Our experience with Ryan homes was AMAZING, thanks to Judy Grens. Judy spent hours answering our questions and over all was very patient. (First time homeowners here) When we first met Judy, she explained that her job was more service than sales. Made us feel super comfortable and wasn’t pushy like most places these days are. In short, she was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Judy was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice. Always responsive when ever we texted or called her. We would recommend her to anyone.

We began working with Ryan Homes in May 2022, and have had no regrets! Judy Grens has been such an integral part in our entire experience, beginning with answering all our questions, into signing a contract and just helping every step of the way. A lot of late texts/phone calls, and she never hesitated to respond immediately. We have had such a smooth experience from the beginning, and into the building process. For example, she has helped me to compare two different model homes – the different styles, lots, and price points. On September 30, 2022, Judy was on the phone with me after 10:00 pm patiently helping me to design my forever home. While we were going over selections, Judy made every effort to ensure that I was getting the most for my money and the home of my dreams. During our conversation, I felt as if I was speaking with my protective, big sister. My home buying experience with Ryan Homes has been super! Everyone at Ryan is very friendly. My main contact, Kathy Living, has been very helpful in guiding me thru the process; especially the Design Center process where you get to choose all your options such as the exterior color of your home. Jennifer was the first person I talked to at Ryan and her enthusiasm is contagious.
