We are currently in the process of having a home built at Milford Ponds (phase two). We would like to commend Tina Vitale for her excellent customer service by walking us through the process and promptly answering all our questions.
Also would like to commend Matt Ferguson for his excellent presentation and knowledge he provided to us at the pre-construction meeting, his weekly progress reports, and photos uploaded to PhotoCircle. PhotoCircle is a great tool and greatly appreciated especially by buyers like us who live out of state.
Finally, would also like to commend Chris Colatrella for his assistance and customer service through the on-line loan process. The on line process was easy with no problems.

Chase, our project manager has also been amazing through this entire process with assuring us our home will be exceptional. What an amazing experience we've had building with Ryan homes! From Charles who worked so hard to find us just the right lot and pick our inside decor, not to mention the weekly vlogs updating us on our new home every step of the way. Charles is truly a class act. Then came Chase our construction manager, and we have never seen a harder worker with such great work ethic, excellent communication and reliability. We just signed the contract for our new home tonight! We toured the community last Saturday and knew right away we found our forever neighborhood and home. Aleta helped us explore the community, pick our lot and home elevation. She was absolutely fantastic! She made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. I highly recommend the Ryan Homes team at Summerwoods in Parrish. There was consistent communication on the progress of the build, and weekly pictures and videos, which really made us feel included in the process. We worked with Charles, Megan and Chase and I honestly have no complaints. We worked with a different builder back in 2020 and Ryan Homes exceeded our experience compared to other builder by a great deal. I am so happy with our home and our experience. Lisa Sullivan was the most amazing sales person i have ever had the honor to deal with in any transaction. Lisa was amazing, she held my hand every step of the way. Dereck, Tony, and Seth have made this home buying and financing process easy. They are enthusiastic and helpful. Dereck really makes you feel like this development is "community". He frequently arranges community events to help newcomers meet with other home owners.
They put a lot of effort into keeping you informed of your new home building process.
This development seems to be well planned and laid-out with community anemities. For the golfer, there is a golf course adjacent to this new home development!

A family friend suggested we look at the new homes there and introduced us to a Ryan’s Sales Representative Kathleen Lyon.
Two weeks later, we’ve got a new house!
How would you assess such an experience? The word “excellence” comes to minds, doesn’t it?
If you want some details, here they are: Kathleen Lyon showed us the entire huge development, its amenities, vicinities, presented to us the history of the place, rules and many more. And then homes…
After her presentation we had no intention to look up anywhere else, it was a deal right now, right there.
Management calls it “exceeded expectations”, we call it “excellent job Kath!”

Kathy and Margaret have been awesome! My husband and I had decided to wait until next year to purchase, but Kathy and Margaret found a way to get us in there this year. We checked out every builder in Summerwoods (also others in the Parrish area) and decided to go with Ryan Homes based upon first impressions/ floor plans/ lot selection as well as looking at a Ryan resale home that was in excellent condition in the neighborhood. We signed in March and closed the first week of September- super quick process but a quality result! Charles, our sales guy was extremely personable and helpful. We used the builders lender and also had a great experience with Alix, she’s the best! We had Pat as our project manager and he was so amazing throughout our whole process, answered all our questions and was very thorough. Any issue/concern we brought to Pat he had already addressed it or he already had it in process to be corrected. We loved the weekly vlogs from Charles and our weekly pics/ updates from Pat! Overall very happy with the finished product. We’ve had to put in one warranty request since closing and they were also very quick and had the issue addressed within 5 days of me putting in the ticket. You won’t regret building in Summerwoods!

My clients are building here and close soon !! If all deadlines are met, we will close before Christmas !! Service from the ladies up front have always been great from day one! So far I’ve heard that their build time is about 4 months once permits are filed. Which is excellent to hear for my clients sake!! From what I hear this community is nearly sold out ! So if you are considering moving here, definitely move fast ! If you need an agent to represent you on this kind of new build deal or anything in the area… you know who to reach :)

Initially, I was very hesitant to commit to buying a new build home. I’ve had friends and family members in the past that did not have the best experience with other builders. However, this was not my experience with Ryan Homes.
It started off with meeting Charles, our salesman .Charles was so professional and friendly. He showed me all the value Ryan Homes has to offer and was so extremely patient with me while I was trying to pick out my options on my home. When looking at another Ryan Homes community, I knew I’d rather work with Charles and that ultimately helped me make my decision of Summerwoods.
Then I got the pleasure of meeting Megan. She was our construction manager for our house. Megan really made this whole experience stress free and special. She was constantly in communication with us and updated us weekly with pictures of the home. She was able to accommodate all our request and pushed to get our house completed sooner so that when we ended our apartment lease we could move right in. I truly felt like Megan was looking after my house like it was her own.
Im truly grateful that I had these two by my side the whole process. I would do it all over again, if I could.

Amazing experience from top to bottom, Charles was our salesman and Megan was our project manager. They were both very knowledgeable and sent us weekly updates through the process of building our new home! The amount of care put into everything from them was above and beyond. Megan was on top of everything to get us moved in before our closing date and everything was cared for and looked after step by step as if it was her own house she was building! All in all great experience would highly recommend working with Charles and Megan if you want a first class experience!

This my first time going through building a home. The process was amazing throughout. I first met with Charles in Sales, he was very friendly and professional, always willing to answer any questions I had throughout the process. He would send me a vlog every Tuesday with updates on my home. I still see him occasionally in the neighborhood. Excellent customer service! Thanks Charles.
I cannot say enough about Megan my Project Manager. She is incredible! She is genuine and friendly while also being extremely professional. She went to great lengths to explain every step in the building process. She sent me photographs and updates every Friday which made my week. Talk about going above and beyond, she has stopped by a few times since I moved in. Today she set up my sprinklers for me, and helped with a few things. She is always so quick to respond.
I highly recommend Megan and Charles. They are a great asset to Ryan Homes.

Our experience with Ryan Homes was amazing! Charles Oakley and Megan Schulz are both rockstars that made this build memorable and stress free! Both of them exhibit an extreme amount of professionalism and pride in what they do. Megan’s attention to detail is impeccable. She caught everything we saw and didn’t see. Her ability to manage the build and have it done right and on time was top notch. Megan’s weekly, sometimes by weekly, photo’s and Charles’s Tuesday morning walkthrough videos kept us updated throughout the whole process. This is something many people we know that had new builds didn’t have and were completely impressed as we showed them the videos and pictures. Even now that we are moved in we get to see both of them frequently and see first hand the care and passion that they put into building this community.

First off let me say…walking into the model home and being greeted by Charles was an experience by itself! Guy was full of energy and was extremely down to earth. He made my wife and I extremely comfortable and answered all of our questions which not going lie, was hard after he got done explaining everything. When we decided to pull the trigger and go with Ryan homes, not only was Charles great at providing videos for us twice a week but he would always go above and beyond to cover everything during his walks. Now let me get to our awesome Project Manager Chase! This gentleman was such a pleasure to work with! Chase was down to earth, very respectful and informed us every step of the way during our home build. He sent us weekly pictures and if we had any questions or concerns, he addressed them extremely fast! Chase was a pleasure to work with and I have nothing but respect for him. He had great relationship with the trades which made this project run smoothly. The home build went extremely smooth and we even got to close earlier than expected due to this. If we had to do it all over again, we would’ve went with Ryan homes again from our amazing experience. These guys are awesome to work with and went above and beyond our expectations. I am so glad we stopped when we saw the spinning sign. We are first time homeowners and were incredibly nervous of the whole process. From start to finish Megan and Charles took care of us. Emails from Charles with a video every Tuesday and a group text with photos from Megan on Friday. This whole process was wonderful.

We originally started with our Sales Associate Charles, who was incredibly helpful and available! We then met our Project Manager Patrick, who lead us through the entire project. We received weekly video updates from Charles on Tuesdays and detailed weekly summary emails from Patrick every Friday. Confirming what had been done and what the next steps are. We felt included, heard, and protected throughout the entire building process. As I work in the remodeling sector I can attest to the horrible stories of bad contractors and horrible workmanship. The team at Ryan homes including Charles, Patrick, and Chase, gained our trust and kept it through the end. We are now living in our beautiful home and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! As new home owners, we had a great experience with James Egerton from Ryan Homes. He was very professional, genuine, easy to communicate with and always available for questions. He spent time with us to answer all our questions and look at all our options - we never felt rushed or hustled. He would respond extremely fast to any texts/questions. Building a new home can be nerve-wracking especially if you are a first time home buyer! I have to say, our project manager, Kent, has been fantastic throughout the entire process from start to finish to even after we closed. During our build (we closed in November 2022), he was consistently providing updates of our house. He was (and still is) prompt in answering when we have random questions about our house. In addition, during walk throughs and closing, he took his time in explaining everything and making sure we were satisfied with the work. He literally works everyday, including weekends, so it’s nice when he stops by while we are outside to check on us and make sure we are still satisfied. He truly is a great project member and happy he was in charge of our build!

Our experience with Ryan Homes has been nothing short of amazing. My husband and I were checking out the model homes outside of their office hours when Austin from Ryan Homes actually asked us if we wanted to go inside - mind you, they weren't open yet and we didn't have a scheduled appointment.
After going inside and taking a peek around, he offered to introduce us to Chris who handles the mortgage side of things. Chris kindly chatted us through the buying process and eased some of our hesitations about building new. Again, they weren't technically open yet.
We were then connected with Jeanne from the sales team who has been responsive, quick, and so so helpful. She even answered our emails and texts on her days off, and very promptly might I add.
While we're still in the beginning stages of the home build and our build won't be complete until October 2023, I have faith that this team will do a great job.

This has been our first experience building a home and we were apprehensive based on other family members having issues with the process. We have been blown away with the professionalism and communication between our salesman Charles and our project manager Megan. If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars I would. Quality has been a top priority and they are working hard to accommodate our timeline for completion. Had my closing last week and I just had to write a review. The whole process was the beginning has been great. From the time I met Charles Oakley my sale rep. to meeting my PM Megan Schulz. Both Charles and Megan gave me weekly updates on the progress of my home. When there things that I might like to know came up, I was quickly informed. Being from New Jersey I had to put a lot of faith in this team which I did. From the pre construction walk through to my final walk through I have been highly satisfied with the process. I also went with NVR for my mortgage needs and Alix Welch and the rest of the team there made that part of the process seamless. At the onset I had read some bad reviews about Ryan Homes, but after seeing their work first hand. I can say each person’s experience is their own, but mine has been A1. Charles/Megan and your teams keep up the great work.

We closed on our Corsica home in January 2023; however, this review is strictly on our sales experience. Michael Pope was our sales representative and was a pleasure to work with. My family and I began our search for our perfect home in the Winter of 2021. Mike kept us abreast of the builder’s plans and frequent updates on our preferred lot way before our preferred lot was released for sale.
From the time we signed the purchase agreement to 2-weeks post move-in date, Mike kept up with us. He did not make us feel as if we were just another young couple “just browsing” or a number to be a part of his monthly quota… he made us feel like family, important, and heard. He was our advocate when it came to certain things we wanted in our home and worked hard to get us our preferred lot. We didn’t buy a Ryan Home because of its reputation. We ended up with a Ryan Home because of Mike. Thank you, Mike, for the outstanding customer service. While Ryan Homes gained another customer, we gained a friend in Mike. And that, is invaluable.

This review is for the sales and home buying experience and I will update post construction.
I worked with many salespersons while searching for a home. I wanted to give my review particularly on Deborah Linz. Deborah went above and beyond to hear and address any concerns we may have had. Any questions that I asked she went out of her way to find an answer and report back to me. If you are searching for a new home to build, I highly recommend stopping by Cedar Grove and speaking with Deborah.
While we have not definitively picked a mortgage lender at this time, Taylor Ostendorf from NVR has been very helpful and attenuative. As with Deborah, Taylor has been available to answer all questions that I have asked her with.
Lastly, I do want to speak briefly on early processes of home building with Ryan. For the most part, the process is very smooth and all of the Ryan employees at Cedar Grove have been kind and helpful. I do suggest that you take the time to really dive into all of the options that you might want in your home as there are plentiful options that you might not realize until after signing. Also, if you have a specific look in mind for the exterior of the home, realize that not all colors are an option and you cannot match the same color and brick/stone style as neighbors beside and across from you. Just a few things to be aware of, but by no means is this a negative outlook on Ryan. So far we have had a great experience and look forward to our house being built.

Hi potential home buyer / builder / neighbor. I have a callout at the end of this review. That said, here we go:
My family and I moved into our new house about 5 months ago, this is our home, my sometimes office, and the place where we are building a life together. This neighborhood is exactly the place where we want to raise our 5 year old twins. The schools are amazing, the neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors have been friendly, and there have been kids everywhere. With the Loveland bike trail a stones throw away and Kings Island just a bit farther I feel like there will always be something to do that my kids will not be raised with their head in electronics every day. While Morrow may seem far from civilization, all the normal amenities are really not that far away - and feel like they are going to come closer and closer over the next 5-10 years.
But this review is primarily about our experience building with Ryan Homes. We had been to a few builders as well as MANY homes for sale in our home search of Cincinnati with our Real Estate Agent and we were picky. Looking at home sites daily, reviewing new build options - picky picky picky. We had one of the finest real estate agents in the city helping us and we enjoyed his opinions and strong eye for detail as we looked at older homes and new builds alike. All that to say - we had set ourselves a pretty impossible standard to meet.
Then we walked through a Ryan Home at Classicway and we were all strangely silent as we walked though. Normally ,we would have been pointing out problems. Bridget Dreher was accommodating, opinionated, proud, and enthusiastic about her building teams. After what we had seen, she had the right to be but it slightly threw us both off. However, everything lined up and we committed to a new house. Then I was surprised that the endless amounts of decisions would instead be about 10 - Ryan Homes has put together a great set of options for possible flooring/counter/cabinet setups, facade/brick/siding options, and a roughly 2.5 page list of optional adds to the home.
We would have to wait until our home was next to be build, but once we made it to the front of the line - that is when the fun started.
When we met our Project Manager questions, thoughts, and opinions came out of us. Greg Fuller took all those questions, opinions, our sarcastic humor and was able to give us an answer to everything (even if most of them were 'no') and helped us to understand that he was indeed the best person to build our new home. He actually set himself such a high standard I never thought he would be able to meet it. But after all our weekly calls, walkthroughs, requests, discussion about supply side changes to meet deadlines - he met and exceeded both my wife and my own expectations. The best compliment I can relate is that we brought our Real Estate agent to our final walkthrough (and he brings his own tape to mark up the house) and I did not see him have to reach for it once. Greg either had already pre-marked a number of places for touch ups or was 100% on board with each and every update that we or our agent found.
I would say that Bridget sold us a great house but Greg built us the home that we want to stay in for the next 20 years.
I am not going to say that everything was perfect day 1. We found the one lemon of a water heater that snuck into their stock - but they came out to fix it quickly and ended up replacing it entirely. Ryan Homes in the past 5 months has held up to everything being exactly as we expected it to be (I know that is not a shared experience with all Ryan Homes purchasers, as my sister did not have the same experience 5 years ago). But for our family - they made this our home.
Now for the callout - I was asked by Ryan Homes to write this review. They asked for my honest opinion and I gave that - but they also knew I had a fantastic experience working with them. So our experience may be in the top 5% of experiences, but I think as long as you have a similar team to us - your experience will not be far off of ours.

My husband and I wanted to move closer to his workplace so his commute wasn’t an hour long anymore. We weren’t having any luck finding resale houses, so that’s when we decided to go with the building route. We had seen a few homes from different builders, and they weren’t exactly fitting what we had in mind. We had a meeting with Ed Ely to look at a home in this community, and he already had me sold before we even SAW the home. He is very good at his job, honest, and seemed to genuinely care about our thoughts. After seeing the model home and the community where ours would be built, we were ready to take the plunge. Now we anxiously await for our new home to be built, and we are so excited for our new future here!

On January 16 my spouse & I stop to see two of Ryan home models. To our surprise an appointment was needed. We met Ashley D. While she was speaking to a couple who was scheduled to see one of her associates. We informed her that we realized an appointment required after reading their post in front of their models.
But ask if we could see the model & we would schedule an appointment for the following week. She said sure but she was in the middle of a meeting with staff members and we would have to look around by ourselves.
When we were done it just happened that the meeting was over. We walked back to just get what info or packet might have been available.
At this time Ashley answered a few questions & also informed us she had a couple of mins before her next appointment. She took the time and took us to a 2nd model off property as well as gave us all info on it.
Considering we didn't have appointment she was so professional, informative and helpful. She didn't make us feel uncomfortable because we didn't have an appointment, on the contrary she took the time to assist us. She is the kind of representative you would want assisting you, on the purchase of your forever home.

We had a positive experience when we built our home with Ryan Homes six months ago. Our project manager Megan Shulz was very detailed, helpful and professional during the build, which there were no delays. What’s really impressive is her responsiveness and commitment to us during our warranty period. Although she (as a Project Manager) is no longer responsible for warranty work has again surpassed expectations with her professionalism and commitment to customer service as well as her attention to detail regarding what we need done. When trades were not available within a certain timeframe, she has personally come to complete the job herself. She has also called to confirm appointments for us and showed up in person to be sure the work was completed. All while managing multiple builds. She is a true professional and makes Ryan Homes look good!

We are not yet in our new home but will be soon! Our experience so far with Bridget and Greg has been top notch from the day we first reached out about the available lot. Bridget has always made herself available when we needed her for questions and she accommodated us with virtual meetings since we were out of state. She took our multitude of questions, indecisiveness and back and forth with so much patience. The project team, specifically the project manager Greg, is amazing. Greg is the most trustworthy and kind person I’ve worked with. He committed to sending us weekly updates and has kept his word. He’s always very thorough and clear in his communication. I trust that he is going to deliver a quality home. I’m so impressed by his level of detail and high standards. Plus, they’re ahead of our original schedule which is a very exciting surprise! We previously built a Ryan home in a different region of the country and were not thrilled with the communication and follow up. OveraLl the experience was subpar. If you’ve had other experiences that were not great with Ryan homes or other builders, I highly recommend giving this group a chance because they will change your mind. This team has exceeded my expectations in every way.
I’m addition, the neighborhood is gorgeous and has so many amenities that we are thrilled about. We’re building the Lehigh model and are excited about the flexibility of the space - I fell in love with the floor plan right away! We hope to be in this home for a very long time!

I like it here, having a few issue's like wrong floors but not an issue as long as they fix it. If you don't like the traffic your in the wrong state and there's multiple exits and entrances look at your map's. And as far as put too close together you had an option to by a corner lot? Some of these complaints are a joke and a few a real issue's. Stop crying over the little thing's cause other places are worse abs Some people don't have it as good. Give them time to fix any issue's abs grow up.

I can’t say enough about Megan Schultz who was the GM responsible for the build of my home at Summerwoods. Megan is extremely knowledgeable about the build process and articulates well with instructions on how to use the various “Smart” technology items installed like the Nest thermostat or the WiFi garage door. Megan gave a very detailed walk through of my home the day prior to owning the property. Megan was very responsive to all of my requests (very minor punch list). She is full of energy, a go- getter, great commitment and even better follow thru. Prior to my retirement I had a staff of 35 employees and I would HIRE Megan in a split second. Summerwoods is very lucky to have Megan on their staff. I LOVE my home at Summerwoods. Best choice ever!!
Charles and Diego were both outstanding sales managers who made this beautiful opportunity come to life. Both were very engaged, understood my wants, and were very responsive. They made it a point to stop by and welcome me to my new home.

It was a very positive, exciting experience! Our sales agent Diego was able to guide us on our desired upgrades while staying within our price point. We had no stress and were pleasantly surprised with the efficiency, professionalism and extreme attention to detail by our project manager Megan. There were no delays or setbacks. She updated us a couple times a week on the progress of the build with photos and explanations of what was happening in the coming weeks. Because of her preparedness, attention to detail and extreme organization we were able to close a month and a half before our projected date. We give her and Ryan Homes an A+

Ryan really delivered a great home, on time, meeting all our expectations. Lanie, our sales associate, was top notch and supported us through every step. Houston and Jake, our PMs, took great care and stepped up to fix issues as they arose. And Rick, the Production Manager, followed through when issues came up. This is a tough time to build houses, but Ryan really made it happen without using supply and labor issues as an excuse.

I just closed on my new Ryan home at Two Rivers earlier today. Both my sales rep, Lanie Merrick, and my PM, Rob Cockey, were fantastic.
I had been talking to Lanie for well over a year prior to my decision to buy a new home there. My friend moved there so I knew I liked the development and the Ryan home designs and open floor plans. I met with her a few times during my search for a house. Although it took me a while to make my decision Lanie was very professional, patient, and courteous with me the entire time. I had a lot of questions and she answered them all for me in a timely manner.
From the time I signed the contract to settlement was just a few days over 6 months. Rob did a great job talking with me about the build timeline, the milestones along the way and kept good communication. He sent me updates each week, and addressed specific things I pointed out or asked about. Any issue I brought up he fixed and was flexible with my schedule and whenever I wanted to check out the house. He is very professional, good at what he does, courteous, and easy to work with as well.
My experience was great and this is a great neighborhood. I’d recommend it here and if you are lucky enough to get Lanie and Rob you’re in good hands.

The team including Lanie, project manager Jake and NVR loan consultant Travis were PHENOMENAL! I cannot explain enough beneficial the team was for my family.
Essential the week of settlement our out of network loan company was messing up HARD CORE. We should have gone with Travis and the NVR loan company but our loan company offered us a better interest rate. Anyways! Lanie and Annika from the NVR title company were great sources of knowledge and wonderful advocates for my family and I. They really came through for us. AND Jake the project manager explained everything to us every step of the way sending pictures of our new home every week. Truly a once in a lifetime experience that these people made happen. THANK YOU!

When you review it hopefully you will see the benefits of accepting it because I will have offered you a 200% return on investment and if you sell it to another lender or private lender such as China, for 125-150%, you can profit before the ok ink drys. Touring/Buying:
A couple weeks ago I met Mike and toured a model home, things went great. Mike had an answer for every question I asked. I could knit pick on some limited house options, but it will not affect the quality of my future life in this community. My new build has not started construction yet, so I cannot comment on the building process yet.
Loan: Taylor the loan rep seems great so far. (Currently waiting for rate lock in). Any knit picking here would be over the current interest rates caused by the FED.

OCUNUS, Mike H. (senior sales representative) and Taylor O. (loan officer) have been a pleasure to work with. Somehow Mike seems to have an answer to all our questions :). He has been super accommodating to us with the overseas time difference and has kept open communication throughout the process of the construction for our new home. With us not physically being able to be there - he has made us feel like we are there by FaceTiming us, providing pictures and videos when necessary. Mike has a very patient attitude ensuring that my husband and I are 100% happy with our purchase. Mike and Taylor have met all of our needs thus far in a professional, efficient and caring manner. I would highly recommend them both, along with their support team who have been making this process painless for us!

I just build my new home with Ryan. Michael Pope, my salesman was amazing, patient and always available. My personal project managers for my home build were Houston and Rob and they were both attentive, informative and just amazing. This is my second Ryan Home build and I couldn't be happier. I am going to closing this week and I must say this is by far the best new build experience I have ever had. Ryan just keeps getting better. Thank you!!!

Our sales Manager Charles Oakley has been phenomenal in the process of purchasing our Ryan home. We are new to FL and the Parrish area and Charles level of professionalism and customer service has been exceptional. His communication is effective and efficient. You can absolutely tell that Charles loves what he does and goes the extra mile for his clients to provide quality customer service. This is our second time building with Ryan homes and this has definitely been a positive experience… even better than the first time.

Ryan Home built our dream home for us in the Villages of Classicway neighborhood. Bridget was amazing with the sales and design. She explained very well the process of our home building, did not pressure us at all, and was upfront about all of the options. Greg was our project manager, and was incredible! We received a very timely update every week during the whole construction phase. During our final walkthrough, we even included Greg and Bridget in our engagement. I surprised my fiancé, and elicited Bridget’s and Greg’s help. I would highly recommend to anyone that they build with Ryan, and especially hope you get to work with Bridget and Greg!

I really don’t know where to start! I fell in love with the Ryan Homes community Summerwoods back in May of 2021, and it’s been a dream to own a home in this community ever since. It’s been a uphill battle working on my own finances to ensure approval for the home of my dreams, but today I can say it’s official! I seriously wouldn’t have been here if it weren’t for Diego Martinez, Alix Welch, and now Charles Oakley! Not only are these people some of the most professional, friendly, hard working individuals I’ve come across but they completely blow all of the other home builders out of the water! I had been turned away, judged, and felt like nothing more than a number by so many builders and their sales managers in the Parrish area. Diego and Alix saw my willingness to make my dreams come true and they have held my hand through every step of the way! Leading up to the point today, where I officially went under contract for my home. They stayed in constant contact, answered every question, and believed in me every step! And although Diego is no longer at Summerwoods, he personally introduced me to his friend and coworker Charles who has been such a blessing in this process!
All 3 of these people deserve a raise, a medal, something! I will forever be thankful I was blessed to work with Ryan homes for my first ever home! And even more so thankful that I have these 3 incredible

We recently decided to build a new home in Florida. We looked at several communities and decided to go with Ryan Homes in Summerwoods in Parrish. Ryan Homes gave us more choices in the home we chose and worked with us to make us feel we were getting what we wanted. The other builders basically told us we would be put on a list and when our name came up we could decide if we wanted the house they had to sell. We had no options or ability to pick a lot.
Charles Oakley at Summerwoods was friendly and answered every question we had. He walked us through the whole process and helped us decide on an array of options. The experience with Charles was great. I also want to put a shout out to Sally Moreno the Loan Officer, she was friendly and was great helping us through the loan application. We are very excited to be on this new adventure of building a new home at Summerwoods. I recommend Charles very highly. Make an appointment you will be glad you did!

We were experiencing nightmare encounters with some of the other local home builders--to the point where we almost gave up on purchasing a new home temporarily. Until, one day, I was making my final stop at Cypress Preserve and Ashley Damschen gave me a card and scheduled an appointment. We hesitantly returned two weeks later, but before too long, our faith in home-buying was renewed. Joseph Rao was both professional and authentic. He was completely transparent. My husband is a doubting Thomas for his every dollar. However, shockingly, Joseph was able to easily sale us a beautiful home on one of the most beautiful lots in our neighborhood. If you know my penny-pinching husband, this is a feat that commends accolades for Joseph and his awesome team at Cypress Preserve. Keep up the great work!

I can’t say enough what a positive experience we had building with Ryan Homes. I have to review the service we experienced, specifically from our project manager - Jake Duncan. Jake went above and beyond when it came to our service. Throughout the entire experience, Jake was 100% transparent around our timeline and any delays we might encounter due to material shortages. He was incredibly responsive and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Right before closing, our daughter was born 6 weeks early (literally the day before our walk through). Jake was super accommodating, allowing my Dad to do the walk through on our behalf. He checked in on us to make sure we were all okay and told us not to worry, he would go over warranty, etc. with us once we got settled. He worked with us as we found a few things upon move-in to get fixed (all minor cosmetic things). He was still so responsive even after we had closed. He never made us feel like we were just another house he was building or just a number; I cannot recommend him enough!! Our house is great and we love it!

We had a lovely experience with Bridget, she got us into our dream home with ease! She was very professional, respectful, responsive and welcoming! We were upfront about our expectations and she made it happen for us!
Of course there are hiccups with new builds, especially during this weird day and age we live in… but she always worked closely with us to find solutions, she always explained things in a way I could understand and overall made the building experience so much fun!
Our house is beautiful and the neighborhood simply gorgeous.
We are legitimately in our dream home, in our dream neighborhood and couldn’t be happier!

Most of the reviews you may see here are based on individual experiences on building a home with Ryan homes. Our story is a bit different. We started initial work to build a home at Cranberry creek. From the beginning, we had the luxury of working with a staff that was professional, friendly and committed to their job. We made a down payment and finalized the home design. Our loan was about to get approved. However, all of a sudden we had to abandon the house building plan due to unprecedented financial hardships that we had to face. Apart from giving up the house, we were so worried that we would lose our down payment as well. We owe a big thank for Jenna Luketic (our Ryan homes agent) for stepping up to help us and working hard with the upper management for getting our down payment money back to us. It was never expected, and an enormous help and we have no words to thank Jenna and all the staff at Ryan homes Cranberry creek. Even after spending hours and hours of their time for interviews and paperwork, they earned nothing from us. Our experience reflects the kind heart of Jenna and rest of the staff at Ryan homes. Therefore, we highly recommend building your dream home with Ryan homes.

I can not say thanks enough for all that the three of you did to help me through my journey of purchasing a new "Ryan" built home in the Villages of Classicway in Morrow, OH. From start to finish it has truly been a pleasure to work with all of you. Bridget was there to assist me with my choice of model and options. She was always prompt to respond to any of my emails or voicemails. She listened and never tried to influence me. She made sure that what I wanted was what I received. Greg was an absolute great Project Manager. He gave me weekly updates on the progress and was always ready to answer any questions and or speak on any concerns. We recently signed the contract on our new home at Two Rivers with Ryan Homes! Michael Pope has been helping us thru the process and has been very responsive and very helpful. There are a lot of things to consider when doing a new construction and having someone like Michael has made the process less stressful. We still have some time to go as our home will finish construction in May, so I will be sure to post any updates (good or bad) as the construction comes to a close.
While we don't live in Two Rivers right now, the community feels great and is in a very good location. We couldn't be happier with our decision and are excited to be part of this community!

We set up an appointment with very little in expectations about how we might be able to build a new home, but ended up being pleasantly surprised when Stephanie was able to very simply answer all of our questions and concerns. Summerwoods came highly recommended to our family and from the first moments of driving through, walking around and meeting Diego, our sales associate, we felt a tremendous amount of peace. Diego Martinez is AMAZING and goes beyond what I could have ever imagined. He responded to every text and email and even found the BEST LOT for us! He answered any and all questions and set us up with the MOST INCREDIBLE Project Manager, Megan!!! She, together with all those workers on our new home, have been more than a blessing! Keeping us in the loop, taking pictures, sending updates and taking time to make it a fun and very special experience. This is the first time we have something new, and we couldn't be happier. We just had our pre-drywall walk through and she went over every detail and then let us have some time there to write on the studs and make it personal. Purchasing our dream home from Ryan Homes was seamless. We had our first interaction with Lanie who was very professional, pleasant, attentive and knowledgeable. She assisted us with designing the perfect fit for our home. Whenever we had any questions or concerns, she would respond in a timely manner.
During the construction phase, we were fortunate to have Houston as our project manager. Houston was very meticulous and detail oriented. He explained the entire process and kept us up to date with weekly progress and photos.

The people I worked with at Ryan Homes have all been really great! Working with Mistie and Ed was a very nice experience. When my family and I picked out the exterior colors, interior colors and options for our new home they were super helpful and fun to work with. During the building process Tom was very informative and gave constant updates of the status of our building process. After moving in we received a very nice house warming gift that was a super nice added touch and we really appreciate it :). Even after moving in anything that came up has been immediately addressed and it really feels like Ryan Homes is working hard to make sure everyone has a good quality home! I am so excited to share my very positive and professional experience with the Ryan Homes Park Place Team!
From my very initial VIP Tour with Rachel, it was informative and laidback. There was no pressure on purchasing. She was quite transparent and extremely personable throughout the entire process. The entire community seems like a secluded little town surrounded by the upbeat and growing city of Cranberry Township.
Even after signing my initial sales contract, Rachel remained available for questions all the way up until my Pre-Construction Meeting.
Prior to breaking ground, Rachel and I met with the PM that would be overseeing the construction of my house. My PM, John was diligent, transparent and attentive throughout the entire build process, which allowed for minimal to no stress. I am do satisfied with the finished product
If I had to make my choice all over again, I'd choose Ryan Homes Park Place in a heartbeat.

We are building a home with Ryan Homes at the Summerwoods community and we have honestly been so happy with the experience and process so far. From the start, our sales associate, Diego, was friendly, honest, and upfront. He took the time to get to know us and was in direct contact with us when we were waiting for lots to be released. When we had issues with the mortgage company, he was quick to recommend another broker. Construction took time to get rolling because of permitting and whatnot and the entire time, he was upfront about the timeline. Once construction was about to start, we had a pre-construction meeting with our project Manager Megan who has been absolutely phenomenal. She sends us photos and detailed updates on the progress of our home every week, always responds to texts very quickly, and has answered any and all questions we've had. We just had our pre-drywall meeting and she conducted a thorough walk through on our house, explaining everything about the process and features. We cannot wait to see the finished product! This has been a dream and I am so, so happy we chose Ryan Homes to build our first house. Cannot recommend them enough!

The Ryan Homes team in Camby has been amazing to work with. My wife and I just happened to make a wrong turn in Camby and ended up scheduling a meeting with Nick. After a couple more meetings we sold our house, moved into an apartment, and got to watch every step of the home building process. David, the project manager, was very knowledgable and attentive. We hired a 3rd party inspector and David was extremely accommodating. Nick and David were both also very transparent - we were able to come by roughly once a week (or sometimes more) and they both answered all of our questions from the beginning. The crews building our home were also very nice and accommodating. Any time we would show up, they would always let us walk around, even when they were working, so long as we stayed out of the way. When we first started the building process, we looked at tons of reviews for Ryan Homes. While some locations didn't have stellar reviews, our experience building in The Enclave has been nothing but great. Ryan Homes, and specifically the team in Camby, has gone out of their way to make sure my wife and I didn't have any unanswered questions or unaddressed complaints.

Nick was awesome and helped us through the the initial process with getting us to our Loan Officer for approval to picking our elevation and upgrades. Nick is AWESOME. Buying a new home was one of our dreams. We had the opportunity to work with Kim on this dream and she made the experience so pleasant. Always very professional, attentive, and helped us throughout the process every step of the way. We were able to design the house the way we wanted and this process was AMAZING!!
Once the construction started, we got the chance to work with Patrick and he was also AMAZING!! I have to admit that I’ve never imagine the level of engagement and all the weekly progress reports (consistently I should mention). Got to say that this experience has been great… well above and beyond our expectation. It was so cool to be part of every phase of the construction.
We just moved about a week ago and loving our new home. House looks great and no major delays on original delivery date which was great!

Diego Martinez is the sales rep who has been assisting us since day one! He has been extremely professional and down to Earth. I have asked him lots of questions each day and he has been very responsive and has even sent us pictures so we could see certain products and colors. He has been very polite and knowledgeable with the entire process. Since this is our first time buying a home, we are ignorant and it’s been wonderful having Diego to walk us through the whole home building/buying process. The area is peaceful. In this community, you'll meet amazing people, see wild life like deers, wild turkey, blue and red birds. The community will not have street lights which means you'll always be able to see the stars at night. The space in between neighbors is good.

Nick was our project manager. He kept us informed and answered all questions we had. I have to give him an extra shout out as our doorbell stopped working. He was working on the house next door, came over, and disconnected the chime that was over heating. I love my new home at Mansfield Meadows! Brand new with lots of amenities. Beautiful scenery with sunrise from my back patio and sunset from the front lawn. Making new friends and walking regularly is so nice. Being with adults of my age with similar lifestyles and grown children feels nice. We are looking forward to the clubhouse opening soon! We have some ideas of clubs to start and just relaxing in the common area by the fireplace. Pool and shuffleboard and tennis courts too! I had been anticipating relocating to Delaware for awhile. I was recommended to look at this beautiful Ryan Community at Pelican Point. I fell in love with Cumberland model but the clincher to the deal was the sales rep., LISA. Every time I met with LISA, she made me feel so comfortable and helped me with all the many decisions that had to be made. I sent her many emails with question after question and always received an answer promptly. She was available to help me in every possible way. Nothing was ever a problem for her. Park Place is the best place to live! It was the perfect place for me because I am very particular. I was able to start from scratch and pick exactly what I wanted in a home. Kath, the sales representative for Park Place, is so knowledgeable and will help you build your dream home each step of the way. The Park Place neighborhood is such a nice community. There are fun activities to get to know your neighbors and there is a great clubhouse with gym and pool! It is close enough to all the restaurants and stores that you may need but, far enough away that your home life is in the quiet. I highly recommend it.

Great place to live. When I built my house here everyone involved (Kath, Johnna, and Jack) all went very much above and beyond to ensure that the process was smooth, that everything I wanted was just right, and the extra support to have everything installed that I wanted in the house. We researched homes for sale in Delaware online. A friend mentioned Pelican Point and I fell in love with the houses on their site. We scheduled a phone conversation with a sales person and he answered every question we had. We made an on-site appointment to meet with Aaron E. and the houses looked better in person. We had already put a down-payment on a home in Summerwood with MI and switched due to a special of a free lot at Ryan with conservation view. Street and roads have to be maintained by homeowners in a gated community. That isn't the case with Ryan Homes. We had also looked at North River Ranch properties. A major reason we chose Ryan was the floor plan of Ponte Vedra which exactly matched our furniture and current floor plan where we are living. We found all people that we worked with (Angel in financing) to be very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and good representatives for Ryan Homes in their sales efforts. Couldn't be happier with our home and our community. Donna and Misty have made the whole process easy! Great sales team. As someone previously mentioned about the "noise from the race track" We would just like to say, it really isn't that loud. Can we here it at times? Sure, but it doesn't interfere with our living peacefully here. Would build here again in a heartbeat!

Donna and Mistie both were amazing to work with. This was the first time we built a new home and they made it super easy. There were a few bumps along the way but that’s expected. It was how they handled everything that’s what matters the most. We couldn’t be more thrilled with our home and our process. They were more than just sales agents they have become great friends.

From the minute we decided to build our home at this development we have been so happy. I can’t say enough good things about the sales team. They were so helpful and wonderful through the whole process from applying for the mortgage to move in day. Always around to answer questions and walk us through anything we didn’t understand. Like any project there were hiccups along the way, but the team did their best to always resolved everything for us. I also can not say enough good things about this community. Everyone is so friendly and it truly has a “homey” feel. Wouldn’t change anything about our Ryan experience.

Built a townhouse almost three years ago. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. We love the neighborhood and the convenience to all the stores in Cranberry, the Turnpike and Highways. We also have walking access to Graham Park for long walks. This was our first purchase with Ryan Homes.

We had been casually house hunting for several months. We visited Two Rivers three times and LOVED it. The location, the all-age community, the club house & amenities and the variety of home packages was very appealing. During our third visit, our experience with Kim Ewing and Ryan Homes is what "sold" us on making our purchase. Kim was knowledge, friendly and extremely helpful.....so much so that on the day we purchased our home, we did not know we were going to purchase. We were just coming for yet another visit. However, Kim was just that good! We knew what we wanted. We knew we loved Two Rivers. Kim just helped us make a final decision on our dream home sooner than expected. Two Rivers, Ryan Homes, and Kim Ewing was a dream team and we'd do it all over again!

We love it here at Park Place. The club house has a good pool, pool tables, horse shoes, a great golf simulator, and a nice putting green. The people are extremely friendly. This is a great community for pet lovers (especially dogs)! Kathy at the townhome sales office and Jack the project manager are great and super easy to work with.

Love my new Ryan Home. All the floor plans are created to allow for individuality so each owner can make the home what works for them. I absolutely love 1 level living. I have also met many new people. I wanted a community where I had the opportunity to get to know my neighbors. Everyone I have met has been wonderful. I know we will have great times in the soon to be built clubhouse!

Park Place is a community that has something for everyone whether it be a house, townhouse, or apartment. The community has an amazing clubhouse and is just a short walk or bike ride from Graham Park. It’s a great place to live

We love the location. Only about 15 percent built but good feelings for the future. Clubhouse and pool to be built in 2020. Friendly neighbours and some well behaved dogs. Ryan Homes (Jared and Teresa in particular) has been very responsive to any questions and requests. The HOA (Integra) is reasonable and helpful (Stephanie in particular) and the follow up to any particular problems resolved (quite quickly I might add) has been consistent (by Sam in particular)
The build quality is exceptional for the price paid. Extras and upgrades do not short on what you get for the price. Grounds maintenance has been wonderful, lawns even though new are looking great, sprinklers throughout.

I moved to my new townhouse in Park Place for two months now. It is a so nice community. I love it very much! It will be awesome when whole community is completed! I couldn't be happier with Ryan Homes during whole process of pursing and building my new home. All possible features, options are explained to me in detail. Meetings were set in each key state during whole construction process, so I can understand my home’s structure. Very professional!

My husband and I never in a million years thought we would buy a home this year, let alone BUILD our first home, but Nick Grafe and the whole team at NVR made it so easy! Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Very responsive team and answered all of our questions, and we had a lot being first time home buyers! The neighborhood is full of friendly people and we are so happy with our purchase.

We have had a fantastic experience with Roxanne as our sales person for Ryan Homes. She is very honest and really cares about her customers. She is quick to respond to questions and walked us through the entire home building experience. Any questions or concerns we have had, she has handled quickly and kept us informed throughout. We have also had a great experience with Earl as our project manager. He is very detail oriented and is a good communicator. He keeps us up to date on the progress of our home and has been extremely honest and knowledgeable with all of our questions. We are very excited to start living in our new home!

The Ryan Homes team at Courthouse Commons was exceptional and went beyond the call of duty to help me purchase my new town home. The staff was friendly, informative and professional. Mindy Berry was fantastic along with our real estate agent Shawn Reese from Sibcy Cline. Mindy took the time to review our options and let us make some changes. The financing with Phillip Julian has been super smooth. We are still in the early stages and hoping to be in our new home by Sept/Oct!! This neighborhood is just starting but has amazing potential and with potential comes lots of increased home value. Looking forward to meeting my neighbors!!

I cannot express how great it has been to work with Tara Cornett. She has the greatest personality and doesnt try to just hurry up and close a deal. She walked us through every detail (sometimes three or four times because I just wanted to be sure) and never acted liked I was bothering her with repeat questions. Her attention to detail is stellar! We had been to a few other Ryan home models around chesterfield and no one else was as welcoming and warm as Tara! She deserves a raise. Thanks so much Tara!

My family and I are so excited to be purchasing our home, from Ryan Homes at Two Rivers-All Ages Single Family Homes. We are purchasing a Hudson 3-car garage model, and the home gives us all the living spaces we need for our family of three, as well as the extra space should any of our aging parents need to come live with us. But...besides the home being everything we want and more, EVERYONE we have come into contact with at Ryan Homes, has been a pleasure to work with. Our Sales Rep, Jessica Ott is a dream. She is professional, friendly, and so accommodating, with all our questions and changes. We could not have asked for a better sales person to help guide us through our home buying journey. Our NVR Mortgage team of Eric Layton, Loan Officer, and Elizabeth Burgos, Loan Processor, have also been wonderful to work with. We're now looking forward to working closely with our Project Manager, Joe Perry, now that construction is to begin on our home. We met Joe for our preconstruction meeting, and he was awesome! He took the time to explain the construction process to us, and to review all of our selections. Ryan Homes makes you feel like part of the family, and like we're buying our home from friends.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that everything in the model I chose, The Bahama, is standard. I didn't feel the need for options, as everything was just what I would want. It felt like home the minute I walked in, and I am excited for it to be finished.

Pros:
- I found the staff to be very helpful, supportive, and professional.
- Compared to the local area, these homes are more suitable for the modern family.
Cons:
- Homes are very close together with minimal yard space and privacy. I’d suggest putting additional thought into choosing the right lot for your family.

Very nice floor model of the Carolina Place floor plan. Ryan staff was knowledgeable and not pushy. We were interested in a different area but liked this layout, so we made the drive. Was worth it to see it in person.
