amazing!!) and the homes look amazing. The neighborhood is also kept up nicely and the neighbors seem nice. I will be moving in with my wife in a few months and we are very excited!

While building my home I worked with Devin who is the construction manager. I feel he is at the top of his game: he was kind, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was always quick to respond to me if he was not immediately available to answer the phone. I feel Devin goes above and beyond in his job performance and professionalism. He has an aptitude for the job at hand. I felt most at ease working with him and feel he has great integrity. I would put my experience with him at the top of my professional experiences.

The customer service I received from the project managers as well as the Lenders, were excellent. I referred two people to this community & they ended up purchasing a home in this community as well.
