I was a little apprehensive about completing this process all on my own, but Phil has made me feel like he "has my back"! He was so patient and understanding, and wanted to make sure that I thoroughly understood all aspects of the available options, including pros and cons. I felt no pressure from Phil, only a sense of professionalism mixed with caring. So far, the process has been seamless. We met initially with Phil and were delighted with his responsiveness and caring attitude towards new home buyers. The service that we received from Matt was as exemplary as the service we had received from Phil. For the past few months as our house has been built Matt has communicated to us on a weekly basis regarding progress. Although issues were rare, when they did occur, Matt was extremely responsive and resolved any questions that we had in a professional and timely manner.
