My project manager, Matt Ellis, was very detail oriented and went above and beyond to make sure that everything that I had asked for was done correctly. I have built before and had expectations of not every detail being met (just part of the normal building process) but I can honestly say that not one item was missed that I had asked for when building with Ryan homes. I had a minor issue upon moving in that needed to be fixed(a paint problem on my island cabinetry to be exact), but Ryan homes warranty team was fantastic! They were very quick to send someone out and take care it and had it looking perfect. I credit such a great experience to Matt and his team at Ryan homes. Professional. Courteous. Detail oriented.
