I wanted to wait to post a review until I had lived here for a few months. Well…here I am. I have lived here for approximately three months and have been very happy with my purchase. My project manager, Matt Ellis, was very detail oriented and went above and beyond to make sure that everything that I had asked for was done correctly. I have built before and had expectations of not every detail being met (just part of the normal building process) but I can honestly say that not one item was missed that I had asked for when building with Ryan homes. I had a minor issue upon moving in that needed to be fixed(a paint problem on my island cabinetry to be exact), but Ryan homes warranty team was fantastic! They were very quick to send someone out and take care it and had it looking perfect. I credit such a great experience to Matt and his team at Ryan homes. Professional. Courteous. Detail oriented.

From start to finish I cannot imagine a more pleasant and efficient experience. My salesperson, Karen Salisbury, was top notch, answered all of my questions and got the process started by putting me in touch with my project manager Chad Duncan and the mortgage folks at NVR. This is my 3rd home purchase and by far the easiest one to date. Chad stayed on task and expertly guided the construction of my new home. I am relocating from NY to SC and Chad provided me with weekly updates via video messaging explaining (and showing) to me in detail every step of the process. He provided me with a solid date as to when construction would be completed and then surpassed my expectations by completing construction far ahead of schedule! Truly a professional, dedicated and impressive young man!
