Perfect location for the middle of the road home buyer, or a first time home buyer. Not overwhelmingly large or cumbersome homes, tastefully built given the square footage of each plot. You can expect 2-3 bedroom homes with 2 bath ranches. The homes are priced in the low to mid three's. The location is close to local shopping and dining in the Youngsville, Franklinton areas on the outskirts of Wake Forest.

We are completely pleased with our experience with Ryan Homes at Hillcrest Ranches. We were put in touch with a wonderful Sales & Marketing Rep named Jack Synesael. He is amazing! We are currently living out of state and we liked the homes that Ryan Homes offered. Jack has been extremely helpful in guiding us through this process every step of the way. He video-conferenced numerous times, even showing us our property by video. He is very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and so down to earth. Jack has called when promised and we are always well-informed. So happy we’ve had Jack to work with during all of this. We made a trip to NC and met with Jack who then introduced us to the Project Manager, Brian Hughes. Brian gave us a tour of the same model we had chosen. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He is great! Very professional, courteous and discusses the process in layman’s terms. Brian calls when he says he will, to give us weekly updates. We enjoy hearing from him and often get a few laughs in as well. We are looking forward to moving to our new home sometime in late March. We couldn’t have asked for better representation than Jack and Brian. We highly recommend Ryan Homes at Hillcrest Ranches. Our experience with Jack and Brian was EXCELLENT!! I am a Realtor in the Raleigh NC and surrounding areas. Recently, my buyer clients decided to purchase a new construction home in the Hillcrest Ranches subdivision on the edge of Franklinton/Youngsville NC. I have been a part of every step of this pre-build and build journey with my clients. Jack S has been awesome to work with- he was the onsite agent (who was promoted along the way to Manager). Jack helped us get under contract and went to bat for my clients to get them a suitable lot when the prior 2 lots they had chosen became non-options. The necessary change of lots caused a 2 month delay in the new home being built, but I can't be more happy with how Jack and the Onsite Building Manager (Brian) have led this project. Jack has been responsive to back end questions and Brian has read between the lines, offered timely communication, kept the project on track, and has been personable and absolutely great to work with! I always felt like Ryan Homes took seriously their roles in this new build and though there was a delay and few snafu's along the way, Ryan Homes has been cooperative in responding to my requests on behalf of my clients and have created a quality and nice looking home. The entire journey - from signing the contract to closing - took about 7 months, with the actual construction completed in just about 4 months. The process was smooth and very positive. Alan Solotky was a great help during the initial stage. He explained all the options and possibilities in detail, helping us choose the perfect fit for our needs. During construction, we were in constant contact with Brian Hughes. Brian and his team (Isaiah) are true professionals. They provided comprehensive answers to all our questions, and the weekly photo reports on PhotoCircle were a fantastic way to follow the progress. We love the house: the layout is excellent, the construction quality is high, and the interior fittings are great. The location is quiet and peaceful—a perfect trade-off for being a bit further from the main shops. Highly recommend this team!
