We had an excellent experience buying our new home. From the beginning until closing we had an easy time. Heather made us feel good about our purchase and was instrumental in making our decision. Kevin, also was very helpful and gave weekly video of the progress. Our Realtor, Maura Sawyer orchestrated everything between Ryan Homes, Heather and Kevin, inspectors included. Ryan from the office, Jeff from warranty, Nick with Kevin all had a part and played it well. I would not hesitate to recommend all parties involved.

We purchased our home in October 2024. Would I recommend Ryan Homes to build you a home - 100%. The process was as smooth as silk, from start to finish and even after we closed. During the process of building our home, we received weekly updates with videos of the progress. Which was great to see and share with our family. The PM Kevin and Ben were outstanding and would walked you through the whole process of the building aspect. Did I mention the house was built on time? It wasn't, it was finished 2 weeks EARLY. Closing was a breeze and our final walkthrough was amazing. They give you a warranty package with the QR codes from general issues to garage, appliances, HVAC, sump pump, roof and so on. Scam the code and bam, submit a request or they have handouts on how to troubleshoot the issue. Also with the scanning of the QR code, you register your appliances. After we moved in, there were some minor issues, which you will have with a new build, but Nick and Merna were on it. We had either Ryan Homes or a contractor come out within 24-48 hours. They have gone over and beyond to help us. I can't say enough of how pleased I am with them.

I am very excited to have bought a new home at Coble Farms. Ryan Homes does a masterful job of constructing charming, high-quality, energy efficient houses. All work was performed on or ahead of schedule, and I was kept informed of progress every step of the way. My Customer Service agent, Heather Carper, was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. All construction related activities were capably managed by Construction Project Manager, Kevin Franck - a terrific guy who knows his stuff and maintains close contact throughout the entire process. Bottom line: this was a great experience!

My wife and I have had a great experience working with Ryan Homes in NC. We reached out to make contact online and they were very responsive. Sunny Mandava immediately called and provided a great deal of details on the development and answered all our questions. He followed up quickly and was responsive and professional every time we interacted. He has been a pleasure to work with and has made himself available any time of the day or evening. He encouraged questions to ensure we had the necessary information we needed. He has always gone above and beyond and we appreciate his dedication to doing an outstanding job for Ryan Homes. I have just closed on my home at Coble Farms. The experience was well documented with weekly video updates from Bryan the project manager. He was available even on his day off for me to visit the home. Heather Carper was a gem from the day I made the purchase until after closing. The home is well built and the experience has been less stressful thanks to Heather and Bryan. The community is quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend Ryan Homes at Coble Farms!
