The Twin Lakes Ryan Staff is amazing! I am beyond grateful for all the support I received through the process of finding my new home and moving in. From the beginning, Cheryl Hoffman was very patient in helping me find the perfect home and went above and beyond to make sure everything was suited for me. Woody Woodward was persistent in making sure I was taken care of, especially when having to work with me while I was in another state. As move in got closer, Matt Fox did a great job in providing guidance and answers to any warranty related questions. Leisel Johnson was very knowledgeable in the closing process and was a pleasure to work with. I am absolutely convinced I made the right choice in choosing Twin Lakes!

Cheryl Hoffman, Sales and Marketing Representative, Ryan Homes: Ms. Hoffman has been a joy to work with. I first met her during a new home walk through marathon. This was more of an education process for me because it had been over 30 years since I last purchased a home. I brought a friend along so we could compare notes following our walk throughs. I was most impressed with Ms. Hoffman’s professional presentation where she clearly covered the process of purchasing a Ryan Home at Twin Lake Villas without being pushy. She let Twin Lake Villas and especially the Barbados Isle speak for itself. On a follow-up meeting, Ms. Hoffman took me and my friend to the home site where she answered all our questions. After walking away from our last meeting where I signed the required documentation, I felt I was on top of the world. Ryan Brockway, NVR Mortgage, Loan Officer: My friend and I met with Mr. Brockway to review the loan process and timeline with NVR Mortgage. Again, my meeting with Mr. Brockway was more of an educational meeting because of the length of time since last requesting a Home Mortgage Loan. Mr. Brockway very patiently reviewed the Mortgage Loan Process and clearly answered all questions we had. He made us both feel comfortable during our meeting. Mr. Brockway quickly provided follow-up emails to complete the Loan Process and within just a couple of days, my Loan Application was completed. Andrew “Woody” Woodyard, Project Manager, Ryan Homes: While my friend and I were meeting with Ms. Hoffman at the Model Home, we were introduced to Mr. Woody Woodyard. Mr. Woodyard just so happened to be in the area and Ms. Hoffman pulled him in to introduce him. Following our meeting with Ms. Hoffman, my friend and I spent about an hour walking through the Model Home and interrupting Mr. Woodyard with additional questions. Throughout our tour of the Model Home, Mr. Woodyard never appeared we were interrupting him and eagerly welcomed all our questions. We found Mr. Woodyard’s warm and friendly attitude contagious. Mr. Woodyard, just like Ms. Hoffman, was not pushy but welcomed all the questions we had.

We are so excited about moving to twin Lakes in the spring to our forever home. When my husband I were married 37 years we purchased our first home by Ryan. So I know we will love our new home and community at Twin Lakes. I want to give a very special Thanks to Cheryl and Woody at Twin Lakes for all their knowledge and patience with us. They are a wonderful asset to Ryan Homes. Every chance I get I tell others to check out the Ryan homes at Twin Lakes .We want to give a Special thanks to Ryan from the mortgage company for assisting us.

From the initial view on Zillow to going down to walk the models it was easy to set up. Once we got to Twin Lakes, Cheryl was so sweet and helpful, she showed us the Caicos model and we knew we were home. Cheryl made the buying process a piece of cake. She was helpful in design choices and keeping within our budget. We waited for the lots to open and chose the perfect spot. We can't wait to see the house being built and to be able to move in. Good afternoon Ryan Homes, my future husband and I have been searching for our new home together for several months. We have felt discouraged and very disappointed as to what was being presented out there. Until the day we came out to view the Twin Lake Villas. Upon entering we met with Danny Hunt and he immediately made us comfortable and began discussing with us what all this brand new community had to offer. Showing us all the outstanding features of each home and all the wonderful upgrades and wonderful features to be offered. Can I say we felt so pleased with Danny that we decided this would indeed be our new home and community. We are so pleased with Danny. He also took us for a walk and entered a new build taking us to the garage and then walking us through the Showcase home at all the great features of the kitchen. Needless to say because of his professional manner and his ease at answering our questions, I had a list of them we knew we wanted to sign a contract and join such a fine community. We are so thankful for Danny and Ryan Homes and their outstanding vision and using the best quality or to build this community. Also I want to thank Mr. Ryan for making us feel comfortable as we are crunching the numbers and understanding interest rates. Another outstanding employee that made us feel comfortable to signing onto our contract. First comes our marriage and then our beautiful home will be finished In November. Ryan Homes at Twin Lake Villas is a Beautiful place to live. The Villas are built with such great detail! There is a Beautiful Lake that surrounds the Club House. I personally want to say Thank You to Jorge and Joe for being such exceptional Sales Representatives along with Woody our Project Manager who also took the time to make sure all of our questions where answered and every detail was in place! I would Highly Recommend Ryan Homes at Twin Lake Villas to everyone!
