Phillip is the consummate professional: As you go through this process you have many questions: He has always been quick to respond with the accurate information that we need. If he doesn't know an answer to a question he will find out for us. He also goes above and beyond his job responsibilities. We flew into Indiana and had one day to put our house under contract before we had to leave and he was working until 11:30 at night to get the answer to the questions we needed. We like that he gives us all the facts and his expert knowledgeable advise but he lets us make the final decision. We never feel pressured to decide one way or another. He is great to work with because he is always positive and enthusiastic.
