Hind has been an absolute angel to work with. She was there to answer every question no matter the time of day. She calmed all our home buying nerves and made sure we got the home of our dreams without ever pushing us. Such an enjoyable process. Thanks again!

We have been looking for 2 years. Was going to go with a DR Horton home. After many trips to that site Horton would not “open” the lot we wanted (even though lot was cleared numbered etc)! We went driving and seen RYAN new homes! After driving in and around their home area we set up an appointment to view the model! We met with Robert “Bob” Foisy! What a great guy! We had found our home… well so to speak. I was able to pick out a color scheme I fell in love with AND the lot was available!! Yea paperwork was done and I started to place beds tables washer dryer but oh wait. The model we picked didn’t have a big enough laundry room!! Oh no!! I called Bob he went an measured as I said can I change my mind and go with a different model? Bob made it happen!! I now have my dream home picked out waiting a few months because we are tied into a rental lease. Kevin Corton is doing his best to get us the best rate for our build!! I’ll tell ya. So far this has been the best experience of buying a home!! Stay tuned as we take pictures as we go!!

We've been working with Tommy Medwin at Eagle Crest and have had the absolute best experience. All of our questions have been met with patience and genuine care. Whether it's working out the financials or picking out the kitchen backsplash color, Tommy is there to help keeping the building experience light and enjoyable! Our project manager Brian has also been great! He's been reliable and consistent with providing updates each week, making sure we feel included in the construction process. At our pre-construction meeting he took the time to explain all the in's and outs of what was to come and made it clear that no question is a stupid question. Overall we have had an awesome experience with the Eagle Crest Team. Would highly recommend them for your next home.

We just purchased. So far it has been a complete pleasure working with Hind with Ryan Homes, and Matt Jenkins, from NVR. Our home is expected to be finished in September. Very excited and optimistic all will be completed as planned.

Ryan Homes I am recently going through my first home purchase. I chose Ryan Homes partly from its reputation in the business and partly on Eagle Crest’s location. First I’d like to talk about my experience thus far. Upon our first visit to Eagle Crest, Tommy greeted us at door with as much or more excitement and enthusiasm as us. Tommy is a very knowledgeable, approachable, and caring person and I would not want to work with anyone else during this process. He listened to our wants and needs and offered suggestions that stayed within our budget. Once we agreed on a model we were then transferred over to the mortgage department which Jorge also greeted us with open arms. Jorge’s knowledge and way of explaining the process and all of the nuances on the financial side calmed my nerves. Any questions I had, Jorge promptly answered. Next came the most exciting part. Our meeting with the building manager, Jason. Very much like the rest of the crew I’ve been working with, Jason came with a professionalism that was unmatched. His knowledge on the building process was very important to us and he exceeded my expectations. He came to our meeting prepared and had clearly looked over our personal model and options beforehand. We went over ever little detail in the house. From where the ac unit will be placed to the usage of each light switch. The weekly, and sometimes more, updates are very welcoming and exciting. A new delivery process is being used in the form of the Photo Circle application. Photos and videos are uploaded into the app by the building manager to show the progress. Finally I’d like to talk about the location. Eagle Crest, EC, is located in such a perfect spot for us. It doesn’t completely check off all of our wants but we weren’t expecting our first house to. Instead, it comes very close. Eagle Crest is located on the west side of I95 which lies close to the hustle of International Speedway Boulevard but far enough to not get the traffic. A quick 5 minutes to all of the restaurants and shops on ISB, the Daytona Airport, the speedway. Ever shorter distance to both I95 and I4. We love going to the historic downtown DeLand. EC is only about a 20min drive to there. Contrary to what one might expect in being close to all of these locations, EC is tucked away in a small section of a state forest. It is a very quiet part of Daytona with a large walking trail around a lake that is exclusive only to EC. While our house is being built we are very excited and frequently drive through the neighborhood. Everyone is very friendly and greets us with a wave. Before even moving into the neighborhood we feel very welcomed. We cannot wait to finally move in which was quoted to finish within only 4 months. Ryan Homes provides a very streamline and easy way to build and purchase a brand new home, especially to first time homebuyers who might not be familiar with the process. While they provide lenders and insurance companies, you are not required to use their services and instead are actually encouraged to shop around in order to see the differences. I would definitely come back to Ryan Homes in the future if and when I were to buy a new house.
