For all those seeking to be a first time homebuyer or is an experienced homebuyer, let me just share with you that there is no place or builder like a Ryan homes. My daughter is currently in the building process with a Ryan townhome and as her parents we have been highly involved guiding her through this process as a first time buyer. We are super excited for her. We researched multiple builders and toured multiple townhomes and nothing absolutely NO other builder has beat the quality and/or price of Ryans townhomes located here in Jacksonville, Fl., just amazing. I also want to mention that the project manager of my daughters townhome, HARRIS, is phenomenal. When having our home built, we never had such a fantastic experience ever before, like now. Harris is so informative on every phase of the building process, as well as he does it with such kindness. His communication is top notched and his attention to detail is even better than that!! We've already had a joint onsite meeting & tour at the building site to go over the building process/expectation, prior to the dry wall phase, which is in process as I speak. I know for a fact my daughter is getting a quality home, I mean what an outstanding builder, project manager (Harris) and overall process. Again, if you are looking for a home, STOP, you've found it, come see for yourself!! The lots are selling, please come get in on it while you still can!! Blessings.

My wife and I were looking at a few different options for our living situation. We found Ryan Homes by mistake actually, but what an amazing mistake it was! Since day 1 it has been an exciting journey. Pernell has been absolutely amazing with keeping us up to date about every step of the process. CJ and Kit have done an awesome job of keeping us in the loop during the construction of our new home. We couldn't recommend Ryan Homes any higher of a ranking then 5 stars, but I wish we could have!
