Building our home was a journey we’ll never forget, and so much of that comes down to the incredible experience we had with Damien and Ashley.
From our very first planning meeting, they made what could have been an overwhelming process feel smooth, exciting, and genuinely enjoyable. They took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, answered every question with patience, and guided us with clarity and confidence every step of the way.
Watching our home go from initial groundbreaking to completion was nothing short of amazing. Throughout the entire build, Damien and Ashley kept us informed, reassured, and involved. It never felt like we were just another project—we felt like a priority.
Even after moving in, their support didn’t stop. They’ve continued to be just a call or email away, always ready to help, answer questions, or provide guidance. That level of care and commitment truly sets them apart.

Love the Neighborhood, very quiet, close to US 1 and a few miles from the I 95. It is tucked away from traffic and quite secluded. Perfect to Raise a family or be Retired. This is our 2nd home with Ryan and we Trust them to take care of us. Thank you Tim the Building Manager and Tommy the Sales Consultant for being terrific. Love the Chain of Lakes Park, walk there all the time!

I have to say this is the best built home we have ever had. I am very particular and have asked for the smallest details to be taken care of under the Warranty. They have always come through in a timely manner and always followed up. The staff is very friendly and have answered any question we could think of. Love Love Love Chain of Lakes Park, ride my Bike there regularly. The quiet neighborhood and beautiful surroundings make it a dream come true.

I recently signed a contract to buy a home in Nathaniel’s Grove. Living out of state I thought this would be a daunting task, but it went much smoother than I thought. Working with Cristina was great. I only met with her twice and she made me feel like we had a personal connection. She is great at keeping in touch and keeping me informed.
I also enjoyed meeting and interacting with Amy the Manager. These two ladies make a wonderful team. I look forward to working with them throughout construction.

The home prices in this new subdivision are amazing. You have so much more value and just minutes away from the Nashville area. Everyone knows what they are doing at Ryan Homes. My salesperson was Joey Beech and he provided excellent guidance through all the beginning phases of this process for me. From walking the neighborhood to discussing the pros and cons of each spot, he was a wealth of information. He answered all my questions and provided details I needed to make my final decision. It's not an easy decision in today's market to make a huge change in home ownership. His expertise was invaluable.

The #1 best part of my new home build & purchase was James Emanuel. He was my construction manager and I was lucky to have him due to his experience, conscientiousness and attention to detail. He kept me updated with all details and always gave me a realistic perspective on the progress. Jim is also a great guy, with a good sense of humor(for a bald guy😉)

We closed on our property in Nathanial's Grove in March, 2025. As with most new construction, there were some repair issues with the new house. We contacted our Warranty manager with Ryan Homes, Chris Trammel, to arrange for work to be done. Chris was extremely courteous and responsive to our service requests, and came personally to the property to introduce himself, and provide his personal phone number. Chris was knowledgeable about all aspects of our property, and effective getting the correct techs in to make the house 100% right. Overall, we trust Chris to take care of us, which was, and remains, much appreciated.

Bought a house that was customized and built by someone else who then had to back out at the last minute. Final inspection found a few things, and the builders were willing to correct most of the problems. Neighborhood is very nice, and everyone is super friendly. The sales reps are pretty good, but communication seemed to be a big issue going through the whole process. So be ready to make sure everyone is fully understanding what you are asking for, and it is in writing. Even if it is in writing, still make sure the project manager is aware of what the sales rep agreed to. Slightly stressful process. But very happy with the neighborhood and the move. Isaac, the project manager, was helpful once I started working with him directly instead of going through a third party sales rep. He was receptive to my thoughts and was more than willing to help. Overall, I would buy this home again so far.

As the closing date on our new home gets closer and closer (eek!), my wife and I cannot help but gush over how incredible our experience has been. Being first time homebuyers, this process was scary at first but the moment we met Jenn Casamento it became clear that we were making the right choice & I was definitely a skeptic!! I have been living in this community for around 1 year and can easily say that i have found the dream home not only from a house pov but also from a community pov. Amazing house size and quality for the price and even better community of friendly people all around. The collaboration and flexibility on amenities from ryan homes and parq management is applausible given the quality of amenities and upkeep. Definitely recommend to new home buyers. You just have to be careful if processing loans through nvr as there could be lot of misinformation and change in numbers but other than that you should not face any issues.

Ryan homes and Parq developers have been very supportive of any issues especially with all the construction work and open to go above and beyond to make this a great community. I am very positive that this will be a very desirable community once it is all done.
Looks like the construction is going at a fast pace and won’t be surprised if all the 75 units are all done by next summer.

Never would we have thought that we'd purchase a home that would be over a million dollars. But the Model that we saw was so beautiful with a large open concept, we fell in love with it. Our present home was paid of already. But now we had to take on a another additionally mortgage.
But overall, it was Richard Gomez who made the effort of explaining everything we needed.
Thanks to Richard, we are going to be moving into our brand-new home in a couple of Months.

As a proud owner of a ranch home in Brandywine, I highly recommend Ryan Homes as your builder of choice. My experience with them was exceptional from start to finish. Ask for Kimberly when you visit for model tours and questions. I selected the Grand Bahama floor plan - an amazing design with the latest building technology. From construction managers Kevin and Travis to the mortgage and warranty teams, everyone provided excellent, friendly service. The building process kept me well-informed throughout. I also know a husband and wife who built a two-story Ryan Home at Brandywine over 2 years ago and they absolutely love their home as well. Greenfield is a wonderful, quiet community with friendly neighbors - I moved in August 2023 and couldn't be happier with my decision. Thank you Ryan Homes. :)

We signed for a home in this community in March and so far the process has been seamless. Jacki in the sales office is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and kind. She’s quick to return calls/emails and always goes above and beyond. Jake, the PM, has been great so far too! We just completed our pre-drywall walkthrough and everything looked great. The timeline for completion seems to be staying right on track, and we’re so excited!

The young family community is the biggest plus! We have been looking for a neighborhood with young families and from what we can see, there are so many families. One negative aspect we wanted was the lack of sidewalks, but the neighborhood is quiet enough to minimize car traffic. During my exploration phase, I spoke with a neighbor, who mentioned the abundance of children in the neighborhood, which sold me instantly.
Our experience with Ryan Homes has been excellent. Nichole has been a great resource as our sales agent, guiding us with the best options that will increase our home value long term and thinking differently about options that we wanted that she said may not be worth it. For example, we have a one-year-old who will be potty training in time, but I am 6'4" and wanted the taller toilets. She advised against that as it would make potty training harder on a higher surface. As a sales agent, she could have easily upsold me on that, but she helped me consider what was best for my family!

My wife Jackie and I had a great experience working with Jenn on finding a couple of great options at Patriots Glenn in Millsboro DE. Jenn kept in touch with us the entire time that we were looking at the homes and lot sites and she gave us great input on options for the homes that we were looking at.
Jenn also offered us a great deal that became available on the two homes we were looking at.
At this time we are still trying to make up our mind about moving away from our Family were we live today, but Jenn is going to keep us updated on offers and how things are developing at Patriots Glen while we make up our mind on where we want to retire.

First and foremost, dealing with James during this whole process has been nothing short of amazing. As our first home build, we had SO MANY DOUBTS and concerns only based off what we had seen and read online. Not here, James ensures you are aware of everything going on every step of the way putting any of those doubts to rest.
Any question or concern that i had, he was extremely responsive, and would answer you right then and there. Educated us along the way and would keep me updated with everything going on.
If i could recommend a home builder JUST because of our experience with James, it would definitely be Ryan Homes West Port

We could not say enough good things about our experience with Ryan homes. This is our first time buying a home especially a new build and our sales agent Nicole Siana was wonderful going through all our options and non negotiables to help us find the best floor plan that fit our budget and all our wants. Jenny Quartararo from NVR mortgage was awesome as well. She went through all our different options for financing and what fit best in our budget. This community has been nothing but welcoming already just driving through and getting out to see our lot the other neighbors are always waving and smiling. There are so many kids that makes it 100 times better knowing the kids will have other kids to play with outside. Do not let the horror stories you read online steer you away from Ryan homes because we heard them too before but it has not been anything but wonderful!!

I have enjoyed the process of getting a home built by Ryan Homes. I had the experience over 44 years ago in Annapolis, Maryland and I still own the home. I liked the fact their are cost effective and efficient at building a home. The home was well built and has served me well. I was excited to see Ryan homes building in Titusville nearby to a property I own. The sales agents Randy Harmon and Tommy Medwin provided great sales support during the purchase and build. They helped me get good terms on a cash purchase. The project manager Randy Shackley did an excellent job and communicated progress well. He was detailed oriented. The build quality was very good for Florida which is needed due to hurricanes. I watched as they built concrete block walls, steel reinforced, filled in sections with concrete, and anchored on top. They used a lot of good skilled subcontractors who did their jobs well, I saw the sheet rock and tile floor in progress. After closing when I needed a sliding glass door fixed, they replaced it promptly. I have used the new home for a few months and it is energy efficient. The build was efficient and organized. I am very pleased and bought another home which I plan to rent out. Great team work Ryan homes. Thanks

As I wrote before my experience here has been nothing but great. From the first time I actually looked online at Ryan Home, to setting up an appointment to see Stephanie in December. She has been a great help toward me purchasing a new house in Ryan Homes @ Cameron Ridge. I had a glitch I had to wait out and she said she would call me as soon as the dust settled. During those couple of months she still called or texted me to check in and when the time came she called me earlier than expected. I was in Greece on vacation when I got the good news letting me know it was that time. Let’s not forget Jane from NVR she was great too explaining everything to me as I went to see her in person too. Any and everything I needed was told to me upfront and if I had questions they both were just a text or phone call away. My home should be done before the summer is out; I can’t wait to move in the neighborhood and have something of my own again.

From that moment, Caesar and I walked into the model home and Eric Russo introduced himself, we have only praise. Eric was so warm and welcoming. He was very patient with us and did not rush us through our tour. He allowed us to take photos. He sat and answered all our questions and did not pressure us. We loved the model, the way it was appointed, the choices that are offered and the quality of the workmanship. When you have a quality product, it speaks for itself. It was so much more than we could have hoped for or expected. We love the area, the community and the amenities and services offered.
As for Eric Russo, there are no words to express our thanks and appreciation to him. He is the consummate professional and an all-around great person. He has been so helpful to us. We would like to state how awesome the services of Ryan Homes have been in delivering a very well-constructed home in a beautiful community setting. While all of the common areas are not yet in place the construction process happening throughout Brooks Landing is almost seamless. It has not impeded the enjoyment of our home.
The few issues we had at move-in - such as a missing blind, a loose kickplate on the dishwasher and other minor issues were all handled quickly. The home itself was everything we wanted and more. While we downsized from our home, we feel our new home has more room than we had before. It is brand-new everything and energy efficient and low maintenance.
Most importantly, our experience of buying a Ryan Home was made exceptional beginning with our Sales Consultant, Tom Medwin. The whole buying process for us was great from picking out the finishes and options with Tom, to signing the contract. Tom explained all of the great things Ryan Homes provides and all of the options. Tom spoke of Ryan's reputation in the industry and how due to the quality of the home that our Homeowner's insurance would be discounted based on the construction of the home. We paid thousands of dollars less than our previous home.
As far as the construction process, we were 3 hours away and we were very concerned that we would miss the process of seeing our new home built. I would now like to recognize Brian Bride, our Project Manager, he is AMAZING! He kept us informed by sending us videos EVERY FRIDAY during the whole process. We watched everything, the lot being leveled, foundation completed, blocks going up, framing, drywall, stucco, tile, electrical, and everything related to the construction. He walked us through every room, every week with an explanation of the progress from the week before.
Not only did we look forward to the videos each week, but we were also able to share them with all our family and friends all over the country. Needless to say, the experience of buying a Ryan Home was even more exciting as it was like we were there. So a HUGE THANK YOU to Ryan Homes and their extraordinary representatives - Tom Medwin our Sales Consultant and Brian Bride our Project Manager.

My husband and I have had a wonderful experience working with Ashley Lagman from Ryan Homes to purchase our first New Build Home ever. As first time builders we needed a lot of guidance to put together our dream home. Ashley has worked diligently to give us every piece of information we needed. She has met with us multiple times to show us every tiny detail of this huge project. She was incredibly patient as we went back and forth about options we may or may not want. In the end, she was able to help us get the lot we wanted, the house model we wanted, all the upgrades we wanted including helping us decide which ones were not in our best interest. I assume she could have gotten more commission selling us a bigger, more expensive home with more upgrades, but she helped direct us to what was best for my husband and I and not what was in her best interest. I consider this the highest quality you could want in a salesperson, to put the customer first. The fact that Ashley has a sweet personality and a great sense of humor made the process an enjoyable one too! We very much appreciate Ashley and all of the Ryan Homes employees we have come in contact with. They are a great group of people and we're looking forward to making Summer Brooke our new home in 2025!

First off, if you believe all the negativity on social media about Burr Oak and that discourages you from building a home here, you will never have your dream home.
Ashley, Taylor, and Jordan all went above and beyond for me in every step of the way. The communication at each stage in the process was phenomenal. I am one to ask a ton of questions and I was never felt as though I was a burden for asking. I can honestly say I had zero issues in the entire build process-and that is saying a lot! I have built a custom home in the past, and I cannot say the same thing. Jordan has even come to my house and done things for me outside of his "normal" job, just to help me out. Ryan Homes have really hired some great people to help develop this subdivision!
We are now in my dream home and we are loving it! I have zero regrets and I am so happy I chose to listen to my own experience instead of social media!

I normally don’t like to write reviews; however our experience with Rayn Homes at Parq, has prompted me to do just that . We visited the sales office with our Realtor and Trista greeted us with such enthusiasm and excitement. We truly enjoyed her presentation and thoroughness . She didn’t hesitate to answer a thousand questions that I had not to mention my wife’s. We had recently lost our home to a devastating fire and we were looking for a fresh start. We felt right where we needed to be. We brought our home that day. Trista has been amazing throughout the process. Of course, before our closing, I met Brian during many of my unscheduled visits. 6 October 2024 UPDATE: We were finally able to close on 30 SEP 2024 and moved in on 2 October. I am updating this review from 1 star to 4 stars, as the Ryan Homes Production Supervisor, Mr. Brian Acrin, has been good to work with in addressing some of our post-move-in issues and concerns.
13 September 2024:
Military Buyer Beware! It’s 13 September 2024 and me and my family of 5 are close to the 17 September settlement-date for one of the large condo (not townhouse!) end units. However, NVR Mortgage Finance—a subsidiary of Ryan Homes—has not yet obtained the Veterans Affairs condo approval for the unit, due to NVR Mortgage requesting a VA condo approval on 3 SEP, without requesting for a specific “rush-approval.” Therefore, the VA had provided them with the standard 1-3 weeks decision timeframe that the Ryan Homes builder did not take into consideration when proposing the 17 September close date, as a late September or early October settlement date would have been more appropriate…Note that, if we don’t get a decision from the VA today, then there is a high likelihood that we would need to push back the settlement date AGAIN, since it was first pushed back to 17 September from the original closing date of 5 September, which I’m going to safely assume was again due to a lack of communication between the Ryan Homes builder and NVR Mortgage. (I will also file an official complaint with the Department of Veterans Affairs, as their VA Loan Guaranty office constantly fails to pick up phone calls during their regular business hours, whenever I tried inquiring about the VA condo approval.)…1-Star for now, but if Ryan Homes and NVR Mortgage find a way for me to Settle on 17 September, then I will consider posting a follow-up review that might be worth up to 3-Stars to give them an average 2-Stars out of 5. Based on having to beg my housing office to keep me and my family of 5 housed; having to change the service dates of the movers and the cleaners; having to change my leave dates; and the resulting loss of productivity in a military position that affects our national security—all due to the lack of coordination between multiple parties—I would give all parties involved a 0-Star rating, if possible. Again, Military Buyer Beware!!!

After reading many reviews on builders that were not favorable, my wife and I were concerned about picking a builder to work with.
Ryan Homes was one of five home builders in a development in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, that my wife and I were interested in purchasing. We were relocating from NY. We looked at all the models of the other builders and then decided to go to Ryan's model. I met with the representative, Michael Freshwater, who was with a client at the time but gave me his card and took my information. While we waited, we decided to look at a villa. After leaving the villa, Michael had already left for the day. I took a chance and called him and left a message. He returned my call on his own time and spent an hour with me on the phone, which to me was a sign of a true professional who takes pride in their profession. Michael told me about a great deal that they had on a single family, spec home that was available at a phenomenal price. The home had every upgrade that we wanted already installed, and we purchased it.
I'm a retired city worker from NY and on a pension and was concerned about getting a small mortgage. Ryan Homes had some incentives for using their lender. Jorge Medina was very patient and knowledgeable and sat with me and my wife. Jorge showed me what credit cards I should pay off and helped me get approved for a small mortgage.
The project manager, Bamboo, then took over. I explained that this was the first time my wife and I bought new construction. From beginning to end, Bamboo communicated with me by phone, email, and text from Florida to New York, answering my many questions. Many of the codes in Florida are different than in NY, and Bamboo explained the reasons for the differences and gave me detailed information on how to maintain the house in Florida's climate.
I can honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised with Ryan Homes and their team of professionals.

I had a wonderful experience working with Erin at Hidden Lakes. I’m relocating from Cincinnati after having spent many years in Stark County in my younger years. As I drove up I thought what a great neighborhood. When I walked the model home I was like this is it. The process was painless and I was able to get what I wanted for a great price; far less than Cincinnati prices. I chose a big lot on a corner and as I stood there looking around the neighborhood it’s a great view. I am so excited about my new home and so pleased with the people and the process. She is a very welcoming person, honest and knows the community very well. Choosing Ryan Homes has been the best decision we have made. They have been awesome. We close on our new Ryan Home in a few weeks. Home buying/building can be very stressful. You have everyone giving you advice, wanted or not. Everyone has their experiences and biases. This is not my 1st home. THIS IS MY 1ST RYAN HOME. There was alot of things I was not going to settle for. We are not a well to do 300K salary family. Ryan homes in my view offers a upper tier home at an affordable price. There are plenty of builders in Greenfield. We chose Ryan because of the great value and the great people. From day one meeting Meghan the sales representative we felt relaxed and were treat so nicely. She took the information we had and she did not try push in a direction we did not want to go. We felt she was honest and upfront about what to expect from the home buying and building process. We felt she treated us like we were more important than the sale it's self. She was completely honest with us and no question seemed to be a dumb question. Next we met Kaitlyn our NVR Mortgage representative that works with Ryan homes. She has been great. Without her and her team the lending process would have been a nightmare. They have been on top of things and keeping us up to date. The next person to mention is Travis our build project manager. Awesome is a great word for him. Specially dealing with a customer like me. I visit the home site everyday. I sent him text messages regarding things that I thought were concerns. He dealt with each one with smile. If it was just me not knowing what I was talking about he nicely explained what was going on and educated me. I think I sent him concerns about things that were not even installed yet. Sure things don't always go smooth or there might be an issue that happens. Building a home has a lot to it. There are a lot of unknowns and stress etc. Meghan, Kaitlyn and Travis have made the process so easy. I feel Ryan homes and their contractors have been kicking butt on our home. We have been so happy. I don't think we could ever get the amount of home we are getting anywhere else with the same value and quality. I know no one else has the team we were blessed to work with. I am sure I could say more about our great experience.

I recently purchased a Ryan Home and closed on March 28th. I am very satisfied with my home purchase. From start to finish, Ryan Homes has been a top-notch builder. It's a quality built home with care and class. My home buying experience started when I met with Andrea W - who is one of Ryan Homes' onsite Sales and Marketing manager. I truly enjoyed her bubbly personality - and honesty. Once the home was underway to start building, I met with my project manager Bamboo H. Bamboo kept me informed of every step of my home being built - from take-off, plumbing, electrical, exterior/interior, etc. Bamboo answered all my text messages and phone calls, promptly, which I really appreciated. I have worked with other home builders for homes purchased in the past , and they have never provided the level of service I received from Ryan Homes. I am simply overjoyed with my experience purchasing a townhome in New Kent . Many and I mean MANY Moons ago my first home purchase was a Ryan Home and I LOVED It !! Back then I got great financing and my neighbors were downright good as gold .
By chance I came by unannounced and your team member Brittney
Feeney let me in even though she had a prior appointment coming . I fell in love with the layout of the townhome and the furniture that was in it . Afterwards I had a chance to sit down with Brittney and discuss everything about the area . Let me tell you that Ryan has one of the BEST in Brittney . She is undoubtedly the Kindest and Friendliest Woman I have ever met . She is very intelligent and can answer any questions I had . I made an actual appointment to bring my Friend in to see all the exciting things I saw there . Indeed she fell in love with the Townhome and with Brittney and guess what ? We purchased an End unit from Brittney and she handled everything so efficiently plus effectively. I have worked in sales for over 30 years with one of the largest Food Manufacturers in the World. I would hire Brittney in a Second . I know we both are going to enjoy being over there out of the hustle and bustle of the Short Pump area and can’t wait to go Boating , Fishing in the nearby Lakes and Rivers . I especially look forward to the get togethers this Summer at the Pool with the neighbors. Honestly, It just Feels Good once you enter the neighborhood and it Feels Great to have Brittney around . Very excited to live in this new development. The process was surprisingly seamless. Patricia Fehlan is outstanding, she is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We didn’t feel like she was trying to sell us on anything. The area is nice and quiet, rural enough, with a lot of shopping and activities close by, but not too close, which is exactly what we want.

I was very happy with my experience. Ashley, Chris and Adam were great to work with, super nice and responsive.
This is one of the better ran subdivisions of Ryan homes in my opinion, and my inspector said the same. I think that makes the difference when it comes to things being done correctly.
Main tips to note for anyone looking to build here:
-Get your own home inspector
-visit regularly
-the water pressure is about 30psi mainly due to distance/elevation to the tower, I found it fine for my needs but ask about this if you’re concerned
-replace the shower rods yourself and outside “splash blocks” with something more heavy duty
-they don’t insulate all of your garage, this was something I failed to realize till last minute and did myself
-get extra lights, outlets, Ethernet (don’t skimp on this because you can’t add more later from Ryan)
-mount your TV on the stairs wall, it’ll make your space feel so much more open
No builder is perfect, I was hesitant at first with Ryan being a large builder, but honestly for the price and ease of everything it was relatively very painless and issue free.

The whole buying process was great - Anne was a wonderful sales rep and took the time to walk us through the buying process. The floor plans are very efficient and modern and make great use of the relatively-small build area. It took Ryan a little less than 5 months to build our house. I was worried about quality or workmanship issues given the fast rate of the build, but aside from 2 or 3 small issues which were later remedied. Time will tell how well it holds up.
Community is great - lots of young families with kids and everyone waves and smiles and have been very nice to interact with. Feels like it will be a great place to raise kids when the community matures. Lot sizes go from too small to just OK.
I will dock a star because Ryan slimmed down a lot of the build design options into tiered packages, which I presume is to cut costs. I think offering customers some more custom options on flooring, carpet, and auxiliary features would greatly improve satisfaction and sale rate.

Our house was finished on time, seeing the house being built was quite an experience, closing was a breeze, all paperwork ready and very clear in paper and digital, well organized, this review is only for Ryan Homes, the community and neighbors are so amazing and nice that deserve a separate five stars review.
Pros:
High quality construction materials, dedicated team, lots of communication, good project managing, the project manager didn't hesitate to put a power outlet that I requested very late in the project, at no extra charge, very responsive with warranty complaints, with that said...
Cons:
-They forgot to install the cabinets pushers throughout the house.
-They forgot to install a damper in the AC/Heater and the top floor of the house did not have AC/Heater and we had to delay the moving for a week.
- One of the lights of the porch was damaged, fortunately, we replaced one with a chandelier in the dining area and ended up with the spare to replace.
- The grass was seeded, and a flock of birds ruined it before we moved, but it’s our problem.
-They declined to provide any of the house drawings, no electrical, no plumbing or sewage, when I asked, I was told that when we hire a contractor, they would know what to do.
-The concrete floor of the porch and sidewalks comes unsealed, not even for the first time, and you must seal it or wait for cracks in the winter.
-Our driveway was not ready when we moved in, I was told is common, a month later a contractor came and paved it and yellow taped it, so no driveway or garage for a week.
-If you move now, be ready to have at least another year of heavy construction trucks and machinery everyday passing in front of your house since they are working on another phase which is on the top of the hill and the only access is through the single road neighborhood, the road is always dirty with construction debris.
Like I said, they were very responsive, and all claims were solved promptly and professionally, so overall we are incredibly happy with the house.

Seneca Trails feels like a beautiful, quiet country retreat, yet with a very convenient on/off to the 79 freeway and just 12 minutes to Cranberry shopping. The staff is easy to work with. This new-build location combines affordability with comfortable, spacious floor plans. Great neighborhood!

Beautiful awesome homes at a very good price. We love the home. It has not been built yet but from seeing other homes and the model homes we were very satisfied. I am a very detailed when it came to the final details and I will look for does when my home is done, attention to details. Something that I don’t like is the garage that is my frustration because my truck will not fit. My truck is 19.4 inches and the garage blue print says it is 19.7 but with the garage door it goes down to 19.3 my truck has been in a garage for over three years since I bought it and is very hard to think that it’s gonna have to be outside that is just me personally, but I do spend a lot of time in the garage to cleaning and waxing vehicles. I’m 100% sure that is a easy fix and they can make this garage at least one foot longer. The other part that I didn’t quite understand why it’s not included is the sprinkler system. But overall it was the best builder I was able to find at a very fair price and the best customer service ever from the sellers. Mrs. Logan. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.

I’ve recently moved into my new home and honestly, I’m loving it! The experience itself was great. I used to work with a large handful of builders/contracts in the DMV area, and oversaw thousands of new construction projects. I worked with other National builders on similar communities, and I was really skeptical in buying a home in one. I’ve talked countless new construction home buyers off the ledge over the years. Rick, our sales rep, did an awesome job building value in the home. Dan, our project manager was amazing. He kept us in the loop on almost everything. Our pre-drywall walkthrough was solid, and the windows (which were one of my larger fears, were installed well). There’s a couple of things we missed on the final walkthough that Ryan Homes was more than happy to help fix for us (so far good experience w/o Th the warranty team). Some really small things we noticed in the carpet or trim we didn’t even bother to reach out about, because it’s hardly noticeable and everything else was done well. I’m really excited to see how everything is when the house settles, but so far, this was a fantastic experience. The team here at Bloom Village, is nothing short of great. From Rick, to Dan, to Samantha, Leslie and Rana at NVR, they made it easy. There’s only a handful of builders/project managers out here that I would trust and recommend, and Dan is definitely one. W O W! Brittany, our Sales Goddess, and Brian, our Financial Wizard ,have been amazing, keeping us up on every minute detail.
I have never done business with ANY company who have been this efficient, communicative and genuine in every aspect of our dealings.

I am a former new home owner and that was the worst experience. The experience with Ryan Homes is fading those bad memories. I believe this will just get better as we move along the process.
The quality build and materials used are usually upgrades. Not with Ryan. Standard fare. And the home prices are reasonable, which I cannot say I’ve seen with other builders.
OK! So…here we are 8 months later. Just did the walk-through on our new home. Palmer Jones is the most competent, kind, efficient and knowledgeable Project Manager about homes. He patiently explained how this house breathes (literally) and how to regulate temperatures upstairs and downstairs. He thoroughly reviewed warranties and provided us with the booklet. We reviewed how to care for the materials, appliances. We reviewed outside and inside venting, lawn care, plumbing pipes care. He graciously recommended a handyman and all items I asked about and texted them to me.
My husband and I appeared underwhelmed when in fact, we were overwhelmed by how amazing and modern this home is! We were so happy. It was truly difficult to communicate with our mouths agog. I work in the wireless industry. I have a tech closet, a thermostat and garage that works with apps. The materials used are quality and built for a healthy environment. Even our little dog was dancing and smiling in her new home. We cannot thank you all enough.

This is a follow up to our review of 8 months ago, when we found a lot and model with Ryan Homes and first signed our contract. Our home completed in May and the entire experience has been excellent.
Ryan assigns a person to own each major step of the process (sales, project manager, escrow). Everyone we dealt with was always professional and knowledgeable, and our questions were always answered in a timely fashion. With anything as complex as a new home build, there are always factors that can interrupt the smooth flow of the process. Ryan handles the unexpected very well. We were always informed if anything caused a delay, and they always had a clear plan to handle it. We have been hearing horror stories from friends who used other builders, but relative to them, our Ryan experience was almost flawless. They made it all the more comfortable given the fact that we relocated from the West Coast, so we could not be here for most of the build. Ryan had weekly updates for us, including pictures of the home's progress every step of the way.
Once the home was ready, it matched our options perfectly. Post-closing, they have stayed in touch and are quick to deal with any issue that arises, which in fact have been few and far between. They have a formal website for warranty issues, which we have not needed to use as of yet, but this gives us even more confidence they will continue to support us.

I am about two weeks away from closing. I wanted to wait until I got through most of the process to write a review. My experience has been excellent. Cristina has been great from the start. Neil and Zach have been excellent. They have taken care of the building process like it’s their own house being built I just had an inspection done by a private inspector who said he has inspected much pricier houses that have not been built this well. He pointed out several areas where they went above and beyond with the build, I am very happy with this whole experience. Everyone has been responsive and friendly I would highly recommend.

I only went to burr Oak to ask of the prices and to know the process of buying a house and six months later, I moved into my new house. Anytime I had a question, Mike was always available.

My wife and I took on the task of selling the beautiful home we built 26 years ago in an effort to downsize. Our agent sent us on an extensive search of homes in the area which we found time consuming and frustrating. One of our searches brought us into the Swedesboro area which resulted in the exhausting review of homes that did not fit our needs. On our way back home, we drove pass the Weatherby 55+ development and decided to take a look.
We drove up to the Palladio model and went in to take a look. There was no sales associate onsite at that time but we decided to look anyway. This was it, exactly what we were looking for and so much more. With all of the amenities on the property and stunning home, we wanted to know more.
As we left the property, we were met by Conner who greeted us, identified himself and answered every question we had at that time. The interaction with Conner added to the positive experience and left us wanting to hear even more. Conner invited us to come back when Susan Miller was onsite.
During our next visit, Susan Miller put the icing on the cake. Susan was extremely knowledgeable about the options and features of the Palladio, questions regarding the HOA and genuine concern for us and the journey we were about to embark on. Susan fielded every call, text and drive by visit to our complete satisfaction. Ryan Homes have come up with a winning combination of property and personnel to fuel one of the best 55+ communities in New Jersey.

Mike H. with Ryan Homes at Burr Oak in Sidney, Ohio was great to work with. We asked a lot of questions and had many concerns due to this being our first build. My first time speaking with someone at Ryan's Homes was with Jennifer in sales. When myself and my sister walked in we felt a good spirit coming from Jennifer, she were nice, polite and professional. The BEST! Dealt with Jen two times so far and both times was a pleasant experience. First time we were just looking with no intention of buying and she still went out of her way to show us around. She kept in touch with text and emails and we finally took another trip down to buy something the following year. Don’t listen to anyone that doesn’t give Jen 5 stars! You want a realtor that goes above and beyond, then Jen is the one. She is always there to answer our questions and responds quickly. Jen really makes you feel like you are her only client and stays in contact every step of the way. Jen has a vast knowledge of the process and keeps us updated along the way so we fully understood what is happening. I just can’t express the gratitude we have for Jen. She is the utmost professional and makes you feel very comfortable with your home buying process. Jen, solves problems and ensures that you fully understand the implications of your decisions through the entire transaction. Although these custom homes have many options, she does not try and sell you every option they have. Jen will ask you a budget and what the most important options that fit your needs and budget. Now that our house is halfway finished, I must say we are very pleased with everything and everyone. Cassie and Stephanie in the office, have been very helpful with all the paperwork! Scott, the building manager, has been great with weekly updates on the progress and what will happen next. And the workers, are wonderful! They are doing an awesome job! They are always working hard. While I'm still in the early phase of my new home purchase and construction with Ryan Homes, the process has been great so far. They had a nice selection of pre-designed floor plans in the development we're building in, so it was easy to find one that met our needs, and their design and selection process was simple and easy to understand. They also included some nice standard features in the home such as James Hardie siding and LVP flooring that other builders typically charge more for. Our sales rep at Ryan Homes in Fost Estates, Michelle Geronimo, and mortgage rep with NVR Mortgage, Kathy Culcasi, have both been a pleasure to work with so far. Both of them are very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to my questions. The next step in the process is my pre-construction meeting, so I'll write another review as the construction on our new home begins to let everyone know how that process is going.

This was our second Ryan built home. The first experience was in 2003. This time it was night and day compared to the first home. Ryan homes has gone above and beyond with our new home. My wife and I couldn't be happier. From the salesman Josh to the project manager Chris our build went very well and would definitely recommend Ryan if you are considering building a new home. Ryan Homes quality has really impressed us as we went through the whole process. We really did not consider Ryan until we went through the model and saw all the different floor plan options. The quality to make sure each step as the build progressed was very reassuring and again we couldn't be happier. Even after we moved in they were still reaching out to make sure everything was going great! Don't hesitate trust me you won't be disappointed!

Diego was our agent at Ryan West Port. We have been 100% satisfied with the experience. First, Ryan Homes. We have been treated like family at every Ryan community that we checked out. This makes the buying process comfortable. Not a single agent treated us like a car salesman might (high pressure, etc). Instead, they were always helpful, informative, and low pressure. The home floor plans and the design selections are wonderful. We ended up with the floor plan that was perfect for us, and picked and chose the options that will make our home uniquely our own.
Next, Diego himself. He is a customer oriented agent all the way. He had answers for all our questions, or, if he did not have the answer, he got an answer in short order. This is not our first home purchase and we already were familiar with a lot of the details of the process...I can assure you, Diego never missed a single important detail. Every question that we had prepared, he had the answer. We were there for the purchase but will still be in California until the home is ready. But Diego is just as responsive and professional long distance as in-person. He and Ryan Homes has already made these initial steps easy and smooth.
We cannot say enough positive about Ryan Homes and Diego. Thank you for everything!!

I am VERY happy with my new home. It's been a few month and, like with any new home, there were some hiccups along the way but overall, extremely pleased with how everything turned out.
The team at Ryan Homes is awesome. My parents previously bought with them many years ago so it was nice for me to be in their place this time around.
Kumar, thank you SO much. Super responsive, helpful, and attentive. I had such a great experience at the start of it all with you.
Kenneth and Sarah were also a great team. Making sure I got things in when they needed to be.
Michael and Nick were among those that got the job done and honestly, they did a great job. Always providing the updates and pictures. Really appreciated their help and final explanations when we were nearing the finish line.
Matt with warranty was super attentive too. Many thanks to Sage too, part of the customer service team. I felt very heard and knew she was helping me get the minor bugs fixed.
And Rosemary was also very kind and patient as we finished everything up. I cried a bit when I finally got the keys with my mom and wow, just a great experience overall. And to see the final product.

I visited the site office located in the Model home. Jack was very helpful throughout the booking process by showing me the under construction homes and also going through details of model home many times. The community is closer to work location, tobacco trail and many other points of interest around triangle area so it is a good fit for those looking for a home in triangle area.

My partner and I had a very positive home buying experience with Ryan Homes at Courtney Creek. This location in south Durham near RTP is amazing, and the three-story townhomes are modern and spacious. Our sales representative Jack was extremely responsive, well-informed, and transparent throughout the entire process, giving us the information to make a sound choice (without being pushy) and then the follow up with all the next steps. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the community and home itself, and helped us to choose design features while keeping costs carefully under control.
Also of note, we decided to go with a newly constructed home in part to avoid facing a bidding war with existing homes. However it turned out many new home builders in this area actually take bids, so it's not uncommon to face a bidding war for a newly constructed home, which seems exploitative. Ryan Homes does not do this. Overall it has been a pleasure working with Jack and Ryan Homes. We are excited to move into our new home this fall!

I was traveling from out of town looking for a home and had scheduled several appointments with several other communities. The first one didn't show up on time, so I drove over to Ryan Homes at Courtney Creek. I was initially greeted by Wendy who told me to "come on inside", even though I didn't have an appointment, and she introduced me to her counterpart, Jack. In this COVID environment, walk-ins can be hit or miss, but I very much appreciated their kindness and exceptional customer service. I had viewed the community on Zillow, and immediately fell in love with the houses, so being able to see it and discuss my plans for the home with Jack was great. Buying a home can be a daunting task, especially if you're unfamiliar with the city, but Jack's knowledge of the area, construction process and overall understanding of the community development plan helped make my decision even easier. I do feel bad as I had a later appointment at another Ryan Homes community at 751 with Kate, which I'm certain are equally as beautiful, but like they say, "when you know, you know". I'm very fortunate to have the pleasure of working with Jack and Ryan Homes, and we should hopefully start construction on my house this coming spring! Very much looking forward to what the city of Durham and the Courtney Creek area has to offer! So, bottom line: If you're looking for a great house in a nice neighborhood with beautiful floorplans for a great price, AND you're looking to work with a solid company with outstanding sales representatives, look no further than Courtney Creek.

We were interested in purchasing a home in Durham and Ryan Homes at Courtney Creek looked like a good fit. We did not get an appointment at the opening but we were able to buy a townhome there anyway. Jack and Heather welcomed us and made our purchasing experience a pleasant one. As a real estate agent, I've been quite disappointed with Ryan Homes' policy on commissions for a while. It's a company that treats us as expandable and pays the lowest commission among all builders.
Nevertheless, as a client I was treated to the highest standards of service excellence. Cherie and Madelin were nothing short of sensational. Their responsiveness, kindness and professionalism made us feel valued. Cherie walked the extra mile when we needed her, and there wasn't a single question that she didn't answer, a single request she didn't make true. She's the best real estate sales person I've met in my life.

I have been looking around the RTP area for a new home for a decent amount of time at this point. A few months ago, I joined the waitlist for Courtney Creek. At that time, I came in contact with Jack Synesael and since then he has been nothing but a pleasure to work with. Jack was very knowledgeable about the homes and very willing to accommodate any questions and requests. As a first time buyer, Jack went above and beyond in any way possible to make my first time buying a house a great experience.
The neighborhood itself is in a great area that is beginning to pop up. Driving around the area, there are new apartments and home communities all over. I am excited to see the rest of the development both in Courtney Creek as well as the surrounding area over the coming years.
I can't wait to move in to my new home!

I’m so excited about the unique opportunity of living in this brand new community situated only 7 minutes away from Downtown Durham and so close to the RTP Area. The units are so spacious and full of natural light and the upcoming sand volleyball court and trails promise to keep the future residents physically active and in close contact with the nature. I’m very thankful to the kindness, hospitality and detailed orientation shown by its staff.

We decided to build a home and met Cherie Kennell at one of the developments offered by Ryan Homes.

My Fiancé and I have been home searching for quite awhile. We joined the Ryan Homes wait list for the Courtney Creek community and we’re so excited to get an appointment set up as soon as they were available. Heather and Jack were absolutely amazing. They are not your typical sales rep, through the entire process we never once felt pressured or felt as if they were trying to sell us something. Both of them were genuinely trying to help us find a home that met all of our needs and fit well into our budget. Many of our family members have bought their homes through Ryan Homes and have had a great experience. Would definitely recommend! ☺️

I purchased a Ryan Home at Nathanial's Grove and moved in this past Febuary. From the sales office to the project manager everyone was very kind and helpful. I have been in the house a couple of months now and love everything about my new home and neighborhood.

My wife and I just signed a contract to build our retirement home at the Preserve at Weatherby. We are less than a month into this process, but to date it has been exceptional. We met with Mary Wojcik who from the onset was extremely pleasant, professional and accommodating. She took us on a tour of the model we were interested in and took the time to explain any question we had in detail. Since we signed the contract she has continued to be very responsive to all our questions. She also connected us with a mortgage company that has been responsive and professional in our dealings. There has been no pressure placed on us at any point in this process. We are excited to see our home construction start soon. I have seen nothing to indicate that we should not expect the same quality service we have seen too date throughout the rest of this project. I'll be looking forward to giving a sterling review after we move into our new home.

They have been extremely helpful with the purchase of our new condo. The sales people have been friendly and helpful. The project manager on the construction answers all of our questions promptly and keeps us informed of the progress. Update: We have lived here for a year now and we have encountered a few warranty issues and Ryan Homes has been very responsive to any concerns we have had and very quick to resolve them. I would call it exceptional service, far exceeding expectations!
