Like many of you have no doubt discovered there is just not a lot out there in the way of good options for aging in place housing in the Frederick area. And what is available is either old or is not right for those of us looking for a “forever home” where we will be able to safely age-in-place. That’s why we were so happy to discover the Bloomfields 55+ community being developed by highly respected developer Natelli Communities. After doing some online research, driving through the area several times to check out the building sites for homes and the future community features, and a few initial phone calls with the good folks with the Bloomfields 55+ Single Family Homes group, we decided to take the leap. The Ryan Homes Team at Bloomfields has been outstanding to work with! Our sales representative, Rick Beaton, has been incredibly helpful and very accommodating during this process. We leaned heavily into his expertise which was immediately evident. From our initial walkthrough of the model home to the design phase and right on through the contract phase, and beyond, Rick has been great to work with. And our Mortgage Loan Officer, Olivia Imani McDonald, has also been fantastic. I can’t tell you how many questions we have tossed at this amazing young woman, and she is always prompt, proficient and patient with us. Thanks Olivia! I can’t express how excited we are to be joining the Bloomfields 55+ Ryan Homes community and we’re really looking forward to meeting our new neighbors and being a part of a brand-new community as the development progresses to completion in the coming years. Our purchase decision at Bloomfields rested pretty much on two factors, price and amenities. We're happy with the Villa options that we made and look forward to feeling part of a nicely planned +55 community. Senior Sales Rep, Wai-Ling Wang, was instrumental in our decision to buy. She was personable, patient, and professional and made us feel welcome from the very beginning. We appreciated her custom video to us following an initial inquiry. An added touch that made us feel welcomed even if we decided not to buy. Asif Khattak, our construction Project Manager reached out to us with a phone call to introduce himself. He let us know that he's available for our questions from now thru the entire build process. We did have some initial questions which he promptly responded to and in great detail. We greatly appreciate our experience with the sales team's efforts in helping with our purchase (specifically Ms. Woods and Ms Perry). We were especially appreciative of one thing. That we were given the time and space to make our decision without undue pressure. That was a big deal for us. My wife especially appreciated that Ms. Woods did not push us one way or the other. She provided information and showed us what Ryan offered but allowed us to make our own decision. That worked for us. We wanted to go in on our own, get the information that we needed and decide on next steps and I have to say Ms. Woods sales approach was just perfectly right for us. It was a major input in our decision to move ahead with the purchase in addition to our interest in the property and location. As noted before both Ms. Woods and Ms. Perry are just the right mix of professionals that made it possible for us to get to decision point and we are truly grateful.
