We had an excellent experience buying our new home. From the beginning until closing we had an easy time. Heather made us feel good about our purchase and was instrumental in making our decision. Kevin, also was very helpful and gave weekly video of the progress. Our Realtor, Maura Sawyer orchestrated everything between Ryan Homes, Heather and Kevin, inspectors included. Ryan from the office, Jeff from warranty, Nick with Kevin all had a part and played it well. I would not hesitate to recommend all parties involved.

All work was performed on or ahead of schedule, and I was kept informed of progress every step of the way. My Customer Service agent, Heather Carper, was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. All construction related activities were capably managed by Construction Project Manager, Kevin Franck - a terrific guy who knows his stuff and maintains close contact throughout the entire process. Bottom line: this was a great experience!

What an absolute pleasure it has been working with Sunny Mandava at cobble farms in Fuquay Varina. I have just closed on my home at Coble Farms. The experience was well documented with weekly video updates from Bryan the project manager. He was available even on his day off for me to visit the home. Heather Carper was a gem from the day I made the purchase until after closing. The home is well built and the experience has been less stressful thanks to Heather and Bryan. The community is quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend Ryan Homes at Coble Farms!
