We first got in contact with Charles and he was AMAZING. We were living in California at the time and were not able to go to Parrish and look at anything so he sent many videos and pictures and answered all our questions very quickly . Once we started building we were introduced to Chase our project manager and he was just as amazing! Always answering our phone calls or text. Sending us weekly photo updates and able to do online walkthroughs for us. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this duo. The whole process was so smooth, zero hiccups and zero delays.
